There is this item you need in part IV that requires you to kill risen gorillas while carrying a cub. But there are 3 areas where risen gorillas could be and only one of them is working for the collection. Only at Winter Knell Isle seems to work for this part of the achievement.

I started with killing gorillas in south at the jumping puzzle, after i went killing risen gorillas around temple of melandru and all gorillas didnt gave me the collection part i needed while the description just said “kill risen gorilla in cursed shore”

They all work, it just takes time for your tiger cub to learn.

Hi there, there are actually 2 chests in that JP. You need to walk near the large silver one to get progress.

There’s an issue that some players have identified where you’re able to travel with your friend into their Tiger Den and take a Tiger Cub out into the open world even if you haven’t completed the necessary collections to have that ability. We’ve identified a proper fix but it will take some time to get it out to y’all. (est. a few weeks)

Once the fix goes through, you will be able to enjoy the presence of the Tiger Cubs in your friend’s Tiger Den instance, but you will be unable to carry them outside of that instance unless you’ve got the progress require to obtain that ability in the first place. This will be retroactive to any player who has already taken a Tiger Cub from their friend’s instance.

Tl;dr: After the fix, play with Tiger Cubs in your friend’s den as much as you’d like but complete the collections if you want to have them out in the open world.

I have a problem with “Craze’s Folly Feasibility Report”, reached (without mesmer portals or anything like that) the end of the JP and looted the chest, too. It didnt unlock in the collection

I tried relogging and rerunning the JP from scratch. Nothing helped.
On the side note you can pick up the Crimson Sunflowers (I finished the collection related to it) at the JP chest each time you relog and it is worth like 2 silvers. Not sure if it is intended.

Rerun it again after daily reset on a fresh new map /ip when Shatterer spawned. Still not working. So I guess I am stuck on this collection now.

Hi there, that area with the Crimson Sunflower is actually not the end of the puzzle. The end of the puzzle is actually located near a large Veteran Cave Troll.

Oh my bad, I totally forgot that JP has 2 chests, the last time I visited the Veteran troll was around 3 years ago…

If you only did the journal, then you’re not done with the tier 1 collection. There’s more.

Those items are contained in a special chest that arrives in your “bouncy chest queue” above the mini map. Try going through all of those and consuming the containers you’re given.

So I’ve pretty much already done all of the requirements to obtain this item save for the Adventure.

Now that I did, I didn’t get the collection completion, even though I’ve already obtained the Silver rank for the Punch-O-Matic adventure.

EDIT: It seems like relogging did the trick. I wonder what caused it though.

Did you open the silver reward box from the adventure? The chests dont count until you open them.

The Tiger Training Guide sub-collection should unlock once you get the Tiger Training Guide from Cymbel. After this, youll need to use the guide to bring a tiger along and complete each objective noted in the sub-collection. All of those collections are located within the “Legendary Weapons” section of the “Collections” category in the achievements panel.

The second Superior Skelk Liver you need to craft either the Infused Tiger Milk or Infused Tiger Food seems to be bugged to not drop after already dropping one Superiro Skelk Liver. I’ve been personally farming for a little over 4 hours now, and yet to receive the drop. Been seeing alot of other players also encountering the same issue, because I still see them also trying to farm for it.

The response to these issues is further up in the thread. It’s known and is getting fixed, no eta but soon hopefully.

Thanks, though we’re aware. This is happening with any Tiger fight. We’re still looking into a fix. If you can get everyone to leave the event area, then return after about 1 or 2 minutes, the event will reset and you can try to spawn it again. This is the only known workaround. Please note that the workaround may take a few tries to get it working.

Quoting myself above. The issue with the Tigers not spawning consistently is affecting each fight of the Collection 1 Hunter’s Journal sub-collection. The workaround given is not a guaranteed method to get it working, but it’s all that we have currently.

All of the other bugs mentioned in this thread above have already been reported, and we appreciate your help by providing that information. We’re working as hard and fast as we can to identify a fix for everything. Thank you for your patience.

Just wrote a bug report on a bug not in this topic yet. The superior skelk meat from the jungle skelk champion in Mount Maelstrom only seems to drop once when you kill it for the first time. Unfortunately you need 2 to continue the collection. I can’t buy a spare from the legendary vendor in Lion’s Arch for karma either.

Spoke with someone else who had the same issue. We both camped it and killed it over and over, him a little more than myself.

The tigers are not spawning.

We’re aware of this issue and are looking into a fix. To work around it, just leave the event area (for this place, just going back down the snow cliff should work) for about a minute and let the event reset. This should help you get back on-track.

As well as the events “Rescue the villagers and defeat harpy kidnappers” and “Escort the quaggan emissary to the kodan camp” are currently bugged. Their is a villager in the top left corner that refuses to leave the nest hindering progress, and the quaggan gets stuck and stays in a rock. Can these get fixed please and thank you <3

This is actually not a bug. The last tracks leading out of Sparkfly Fen are not part of the Hunter’s Journal collection and are just there to direct you to the next zone. Go through the zone portal on the right and look around for more tracks, and you should be back on-track.

For the Tier IV collection, I did not receive credit for unlocking the Mini Tiger Spirit from the Spirit of the Tiger achievement. I have it unlocked in the wardrobe but it hasn’t given credit towards this collection.

I completed this achievement, and unlocked the minipet, before getting to this the tier IV collection.

This is a known issue and is actively being addressed. Thanks!

The pre-event, escort the quaggan emissary regularly bugs out when the quaggan gets stuck in a rock.

As above, this is a known issue. Please note that the report on that link you provided is well over 2 years old and has since been addressed. However, it seems that this Quaggan is now breaking in a completely different way.

Note: I’m assuming this was the Twilight collection piece where you need to give Mossi 100 Obsidian Shards. So far, I could only find this problem existing within Twilight’s obsidian item. If you’re talking about another instance of this issue, please let me know so we can address that as well.

Have you used the “Silver” reward chest that is awarded to you upon reaching silver completion? The items in the “Dark Harvest” and “Astralaria” collections will not be ‘Collected’ until you consume that chest. If you’ve already consumed the chest before getting those Collections unlocked then you will need to get Silver rewards in that Adventure again and open the chest once more.

I wouldn’t recommend spamming the item. The buff looks for the skill hitting the player so if you reapply the buff at the wrong time then its possible that you will miss the window for the “hit” (so-to-speak).

I’ll be taking another look this week once I am able to pull away from other tasks. However, I’d like to hear who’s having trouble with which attacks after my above recommendations have been put into use. If there are some very problematic ones after that then I can take an extra special look at those specifically.

Unfortunately this is a system limitation with repeatable achievements. In order to show progress on your achievement, we pop a notification up for every Dragon Ball win. However the Achievement Points can only be awarded on the last “tier” of the 10-tier achievement. This means that on tiers 1-9, you’ll only see “+O Achievement Points” but on Tier 10 you’ll see “+10 Achievement Points”. Then, when you get that last win you will obtain the 10 AP as intended.

We’ve been taking a look at what you’ve been bringing up in this thread, and have confirmed that these items are obtainable.

However! There’s some miscommunication about the “Jade Maw’s Eye Lens” and using it. You do not need to use the lens right as you get hit by the attack. When you use the lens you will get a buff with a 15m duration on your character that will allow you to collect the items you need. So, use it right before you go to fight the monsters you need to fight and you should be just fine (provided that you get hit by the attacks mentioned in the hints).

Furthermore, during our investigation we found a teeny little visual bug. Currently, the buff icon for the collection buff doesn’t appear on your buff bar (we’re working towards addressing this). This is only a visual bug, none of the items are blocked from being obtained.

Tl;DR: Use the item (Double-click or Right-click>Use both work) just before you start fighting, then get hit with the attack to Collect these items.

You do not need to remain near those Quaggan after you help them train for the quaggan games. Once you help either “Orsippus Champion Squilp” or “Twoloop Champion Aloogwa” with their events, you need to return to “Twoloop Varonos Saszglop” and talk to him (this must be the same map and you cannot switch maps nor log off between helping them and talking to the Varonos).

I didnt see any trouble and was able to get the bracelet when I attempted to recreate your problem above, but please let us know if you continue to have issues.

Hello! I was able to collect all 3 of these items.

1) For all of the points you mention, you need to have several Charged Quartz Crystals in your inventory for the correct conversation option to appear. It will not appear with them in your bank.
2) Do you have spare space in your inventory? I doubt this would be the issue, but its worth asking.
3) For the “Secretly Overcharged” one, are you standing next to the little white ball of energy on the platform just below the Diving Goggle platform? This is the interact point.
4) For the “Solar Overcharged” one, are you interacting with the “Ray of Light” spot in the 2nd room of the Forsaken Hills?
5) Are you currently doing any other Legendary Weapon collections?

Sorry to hear that you’re having issues. Can all 3 of you please double check the following?
- You need the “Spirit Containment Unit” in your inventory when you use the Spyglass.
- You need to use the Subtle Spyglass while standing near the Raven npc.

Also, any extra information you can provide would help. I can only do so much by knowing there’s an issue. Providing information about what you’ve tried, how the game currently behaving when you use the spyglass, and any other info would help me narrow down how this is breaking for you.

I cannot reproduce an issue here. Could you please answer the following questions?
- Do you have the “Anthology of Villains” item in your inventory as instructed in the hint for the “Frainn” item?
- Have you completed the entire event (not just killed Frainn)? All of the enemies in the area must be defeated for the event to be completed. You must have participation in the event in order for you obtain the “Frainn” Collection item.

These Lotus Flowers are a common drop from the Lotus nodes, but aren’t guaranteed. It may take a few tries and a few nodes to find one for your Collection. Hello! We’ve been unable to reproduce this issue on our end. With the “Tooth of Frostfang” recipe unlocked on the character, and the 3rd Collection completed (required to get the recipe), Fiona is selling me the “Lump of Beeswax” as intended.

I’d love to help get you all unstuck as soon as possible. Can you please reply back with any more information that you think might be relevant? Some useful information could be:
- Have you consumed the recipe from the 3rd tier reward?
- Have you completed the 3rd Collection?
- Did you successfully defend the beehives from the bears?
- Do you currently have any of the other Legendary Weapon Collections currently unlocked?
- If you can, please provide screenshots to help us narrow this down.

After “communing” with the place of power at these locations, a new conversation option appeared (while I had a “Charged Quartz Crystal” in my inventory) that allowed me to Collect the items mentioned in this thread.

The Fortune Scrap and Golden Fortune Scrap vendor selections have been moved to the “Sonder the Seller [Merchant]” NPC in Fort Marriner. You can find him standing near the Laurel Vendor next to the training area. The Scraps can be traded on the last 2 tabs in his vendor window.
