when using the Utility goggle Your screen vision turn into Heat vision enabling you to see Stealth targets for 5 sec.

Seriously this would benefit the engineer more then what you know Many pve mob uses stealth and bosses too. And it wouldn’t break the thieves ability other then The (oh kitten an engineer runnnnnnnn for 5 sec to hope they can escape them)

Also you can just place a buff and let me use my racial bear to Chase the Thieves who stole my glory point

also it pretty near useless as a stun-breaker Even if we do get fury which i can get inf of through med kit anyway that has Swiftness and Fury combine. Even if you say well it prevent blindness… I never get hit by blind and even if i do It never a big deal Since it prevent one attack outta the Rest of says 30 other spamable attack i can do.

a better suggestion would be a Guild Build waypoint into EB JP For 24 hr Only for said guild. Thus Would Create a guild vs guild Battle But now has a Cooldown on the waypoint for 5 day so it cant really be abuse and Can be use as a GvG placement to jump hoops for Guild that really matters.

Ill only like Anti-stealth trap If....

It has a homing Sticky That makes baby Karka or spawn endlessly of baby karkas for the next 10 sec Following around them Doing one damg per hit Causing them to lose their stealth Annnnnd even if thieves Tried using inf arrow to get away they will simply follow Their Port.

How much fun would it be to Tag someone like that.

what if FT#5 Sprayed black oil in a cone that last 5 sec slowing them by 33% of movement (not chilled or crippled ) to be combo with Ft#1 Fire effect to ignite them on fire removing the slow now Sends them on a Fear run during the oil debuff during this fear all fire damg are doubled from the engineer FT gun.

Id say the cooldown be set at 40 sec.

Even then you could just use Ctrl To see where stuff is and among that stuff is enemy nameplate. So it should be default gray out and on press ctrl reveal red nameplate

i wasnt talking about going after the pet to kill it but really its about trying to tell how many player there are when Its just group of pet making it seems like there is over 50 when there only maybe 30 and twenty ranger pet…Just a thought

ARE you fully aware of tapper making disappearing act lone solider trying to screw with you and your lovely home.

I just came up with a solution. If gate are fully repaired It gets a buff called Siege seal.

Basically what this is, is a buff that Can only be broken /to damg the gate with a Siege weapon on first hit every other hit can be PVD free for all. And this Buff has a 5 min cooldown after broken off. And while the Siege seal is on it cannot contest or create any swords.

Now that lone solider must invest in a treb to hit it and after 5 min of fun tapping he gotta do it again. It would make one strive to do tapping. Honestly I can’t see any tapper jerk putting this much time in it.

And Forum mod This isnt a suggestion. Its a Quick Fix that should have been done and I really want WvW player to Read about this pretty please. And I would like you Red Uncle Sam to post too If it a bad idea tell me if it a good idea keep it here.

wouldnt it be better if they just Merged server and then use the left over server as a re-routing memory leak. Or you know they could get rid of some of the unimportant animals in the wildlife that is taking up memory space. they could Change the landscape polygon Actully they need to Ask how LoL manage to upgrade their visual while at the same time reducing the amount of polygon to load for better FPS and less memory leak. Im just talking theory’s I don’t know enough about server hardware at all.

Personally Ive commanded on my own repeatly, without a commander icon, For commander because they get chat locked and they are happy that i can type for them. honestly you need to break down chain of command. Commander sure takes first, But as a fellow mate under his wing Your crys /shouts of his command getting relays is powerful Because he is in Teamspeak talking to about 20-30 underling with 60+ player. My advice hop on their channel in TS3 and try to relay information in chat as /say or relay useful information to him.

If you are having such problem try being in the real army. IF you are a noob you will not only endanger urself but also your entire platoon. You have face it if you cant do well here in a game then god forbid you to ever sign up on frontlines.

Poe Lyfe Its the fact that When you get outman and you never know if the other server are truly 80man or just 40man that happen to forced an outman on yours.

Because we have population cap in WvW This is the perfect way to go to let other player in if a REALLLLYYYYYY bad player that manage to die 30 times in a single day. I honestly cannot GEt to 30 death unless if you are worst then a PvE boss.

Im not saying im trying to restrict player but rather Imposing them to play smarter And/or if you lose 30 lives count Let your fellow server’s mate get a try in a 80 player populated place.

Seriously its hard to get even up to ten death if you are playing smart. SAB has proved that this is indeed possible. ANd who knows maybe areanet can place a gem item to buy that let you continue another 30 death spree.

I have an idea Place an requirement Condition Such as this If supply from Supply camp Check? Used 100 supply repairing wall/gate check? Grant 1 Badge. THe used supply Could even be included in the WvW daily So you can keep track how many you need.

Im with you on this Engineer is the only class that is suited for Defensive play on gates but yeah once i gotten crit buff enemy stacked I took like 50 k damg in one sec . While we are at it WE need to remove elemental Spell hitting behind the gate there should be a line sight blockage. ITs already bad enough having to deal with retal damg as a defender.

What about lives per day to 30 in WvW. Now now Ive only witness myself at maybe 15 death. This only count if you are dead And used a waypoint. Player can rez you saving you a death count. This is also Character based so you can still hop on your other character to continue.

Why am i suggesting this Because IT would make Zerg smarter In a defensively play Instead of Alway on the offenses. And also it would maybe force player to leave for newcoming into the server (thur transfer or the free trial This weekend(4/19-21)).

I’ve also thought about Having only applied an buff icon called zerg which has the charge of 30 and Your server must be at maximum player for this to be active. ANd honestly if you died 30 time a day there something wrong with that. Another great thing about this is that you can then tell if that server Is about to Zerg ball up.

Hell Im my defense You’ve already got outmanned icon being shown to enemy why not a zerg icon shown to the other server.

I dont mind the Pvp i like it But it comes to a point When Teh entire Thing is empty and only JQ messer are Camping It like a mofo Portal Bomb Advertising. It gets real old real fast. Im up for pvp during the whole Because It would grant that hassle and Fun /not fun factor. But the Portal bomb is just dumb It just mean that once an server Messer get there they can pretty much control The Entire JP For hours n hours on end. And those who commit to jumping don’t attack each other its the Skill less noob that just zombied themself thur a portal. I bet If they remove teh ability to portal bomb Then These skill less zombie wouldnt be able to get thur the first stage of it. And as far as Touching the crystals going in stealth doesnt work because if you get hit even once you lose it. I personally Hate JQ because that all they do i never see SoR do it. usually i can wait an hour and SoR are done with it . No JQ just sits there for hours maybe months for all i know.

Messer Portal bombing WvW JP In EB Or least add in keys Like you did to the other event . This has got to be the most annoying Thing ever. Because of Skill less player who sucks at Mario but can Kill player can just Portal run and kill the other player that are better at it.

I cannot for the love of god do EB Puzzle just because of one messer Spamming Portal run Attracts Zergs into the EB Granting Free chest run . yes i know it takes one Messer to do the whole thing but really. I spend 20 min getting up there and bam there like 20 people train going to EB on their alts alts alts god who know how long. Other player has a job and a life to tend to and cannot Play on their Off hours BEcause JQ NEVER SLEEPS

I wonder if Arenenet could release some of the option here as a source code to let solo developer have their own take and submit their work to them and let them review it.

I guess what i am saying an add-on review forum Such a state would improve WvW creativity and personaly creativity. If any of you Guys played WoW They have add-on to create flavor for each individual player and they had a small team in it to look over which one was ok and such. They still drop ban hammer on the add-on that broke, cheated their system.

In defense add-on improve games without the devo having to stress them out And also it can evolve their game to the next level.

Here is two add-on id like to see. Remove dead player name and id like to see guild base Commander icon or player created icon

the best way to counter this would have to be a Debuff Invisible one that is That at 30 min. If you havent moved in 30 min Forward only THat mean The W KEY ONLY.

This would Make them stand out because if they are W moving into a wall like a stupid AI would you can tell hes a toxic player.

I dont see any con to this because unless you are kitten and want to go backward all the time. Which i don’t see pro player doing that.

hmmm i wonder if any devo is in black gate with the same mind as us wondering if JQ are actully exploiting a program that bypass the limit but that just me being paranoid. What is really odd is finding that There a zerg in Eternal JP about 20+ and yet when i do WvW i still see a mass of 50+ People along with Perhap roamers /afk . I generally rule out that ther is least 10-15+ that is usually afk or is takin a break.

not really because of skill lag rubberband effect as in you could go from Auto hitting slow to auto hitting turbo mode which in case makes confusion SUPER OP because you cant hit that cleanse off when its delayed by 50 sec ago when it could have saved ur life.

regarding the death penalty they need to remove the down to death hp penalty that one is weird. Most of the time im not down but rather dead but i still get that debuff.

today for 4+ hrs straight BG and SoR has been trying to (flip) jq Keep constant hail at it when we finally get in kill the lord and has to stand there to cap it the JQ are freaking zombies i tell ya zombies they wont Give it up instead they just spawn run spawn run spawn run ENdless times using messer porting and theif stealthing into teh area just to stop a cap over n over n over like a Infinity icon .

My proposal is to re do the capping requirement to say Percentage of charge base on number of enemy vs ally in the cap zone. This get annoying when One JQ body flock in stops all Capping progress and again and again you see how boring is it to fight a freaking keep that isnt impossible to push into but rather impossible to cap due to how close the Spawn and how far you gotta live thur.

They even have no supply other then switching maps to get more supplies. This gets annoying after a while

Remove nameplate if they got 0 hp as in not down Dead Im prettty sure i can tell which body is enemy and is ally just by the color of body or the way the F comes up says revive. I cannot for the love of god find that last 5 people that is down / rezzin in that sea of text

What if you allowed Salvage kit to dismantled the siege but made it so that when you dismantle it it has a dismantled charge of 4 (100%/75/50/25 damg power) can be reuse for another spot. And only the owner can do it. And he /she must be out of combat. Dismantle charge can only be applied to flame rams / siege outside of a given area (your choice ). What if say it takes up 5 charge of salvage kit called it a Siege Salvage kit and it has a 5 sec channel spell per sec it drains a charge (cannot be used with stability or stealth). Cost 50 silver with 25 charge. With mystic forge you place two Siege salvage kit. Two black lion salvage kit. To create a superior Siege salvage kit that has a charge of 150.

If an enemy team use Salvage on your siege then they get the siege at the 75% damg.

Or you can troll the griefer that will try to do this by allowing Salvage kit to dismantle it but instead of returning it to the owner it just force a really long 5 hrs CD on buying a new siege Only applied with in keep/supply depot or given allied area radius on Flame ram only owner of it can do it.

And when they complain it here ….. then you will know who they are where they are and you can then keep track.

FT and retaliation boon

I do think that FT should be counted as a melee weapon not a range attack that reflect back to us.

FT range is so short that it might as well be as the same as a great-sword length.

and also allow the flame to tick per sec for 3 sec not one.

collect all baubles . Can we get a counter in the achievement panel to keep track if we missed one or not because I cannot find the ones im missing and it is getting annoying because just when ive killed everything and think im done i dont get awarded soo im scratching my head because you dont have a map so i cant really keep track which one i missed.

just so you know ive rerun the run about 5 times even watch the video about 6 times and im left wondering why can i not get that last bauble or what ever is needed for teh achievement. and this is for world 1 zone 1

Oh and prop to your bun-nado too bad their isnt an achievement for that.

well i hate to be negative but i dont see engineer getting buffs anymore. for the past year all ive seen is nerf this that. So i can’t really see this game being successful.

I also aggree with you not only turret need help but kit too because apparently the main guy who develop the engineer gave up and slap a RnG effect from other class and expects us to do well.

And what more is that Ive determine that engineer is just a CC tank machine nothing more. We dont have damg we dont have reliable heal or escape tool. So im stuck with telling enemy no you cant kill me i will survive your zerg and massive mob aggro.

Quite fun to be the one guy that does CC for your team to allow easier boss fight killing that elementalist that likes to Lightning out.

oh and if your looking for loots to drop just use a FT to tag em. Well have fun

What about getting rid of turrets armor for a new called kit specialist. Such as

Bomb kit could have added delay of 30sec /or is tripped before explode.

Exlir kit could have increase Output healing by 20%

Grenade kit could have a chance to cause confusion

Flamethrower could have an added effect on enemies Called super heated (yes the one from fractal ) that increase damg done by 15% the affected enemy for 5 sec with CD of 15 sec of being reapplied

Med kit could have faster rezzing for 10 sec on a 30 sec cd of 15% faster on rezz

to the people that are trying to defend global server market about this… then tell me how come World of warcraft AH still function just fine without a global wide server AND they had two FACTION split still does just fine.

Actually just for gimmick I dare Them to test this for one month split all server Auction House on their own and see how well they can manage their own server market.

what about caged population timer such as if you want to win the support of a strong npc ally you must fight him for honor and the timer will be 3 min after 3 min the gate closed all around you forcing fight with honor or die with shame.

this event is again modifed by number of players in that area. So if a mindless zerg go in there try to do the event then all of them are trapped for 3 min so a better smarter commander will send ten of 80 in there so that they can continue protecting their stuff.

Also can we get upgrade to lay traps within keeps that would be funny as hell and or have guild own keep to place a puzzle like obstacles to make taking over keeps hell more fun. Perhaps a Sandbox template for all guild to have and only implement when their guild claim its ?

Im full of ideas i got too many someone rescue me.

I have a problem identifying the down and the dead. Seriously both dead and down nameplate are still on. Its kinda hard to click attack when red text of doom is in your face to where im just tabbbbing like a kitten to see who still there.

here my idea or rather two….

If the enemy are dead (not down) get rid of enemy nameplate.

And two. If an tower/keep get taken over by your server then for the next 3 min Your map reveal enemy location within the place as well as the siege equipment again this is within and only for 3 min after take over.
