Saved up a full set of exotics for him just to find out your given a full set. Feel like I cheated on 5th toon.

I have level’d 4 toons to 80. I am about to use my lvl 80 boost on my 5th toon.

I have started and deleted so many toons. I do enjoy the Thief as Pistol/Pistol. Once lvl 80 and start running in tangled depths etc… will I be frustrated and disappointed with difficulty? Or can I be viable to run that way?

side note, I rarely do pvp so not a factor.

I am looking to level my 5th toon. It is between the thief or Necro..I think

I only do PVE and if I do the necro I will want to have the minion build. I wont use a staff, (for achievement purposes). Is Necro my toon or should I goto Thief.

I currently have Ranger, Elle, Mez, Warrior

This may be just me whining but wondering if there could ever be a fix to this.

I have been trying to take down Evolved Jungle worm. Tonight I was finally on a close to full map (not Evos but full). Just before it started I lost connection. Logged back on quickly to a map with 10 people waiting.

After many fail’s with around 30 people I’d like to try on a full map.

So is there a way for Anet to save your spot on a map for 90 seconds or so if there are accidental booting’s. Be nice anyhow.

Is there any way to withdraw an in-game ticket. I thought I messed something up, but People on forums answered and set me straight. My ticket looks silly now and don’t want to waste Dev’s time.

We are a Very small guild. In another game there was 15-20 of us. 8 of us came here others quit. We have all since stopped playing here, but 3 of us came back this week.

We are looking to join or combine with another guild. Here’s what were after

1. A small guild to keep it family type, get to know people. still maybe 5 on at night to run a dungeon or fractal (which we’ve hardly done)
2. Mature people, were mid to late 30’s prefer clean talk
3. Families come first. We have families, jobs and kids. They are priority
4. We are a friendly bunch who would drop anything to help someone out.
5. PvE 95% of time we all have lvl 80’s
6. On Server Magumma
7. Random times of play during day (work schedule). Try to play nights 8pm ish EST for a couple hours

Thanks. I guess I should have spent hero points to unlock all Mastery traits. I knew I had to. Just making sure it was next step. Hope mastery points built and I haven’t lost any keeping bar full.

I have come back after a 2 year absence. I have 3 lvl 80’s, all world completion. today I bought HoT exp.

I noticed it still shows exp for kills etc.. but no exp bar. After lvl 80 you used to get a Skill point for leveling. It is a full purple bar now.

I personally find the Ranger pretty easy if you like that, but there are a lot of rangers out there.
I think same goes for the Elementalist

If you are a better player I’d go Mesmer, I am trying to get help with mine since it is tougher and I’m not understanding it well yet. There’s not as many of them and they provide good support and everyone loves to see a Mesmer

That’s why I wanted to run a mesmer. So passionate by players

I think that my problem. I’m seldom in a party and I guess I’ve been running more shatter but playing like phantasm.

I see so many kick butt mesmer I just thought I’d try. I guess I should focus on my assented gear for my first 3 toons.

I have returned to gw2 after a 2 year absence. I did play for a month in there somewhere. I had a ranger, warrior & elementalist all at 80 with been there done that.

Trying a mesmer now and I’m lost and confused. Am I ranged or close combat. Great sword and staff. Don’t understand my rotation and spells. Lvl 35 now.

Q: does this mesmer get clearer or just the harder peofesion?

I do like leveling crafting. I need tailor and cook. Why I keep going. But will get expansion so maybe new peofesion is way to go.

that guy had 3rd chance success. I made it eventually also, funny started over and died on windy, then option to port right to end. 1st try after posting this!

I am having trouble with this JP. I take the correct path. I have watched youtube video. every video shows same path. When I take correct path I get sent back to start when I enter portal. Didn’t take attuned path I’m told.

is it broken or have I missed something.

Ouch. the discovery gets to lvl 450. then 32 more… This really isn’t a quick run!

I just came back of over a year absence. I left with all my toons at 400 max crafting. Logging on I see max is 500. no problem I’ll hit this off real quick once I remember how…..I thought

so help me make sure I am on the right track.
1. at lvl 425 everything is grey (i must discover)
2. To discover i need the 2 pieces of mat (NP I have tones of the helm ones I uesd to get to 425)
3. I also need insignis’a (I remember those, 5 of: bolts Gossemer, vials of P blood, Gobs and 20 spools) to buy all on Market 6 Gold, I think.
4. Now discover and repeat with all insiginas (o’ya buy them with karma)

Now I did this once and I got 3 levels. I have to do that 25X? to get my last 75 levels! 150G to buy mats alone. And not that many insignias types to discover with.

Have I Missed Something? please any advice?

ME- I have played since day one on launch. I have 3 lvl 80’s all with “been there done that” achievement. Yet I have never done a dungeon:(

SINCE I LEFT – I haven’t played in about 1 year. I logged on yesterday lost as can be. No idea what the items were in my bag and I thought I was at craft cap on all toons at 400. but now I think it is 500?

LOOKING FOR – I am after a smaller family type guild. People who know family comes before a game. I prefer a more mature guild, I am 38 and I do prefer clean talk. I really only do PVE, but would do PVP on occasion if the group wanted to or someone needed help with an acheivement. I want to run dungeons, relearn crafting and find out what’s new over the last year.

This is what I have been looking for. I hope it is accurate:) Problem with a low pop server. never people there to help

Happens to me to, annoying!!!!

I finally decided to craft may exotics. Bought a Superior sigils of the ranger (btw I am a ranger) It already says I have 6 of 6 equipped, after I equipped the one it says I have 7 of 6 equipped. Do I somehow have all the bonuses or none and the one I have it doesn’t count?

IF I can give my little note here about choosing a Profession. You will find “your” class (profession) if you read too much your head over so many opinions.

I am a ranger at heart. I found it very easy, but there are a lot of people out there calling for a buff to the ranger. I have a warrior where I have rage quit so many times, some people call that the beginner class. I hate people saying this who want help but it is true.

Play what is fun!!!

start a bunch of professions, run them to lvl 10. you will quickly realize what you like.

I like the axe in off hand, The spinning is just cool to me:)

I just finished my Ranger to lvl 80, pretty much never died.

I am trying my Warrior, got him to lvl 71, I die A LOT!!! Rage Quit often. I have read so many builds my head hurts. Can someone look over my build and let me know if I am way off, or the build is OK and I am just playing him wrong.

I lost track of a previous post.

I remember reading that the final class quest (lvl 80) was giving out a VERY POOR (lvl 35 blue) reward. IT was suggested not to finish till it “may” be fixed.

any Idea if this has been or going to be fixed?

Btw, I am a lvl 80 Ranger. Max crafting. the lvl 72 exotic in no good to me or an alt

As quick as I can :

I have made my mystic salvage kit in the forge. I know to salvage the lvl 70 to 80 rare to get the gobs. Which I hope will help me craft lvl 80 rares I need. I bought a lvl 80 rare recipe from vendor by crafting table.

Now the question: I have some lvl 72ish exotics. What do you do with them. what does salvage give me, or sell for approx 50 Silver on TP

the Skill point in the SW part of map called “Statue of Balthazar”

the area is contested and has been for a LONG time. I’ll assume the area must be friendly to me, but then is it your basic “veteran” toughness skill point?

Leveling my leather-working I have always had the mats once I reached that lvl. I hit cotton and had 1 scrap. I am now in lvl 60+ areas and no cotton.

What area/lvl is best for cotton?

I will put my vote in for the ranger. Nice having a pet too. I love the longbow and my weapon swap, I use a sword with a Horn which gives a speed burst and a BIRD attack…BIRDS!!!!!

I have not had a struggle doing anything till now. I am in the lvl 40 – 50 zone

I am after a Skill point and a vista. (I have all poi and heart) But the vista and Skill point is frustrating. I know the path to take, but…ARGH.

Is the rest of the Vista’s/ Skill points in comming zones, well is there more of this to come?

If you are on the same server, different races can lvl together, just gotta travel there. Look for a purple glowing thing on map. (still need to return for class quests though).

On different servers, can’t at all. There is currently no charge to change servers.

The initial training pvp area, the Mists I think it is. Place where you can teleport there from anywhere, from your hero menu.

I am not anywhere near done as much as you, but I know there is some POI’s in there.

I can get pleanty of everything, just have to spend the time to gather. Leather is more difficult. I Salvage almost everything.

Comment above is very valuable! Keep an extra tool of each in your bags.

I hit lvl 40, so I went to my trainer. I did some crafting (got a new bow) then off to a new zone. I Sucked, it was like I forgot how to play, died adn died.

So lesson learned, make sure you READ, I would have known the skills re-set. Glad I figured this out on my own, nothing hurt but my silver and pride.

I am in the 15 to 25 zone, the frozen one (forget name) I see polar bears but no juvenile ones.

Anyone have on tamed?

I thought you threw an axe. I just wanted more of a hand to hand thing. I know there is no minimum range thing, Just personal preference. The torch may be the way to go, but then again I hear there are birds!

SHEPARD: I can’t not use that ability. I always end using it by mistake.

aside from using my long bow as my main I am not sure on my other weapon to use.

I have a 1hand sword and dagger. One ability I roll backwards the fly forward. HORRIBLE when doing a jumping puzzle or vists and have to fight someone and you fall off cliff.

any ideas for second weapon that works well for you
