Well i know for a fact that in WoW enchanting had this problem some guy came up with auto Dis enchant that basically does what you are asking. I do believe teh code is there If areanet would allow us use third party add-on for PVE id be ok . as for PvP WvW they can disable 3rd party application. I for one like this idea because we player have a large baggie and sometime we cant find the salvage item lost in the bag with other icons

Also if i may add in a another profession enchanting. This profession is for making the 3rd mat in the discovery item page as well as making scraps from trophys. And adding glow dye to your weapons/armor.

this would allow a more of a player v player profession interaction

First problem is not enough people to do with or just unbalanced biased against zergs.

To fix this is make the objective marker have a downscale damg return such as this when you have like 30 people on one wall make it so those 30 people equal to 10 player effort.

This doesnt effect defender because there is generally only 5 that can make it in while the rest is running to get inside to help.

either that or upscale the dam walls or how about let player dump supply into keep etc

Because atm iTs going to be like who ever have the most legendary in per group raid is going to win plain simple. Oh and remove unicorn its block/laggin myscreen in WvW to see whos dead /not

umm Brugh is right next to the tree sooo. I see no option. Id rather they just make the tree stay bloom with no event. When event is up tree is hiding. Thus solve all the problem at the same time. Unless If arenet implement an option on a 24 hr cd to reset chain of event back to root but does not grant any thing other then progression of chain event to next one ?

In brisban wildland there is a waterfall vista above the froggy that i want to access and i saw an opening in the tunnel that directly goes to there but i got stopped by an invisible barrier

Just one thing why am I receiving 70-80 gear off of 30-40 level mobs… I am trying to get salvage cloths for the proper material at that level so far Heres my loot table at the moment with the mobs- 2% bags 30% trophy crap then i get 68% of armor/ weapon between 77-80….. All green blues. and then anti loot kicks in no more loot for an hour. What the hell. My suggestion is to freaking make drop according to the Monster level not player level.

I know what you player are gonna say why not sell and buy Trading post. Trading post should be an option not a requirement. With several profession requiring the same material per tier it really get annoying.

personally im just using the 30pt neverending might buff stack and just use E X wreck some faces off provide that terror in their face as they try to stop me. and what great is that once your E X ends ur other E are up and your team can proceed to kill after teh terror you’ve caused.

theres a bug Ive found

In the dungeon of swamp the Binding skill from the walls / random area is rooting you in place forever til you use a skill to break “stun”.

ANother bug with swamp is that sometime the stability buff isnt working you still get knockdown pushed etc oh and the tripwire hit box is too large for its size cant clear jump it even out of combat I believe this affect large player norm and charr.

2nd ive found was the hammer not relocating itself when dieing first air puzzle just staying at teh boundary. For now we can jsut all die retry from a checkpoint and it will reset itself.

there another bug is in the charr raid at the end where u gotta protect the shaman is starting too soon. Like arrow carts and siege weapon and part of the mob are still alive

Otherwise this is a great game.

you fail to see the engineer ability to be like 4 different type. We have so much kits I personally play potion support throwing em to support using pistols and using potion X after all my buffs are on to provide awsome Knockback(es) so that my team can gain better and i have a immobile trait to cause 5 pt of vulnerable If i see a melee type boss i will use net turret with rocket turrets to make sure i can do lots damg and provide tht 5-15 pt of it that what en extra 5-15% damg boost to your entire party again ur ENTIRE party no other class can stack that much hell you can add 10 more pt with the goggles. That isnt even adding in the damg combo finishers that other class will provide. oh and our ability to stack bleed is awsome.

how about just have the key stone points (nodes,skill point, puzzle, etc ) To have a check. Such as IF x number of player are near this point then adjust timer base on that. such as 1 player = 10 minute spawn time And make it only start the coutdown spawn if entire Squad of enemies dies. You already have it in the coding for big boss events chest. such as near skill points let say there is 6 aggroable on the same platform. if hit one of the member of the squad then aggro all 6 at once. check if all 6 dies then start timer. and you can add a new code to allow enemies who are left alive in the squad revive his member.

I agree completely but on a different level how about an a two new tool item Pickpocket ausra technology and a skinning tool.

The pickpocket just let you get a 100% loot for whatever trophy he has.

The skinning tool is for beast monster type thus has a chance to give you leather scrap or trash.

and what this about running out of space lolololololol I haven’t even gotten the 20 slot bag to craft yet I have no fear because there isn’t enough stack of trophy hence you can stack em 250 time.

I personally just do fractal now since they yield drop rate at a much higher rate. this is sad because i much rather explore but since arenanet has made it so bad that even trying to explore higher level place yeild no loot DR there is much worst. what is adventure when you explore ruins land finding out that you cant even pug things in ur bag. And when you do get sumthing its a bone BONE what is this BONE is it even useful ? yet i see the enemy weilding or wearing plate gear cloth gear guns.

I have another solution what about ammuntions could you add that to range and add dps scale WoW used to have that. It made sense. Looting silver bullet would be awsome or crafting em sell em to ranger.

It would tell ppl ranger are require skill and item usage. your gonna say what about PVP well you can loot the other ranger (it doesnt remove their ammo count) but in a sense it would be another drop rate you can gain from Badges of honor. My guess on this is to allow it to stack 1000 and crafting would be 250 per mat used.

this apply to ranger and engineer and who else that want to use a bow gun. Underwater wouldnt use consumable since it pretty hard to code that with a space like that.

Again another gold sink and profitable margin for crafters.
Im just using WoW as an example because they have won what a true mmo should have. all im saying learn from your ancestors look at what made it fun and what made (S E N S E).

bombs by far does so much damg and you can trait i to do more damg and the toolbelt of it is awsome let say ur caught in a bad way just lay it boom they fly backward. let me put it this way as a grenade atm i do 120 per boom so underwater or land it shoot 2 so that roughly 240 or 400 max ….. bomb one does 500-700 damg up ward and most enemy chase u quite a bit if you know the kite rule object trick i cant tell u how many champ ive killed just by doing that and guess what bombs are more mobile less stress.

Grenades like i said took a 30% hit is immobile and you have to use almost a thrid eye to get it right if on land. Underwater … i can hit them easier with bombs strangely easier cuz the explosion hit them for far more more damg.

i say if they are doing that way then why not put a shard debuff damg from attemping to gather while naked that damages you while you mine if you dont have proper clothing on such as you know shoe+chest++pantthat does like 30% damg via health. I mean in real world if u were to try to mine vein with out clothes you would be in pain after all that rock and shards flying at your bare skin. this would slow down or even halt certain area from being bot spammed annnnd they would be force to spend gold to pay for repairs. by all mean keep em there but do this make repairs 200gold for the reported bot and flag by mod. Thus they have to spend gold to keep their bots running lol. {edited myself ) oh and you can also make all TP item sellable in the Trading post but in order to receive the payment you need to keep that character.

what about adding in durability of those and lowering the count to max 13 per for inventory space one square and have the durability to say 100 or 50 each per one u equip and if you un-equip it it becomes ruined item unable to be used. thus is lowering the amount but making it longer in the run

engineer have the most active weapons and skill you know if you equip net turret and use rifle net you can effectively kite and apply about 15 pt and even 25 if you do it right to ur enemy by using the traits and the one that apply 10 pts of vul. so in essence you can pretty much apply a 10-20 % damg increase for your entire team at every sec. tell me that isnt broken

wow thxs for not you know helping me or even think about what im saying. I am merely pointing out the fact that larger space require larger server base and you know NPC isnt counted as a population control Player are since that what mmo games are base on. How many times have i seen the exact same vendor selling the same kitten in one city. Named Npc used to be the quest giver …. there isnt one anymore so a majority of this is really useless. Im looking at the company able to maintance such a big server data space 24/7 which require payment to maintain and with that they are also maintaining GW1.

My suggestion is merely to help everyone. downsizing the world and NPC number just mean less rendering mean less lag and less lag = more player to come join and with more player being rendered faster mean the world can be bigger then before since you have social group more. Yes i have a custom rig to play this game in 120FPS so it isnt an issue to me but for other poor folks that can afford 60 dollar but not 500-2000 dollar rigs cant play because of rendering problem hence due to massive npc.

Now answer my question of all the npc you see in major city race faction which one has a purpose in player most wanted list. There alot of NPC that just talks just only talk dont get me wrong i like that but is it really needed with no events to go on these npc just well are just standing there.

But you know they could add mini games to npcs to make it a bit more lively. such as helping harvest the crop as a resource daily contribute to something. Fishing. donation ur raw resources. play hide n seek. help catch criminal etc this could go with obtaining karma daily. call it daily karma so that its meant for one person and a day.

lastly use ur brain have some creativity thought bashing down my idea is only going to put bad karma in you. Positive thought makes tomorrow better.

or perhap add in a better way to do this is to instead of all 3 wisp to the same time how about one at a time but each turn in increases the amount of spawn and traps. so that its a team effort to progress 33% 66% then 100%. Thus allowing more control and less class base such as portal to win ? if they really want to stop portal then just add in tremors that last 2 sec that destroy any spell pre placement.

soulstar i didnt say i wanted to play WoW but again most other mmo that have no faction only have one capital for everything. The only good reason to why WoW had it city and landscape divided was cuz of two faction competing. I feel its really a waste of Npc and large landscape if it not going to be populated ? I was only merely suggesting a downsizing major city to a single and converting the Racial major city to have its own dynamic event part take. Why am i suggesting this oh i dont know cuz maybe the world is too big for the ammount of population that in WvW like an friggin idiots. If i wanted to play a big game with open world single player mode id bought other games. no i wanted to play this game for its MMO massive scale …. what massive about it if no one gonna explore if every one park in lion arch hench why overflow starts only there and why ppl dont leave the starting area is cuz well there no level restriction ?

If i was arenet id put a cap on exp gain five level above the area at least this would stop ppl parking in easy part gaining so much exp still.

two suggestion to make this more enjoyable (painless headaches)

get rid of random tree wall this is just stupid every time i choose to go thur an open path a tree root appears outa thin air and i get hit push back ward and traps. This isnt fun its just stupid.

Two let us disarm traps permanently by tripping or pickup an tool that disarm traps.

Or just remove the whole thing entirely

have weapons that does speed buff and keep it im not having problems cuz i use speed buff that gives me 30% speed for a duration so use it and plan ahead.

but i would like the other siege weapon to be mobile hell I SEE WHEELS
wheels mean it can move but yet its park im like really why would waste such wood for wheels that doesnt move hell they have tank in the game i found one lol.

Or how about a challenge where u place your one skill you dont like (unlocked needed) for a chance to obtain a different skill. Since population has dropped have you consider re vamping the game a bit.

let me use WoW for the cities since it is the best example. The reason to why races got their own major city and a leader was to have major raid im talking about taking out the boss of the city achieving greatness in it. WoW had a two faction split so that WAR was on. the feeling of commitment to a side mean something.

now i know WvW is that but it just the same generic npc land and ever constant pvp.

the SPVP is just rather bad ? you have red vs blue from teh SAME server. Again no commitment feeling just …(oh im on blue cool or im on red cool ) this doesnt make sense to me.

Now ive rant off the issues that ive had now for my suggestion for the PVE side
Being massive open world is fine THAT is if you can have population to fill in gaps

My suggestion is to get rid of overflow server cuz atm its really stupid there arent even that many ppl to even need overflow server. know what funny your overflow server is more populated then the real server.

2nd is to get rid of the majority of npc in faction city and make one central city thus is where the dynamic event will take place.

another suggestion i had is to introduce X number of house of (insert cool name) to join this would perhap be a pve/pvp contested area. And or it could be implemented to Spvp so that it matter and who you join with sort of like faction that actully matter. And with esport you could like have the X number of house of (x) compete with each other for the top 5 best player of each house and go at it with other house til one remain. Who ever account is bounded to the winner of the house gets like 10% off of Ingame gold purchases and a really cool armor look to use

I know this is a lot to take in but be open mind.

well i can honestly say I do this so i can get past the lvl 1-75 crafting area and it still barely net me any loot. Most engineer would not resort to this if the DR was lifted because no matter what i will alway recieve less loot til they (turret start killing something else). Killing is just a small one the feed cow/ save the farm does better then the worms. and yeah liek the player have said tehy are hatching it wouldnt suprise me if u sneeze on them they die and that spot is just easy for turret to not get ambush

I know you guys want to do away with tanking dps healer roles to just kite them or learn to dodge but this isnt the case when you stuck at mobs that have (moving causes more damage) and when ur unlucky that it happens to be 3 of them in a row that aiming snipe you one hit k.o. For us that love the shield to defend allies at least allow us to click hold raise shield to allow shield to start a magic absorbing rate to stand in front of our allies to allow them to dps and absorb damg for them while line of distance attacks get blocked.

An example would have to be guns n arrows n swords and cone like spells where they can only hit toward a target. But the aoe will still be hitting them all.

Another great example is go watch 300 and notice the spartan shield is blocking every thing in line of sight “we shall dine in the shadow”

This is just to grant warrior guardian and engineer an actual reason to have a shield over great sword axes pistol (dual) etc.

because i want profession feel like a profession not just another mindless CC machine or damg dealer kinda gets old to die or down by the same mob because there no way to effectively dodge 24/7 bullets when gear no longer matter once past 45.

comment on it ? sounds op sound dumb then you got no love for change or creativity There is no real reason to have a shield in the game other then pvp where some profession has it.

that would actully fix this i only did the puzzle mainly for the achevement and to get screenshot of me doing it.
and no im not QQ about dieing to this puzzle because i already did it on blackgate when we had 98% controlled. But it still mean that for pve player will jsut hop in blackgate server which mean less of you in ur respected server. trying to help and solve this Server hoping achievement whorish ppl and like i said it cannot be abusable how can it be prove me wrong right now.

How about let us choose to do pvp status and pve status.

THe pvp status grant uses of traps and gain the siege blueprint

The Pve status grants invincible mode can go thur siege weapon but does not gain access to traps or siege blueprint.

Sound fair and you can talk to a npc about it after the portal and cannot be revoked til either u leave the puzzle or talking to him again for an extra charge. This is a free pve mode but pvp cost 1 gold to prevent masses of griefing. and hint the npc is at the ledge of portal. This is a win win for everyone. Oh and i declare that this jump puzzle has a server of 100/100/100 of its own.

i love the engineer to death but as of lately your patch slowed down combat speed to almost snail pace or what feels like one.

And engineer need more mobility or sumthing cuz there are far better classes that can out run the engineer and what happen when u out run one you get shafted from dealing any damg.

So again movement speed on engineer is so slow even using double speed with med kit speed. I see other profession that basically makes them leap forward or teleport or what ever that out does this. I really dont like having to walk that slow just to get an event where its almost over. and one hit o-m-g snail paced even using evade roll i still move that slow. just so you knwo i run fine on 80fps almost all the time

why not have it just /bot that one character to the special jumping puzzle with a chest that has anti bot code to use the enter these character as u see it fit. And when all of the account character get /bot teleport to the jumping puzzle the account get suspended and get the IP address.

While i was looking at this game and forum post about WvW or two side war. the only real war pvp mode that was actully balance was in WoW (I know its a dumb kitten game ) But they had pretty much the same thing i think. I forget the area but its the one during their lichking expansion where there an area that a raid/pvp contested/that will last for 5 hr to who ever control the keeps and it was just defender vs attacker hence horde vs alliance. And only the winner got the daily quest mobs and grinding pve content.

I was thinking what if you were to limited the pvp action to say 2 server but it had to be the majority of control map and siege can now be moved. This would reduce the lag input cause by zerging and you get more ppl in the WvW cuz atm we dont really have the the 24hr population rate. and the ranking can get lots more serious. And who ever wins the match in say 10 hrs time limit get to keep the 5hrs pve window to do jumps do events npc farm… rest not be stress out about everything and when 5hrs ended you reset the pvp control point to how ever you want.

Oh and during this reset can u add in a zerging of giant kittens for about 10 min that just rampages kill every thing in sight forcing player to leave and all waypoint are deactivated and the only way out is to die or use the portals or the pvp window to leave.

Atm im sure someone will die of a heart attack due to high stress WvWvW. I can count on it and you guys might get sued.

i wondered why tehy had to resort to tutorial phase for farming duhhhhh the real world anti farm is a bat swing to yo in the face. If farming wasnt that bad no one would had to resort to tutorial phase. great logic there. So in recent patch lowered drop rate for farm in real world but tutoral had mob spawning faster tehn DR/ farm code could keep up so you were resetting it faaaasssttttt. so in this new logic no one get to farm tehy didnt even increase the drop rate in real world where we need it to be. GW2 is a massive fail i doubt they can keep this up crafting is 1/3 of the game of what you promised us. i could go on in a 500 page essay.
