Mine disappeared when I map travelled to non beta areas, but as soon as I reentered the beta areas, it came back.
I got that mail, and never even had GWAMM, not even as a bug. I think everyone got it.
To progress in the mastery skills, including glider, you need to enter the hero panel, go to the mastery tab, and click on the desired mastery. The mastery bar will replace your EXP bar at the bottom of the screen. Once it fills, that mastery will unlock. When it fills again, the next tier will unlock, and you can spend mastery points to open it. Hope that helps clear that up for you.
As for the waypoints, from the start, head north, and around to the west. You’ll encounter a treehouse village. It’s very twisty, and took me a while to locate the route, but look around, and you should find it.
I also was kicked from the game with an error that the login server is not available. I relaunched, and never even get an error, it just sits there indefinitely trying to log in with the circle spinning. Have at least one guildie I’ve spoken to having the same issue.
One of my officers recently mentioned to me that he can’t see Minister’s Waypoint from anywhere in the Black Citadel. I tried it myself, and notice it does not show any levels to the map at all. I have only seen this occur in the Black Citadel, and every other area of the map seems to show the waypoint. The screenshot I took is looking at the map of Divinity’s Reach while standing at Hero’s Waypoint in the Black Citadel. I know an easy work around is to go to Common’s Waypoint, then to Minister’s, but thought I would submit as a possible bug.

I think what you all don’t understand is that over the course of 200 years, changes are made to both the world, and the way people do magic. It makes complete sense that some professions died out during that interval, and other ones that use some or more of the same skillsets take their place. It would be more seemless if these changes had happened while we were playing an interim game that spanned the 200 years between GW1 and GW2, but we didn’t. Even the changes to how some skills work show how different it is now, from GW1. If you want to play a Rit, GW1 is still available, by all means go play it.. I sometimes go back to do MQSC on my necro 4 man team, and occasional missions, for nostalgia sake.. but don’t think that a loss of class (and Rit was a really good one, there) is due to them not wanting to do it, when you can consider that over 200 years, professions shifted.

I’m getting the same thing. Since there is no way to tell how long someone is inactive in a guild, I use it to see when someone last got an achievement point.. over X amount of time means most likely they are no longer playing, and can be kicked. Attempting to view the achievements leaderboard results in an “Internal Server Error” message.
Yes, I realize this topic is over 7 days old, but it’s either not fixed, or re-occuring.
Showing dots on a mini map wouldn’t be that difficult, and in large areas, wouldn’t matter too much, I think. I would personally rather be able to draw on the mini map for squad members as a way to better coordinate where you want people to be.
I also think that those that learn of events ongoing late due to dungeons, fractals, other events, ect, should not be penalized for showing up “late”. I try to do the pre events, but timing doesn’t always work that way. At times, I can finish one event, and find that the boss (for temple events) is dead, and the post event is in the defend phase, and would not like to get lesser rewards because I was busy somewhere else. For some events, I’ve gotten there to discover it just ended, and get no reward. Yes, there are lazy people, but there are others that just get there late due to other events. The only way to implement your suggestion would be to make sure only one world event at a time occurs, and that would just be crazy.
There’s no free trial right now.
I mention it only as the most common gold seller, not as trying to advertise. I think that taking the url out would obscure the search term recommended, and make my suggestion worthless. I mention in my original post that once such tool is in place, they can adapt it when the domain changes, as it already has once.
I’ve noticed an increase lately in people trying to sell gold from “WWW.GW2MALLS.COM”. It’s frustrating seeing the same account spamming in LA for hours with nothing done, then when that account gets banned, another one pops up. I’ve been reporting 2-3 characters per day for spamming and gold selling, but it’s hours or sometimes a day or two before you don’t see it anymore.
My suggestion is to have a tool to look for “WWW.GW2MALLS.COM” in chat (mostly Map but maybe local also) and immediately flag that account for review. Not immediate ban, as there could be people that use that to recommend others report the account, and that wouldn’t be fair. Also, by having the phrase flagged, if they change domains, it would be fairly simple after a couple reports to just change the flag to the new domain.

Jade Quarry Server, same thing. We run out of time before his health gets to 75%.
Search has not been working for me either. Good to see Anet reports (incorrectly) that it was fixed, then ignores the repeated messages that it still doesn’t work.
What is the recipe for these skins? Will I need to beat hard mode to get them?
Yes Giam, you need to complete W1 tribulation mode to get 3 tokens (W1-Z1, W1-Z2 and W1-Z3 tokens). Combine them in the forge with a Moto weapon design, bought from Moto in Rata Sum for 2 gold.
No problem. You can always swap out the doubloons to something else.
No is my problem that i never had that oppertonity, the settings were by logging in already set to a boon duration bonus. This is deffinetly not what i preffer or could use.
Your screenshot shows the message, but not the stats of the gear in question. If the gear had inherent MF in the stats, you should have the option to change it. If you had a mod on the armor, such as using doubloons, they were changed to boon duration. If this is not the case, editing your original post with a second screenshot showing the stats of the gear in question may help to clarify your issue.

Just trying to cover all bases here… You know the Personal Reward Level is not shared between all characters on your account ? Were you on an alt by any chance?
In addition to what LePokemonDoctor said, you can see and start the highest level FotM that anyone in your party (currently in an LA Zone, even other servers or overflows) can start. If you were on an alt you had not taken in before and the highest person in your party was also level 5, you would see level 5 while in reality still only being level 1.
*Edit: If what I described is not the issue, are you saying that through the first 3 maps your personal reward showed on the screen kitten , then changed to 1 at Jade Maw? Sending a support ticket through the game or http://en.support.guildwars2.com/ may get more visibility from the mods.

Issue: Ascalon ghosts no longer seem to be ghosts. They appear to be using the same character models as the Separatist humans. See below and screenshots for examples.
Zone: Diessa Plateau
Area: The Breached Wall (Wall Breach Blitz jp)
Zone: Plains of Ashford
Area: The Toppled Wall, Victor’s Presidium, Decimus Stones, Old Duke’s Estate, Barridan’s Vaults
Zone: Blazeridge Steppes
Area: Heretic Plain
And the good news is: You do not need to submit a ticket about this situation. (After all, we got the party invitation and know it’s your birthday, and we’d never dream of missing the Big Day! ~ even if we’re a bit late for some of the birthday folks! ~ )
:)
Party rock is in the house tonight!
(ugghh, sorry, I don’t even like that song)
Just chiming in that I haven’t received it either. It really doesn’t matter much, since the mini doesn’t count toward the mini collector, and I can’t use the scroll since all my characters are level 20+. I’m not losing any sleep.
In GW1, the guild message of the day would appear in chat whenever you logged in. I find so far that not a lot of people consistently check the guild panel, and wonder why the guild MOTD isn’t shown in the same way to make sure of visibility. There’s no way for me to make sure everyone sees the message if they have to open the guild panel to see it and with the types of items in there, such as the guild website, facebook, voip info and schedule of events, it should be shown to everyone repping at login.
Same here. Was finishing up a story quest and dropped, cannot access login server.
