Still doesnt appear to be working. Anyone figure this out?
Still not fixed. You’d think this would be an easy one.
It scales against players. Bring 30+ and it scales to near-impossible HP. When we go in to take the lord, we break off 10 max so we dont have to deal with the scaling. Goes down in less than 30 seconds or so. Just remember to CC it first.

Still not fixed it appears :/
Got errors using the items, doesn’t appear to change anything.
It would be nice if Anet could force push the reward that we earned. Thats not something our guild can simply do tomorrow again. It took a little forward coordination, and we got lucky having awesome/coordinated/communicating pugs as well. You sort of roll the dice with the groups you get in Guild Wars 2, and our ~50 can’t fill a map.
Either way, thanks for your help Mike.
Concerning the boost:
If you purchase the boost, you will have the time it takes to make a tick of aetherium reduced by 5% (this applies to all available influence to aetherium boost changes).
For example:
1 aetherium may be mined per 60 seconds before the boost.
1 aetherium may be mined per 57 seconds after the boost.
And regarding guilds who spent 300k influence (months and months of work) ?
We did a guild event and beat this entire event chain, only to have the zone freeze on us
Well, gg TL anyway.
The atherium boost appears to be working now, but we did not receive any refund for the months of influence we spent before the fix.

“Guild data is taking a long time to load. This might indicate an underlying server or connectivity issue.”
We can no longer do anything associated with the guild. This happened right as we coordinated turning in a reward for a guild trek mission, it was nearly right on the moment/second the trek mission ended w/20ish people at the same time.
It appears other guilds we are in are working properly.
You’re closing statement is “man up and fight!” Ironically coming from someone bunkered down sitting on a shield generator.
When we saw an opening, we engaged you on the second/third floor (no shield gens) and wiped you. We applied our rotations on your backline, it worked. You never came back after that.
We also engaged and routed you twice before with Os after chill-countering your initial pushes early on. We really need to get together and train together and talk about what worked and didn’t instead of simply kitten talking. My 2 cents.
What you considered as to “wiped us” was due to the fact we were trying to push and clear the Bazillion amounts of siege you had and lost a key person, that being the Raid Lead.. when he died, we were running up to 3rd floor to jump out and regroup… and oh.. we can get together alright, lets get together in Obsidian Sanctum you group called “Garrison” and our “Garrison” what ya say?
Numbers Talk:
https://youtu.be/F8TcktbIgb4
Not a single person said your guild had any certain number of players, 17, 20, 30, w/e. We said your ball was running with 30+ and then there were other pugs outside of that (likely trying to join in with you). Feel free to re-read our posts.
Again, to clarify. Rekt was not the only guild tag in your ball, at all.
You’re reaching really hard. Whisper me in-game Freelancer.4526 and let’s work on coordinating something in a positive way.
Good fights.
Badges of Tribute are bugged and not available, otherwise we’d already have camp/tower claiming.
I don’t think you understand. We play WvW to fight people not take objectives. We fight around objectives to get fights but it is frustrating when people hide behind siege which take little to no skill to use. Once again we are not a PPT guild we are a zergbusting guild
Back when we helped define early metas in alpha/beta, “PPT” and “Zerg-busting” guilds did not exist. People fought for their servers, it was a pride thing. We only recently came back this last few weeks so this is a new concept to me.
I’m not saying anything against “fight” guilds, but to us, if holding SM means getting “xx” more points for our server over the next few hours like we’ve been doing, that’s what matters – no matter the cost. We split into 5-8 groups intentionally for just that purpose, because running around with 20 is not as efficient.

25 stacks of stability can’t get through 10 shield generators and a group of (at least semi-competent, I don’t doubt your guy’s intelligence) players dropping their own statics, fear marks, and walls. So then we’re fighting outnumbered in arrow cart fire, ballista fire and the SMC lord dropping knockdown meteors on us.
Doubling our numbers from 30 to 60 and charging in there and breaking everything through sheer brute force… that would probably work. But that’s no fun. That’s just mindless zerging. Hence the “giving zergs more tools as a substitute for skill”. That bothers me.
So yeah. You can call us toxic all you want. This cutesy “good fights” and “theory craft so you can beat it” and “well we had fun”… to me, that’s more toxic than outright hostility. Hiding behind siege then coming to the forum to mock us, derailing a thread that could’ve been about constructive discussion about shield generators turned into this nonsense.
And our roster has 39 max. We had 25 at the start of raid which dwindled to 20 towards the end. We had at most 10 or 15 pugs. We’ve been dealing with people not counting us properly for freakin’ 3 years.
Our “zerg” was a single TL incorporated squad, which we call the “garrison”. They develop and focus on countering melee trains. Granted there were a lot of pugs there as well freaking out that we somehow were holding SM for so long.

Screen from tonight (the video). This was the entire night until about 30ish min into you guys assaulting we decided to call in reinforcements. It was the moment you got on the second floor, we knew the garrison squad wasnt going to be enough. Subsequently we wiped you shortly after. That was simply catching your backend with boon-stirpping on the ramp when you least expected it. Look, I hear ya about Shield Gens, but I also know that we know the exact counter (in theory) to it, that you simply didn’t see at the time.
We’d love to have you guys do the same thing in the mid and have us try out counters to it.
Good fights.
We had fun testing some new stuff tonight, and we have more to bring later.
I would consider splitting into multiple groups to circumvent the zergs and abuse their lack of mobility, instead of trying to take it head on. Shield generators are fantastic for holding off groups, but if those groups split apart, it negates the power of that main group.
We ran 6 squads tonight, all in different areas to avoid the melee-train zerg we were up against. The result (with immense help from others as well) was 480 ppt for about an hour. Their zerg was sticking to single points (like SM) while we took all of the surrounding areas. We used multiple TS channels with commander chat and coordinated movement against the zerg.

I won’t argue this when the video will be posted soon. I went over it agian, if you legit think you had ~30, well, not much else to say.
Expect more off-the-wall strats coming from us in this expansion. It won’t be perfect early on, but we’re learning and we’re continually improve our defensive capabilities against the melee metas.
Good fights. Everyone’s emotions are high on your side so I understand the anger. Still respect you guys a lot. Later.
We’ll be uploading a video soon enough. You guys had 40+ in your ball on the video alone (not including the 30+ pugs not following your melee train). We had 30ish on the interior, also shown in the video.
We came in to say good fight, as we had a great time. We thought the whole thing was pretty epic. In regards to not pushing out, we waited for the right opportunity for you to make a mishap considering you outnumbered us and had a strong melee train. When you did, well – we know how that ended. Countering tactics is what we do. We saw you had a strong melee ball, we countered it.
You guys are a solid guild, toxicity aside. We are really impressed on how well you push a melee ball.
Good fight!

bump. Nobody can find them.
All WvW unlocks still prevented from any guild in the entire game.
Bumping. Scribes are STILL not available in Guild Wars 2 properly.
Going to bump multiple times a day until this is addressed. Simple fact is Anet advertised one thing as “working” when it it clearly not. This is affecting thousands of players across numerous guilds.
Posted about the same issue 3 days ago.

Bumping. Issue still persists.
Bumping. Multiple guilds are losing massive amounts of influence.
Bumpity. Scribes still not able to level.
Isn’t there a guy you turn them in at the guild hall portal? Where you register?
No. We’ve checked all of those numerous times. Nobody offers “Badge of Tribute”.
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/hot/Badges-of-Tribute-Cannot-Be-Earned/first#post5658342
They haven’t addressed it yet
Still no word on this.
Resonating Fragments are not existent. Scribes cannot convert Slivers to Fragments.
Badge of Tribute used for War room non-existent.
Resonating Sliver is not what is missing. It’s the upgrade to that – the Resonating Fragment.
Thanks though!
Still no fix it appears for this.
Bump.
Still no way to get these.
Spent 6 hours in WvW trying everything out, events, etc. No go.
Around 150ish Scribe, im needing to get Resonating Fragments, which according to the tooltip are crafted by Scribes from Resonating Slivers.
There are no available discoveries or crafts available for this. We checked around the new zones looking for recipes, no go.
>.>
You need Badges of Tribute to get the War room unlocked.
According to the tooltip you buy them from the war room merchant.
We tried everything else we could think of.
>.>
We just wasted 200k influence for our guild (from doing it twice). Zero benefit and months of work lost there :/
If looking for answers on Guild Banks, you can find them in this post here: Guild Bank security when HoT launches
Folks in the thread had similar questions and hopefully the answers provided there will provide some reassurances. =D
Thank you kindly.
Are the items in our current guild banks (gold and items) safe for transfer, or should we consider pulling everything out?
I understand there is a “Guild Vault” of sorts and know little about it, or how it may coincide with the current guild bank.
With the Tales of Tyria podcast launching and announcements, we’ve been getting a ton of new recruits – both new and returning players.
If you’re interested in hanging out for PvE, or joining us for WvW, we’re still openly recruiting. New players are certainly welcome.
Message Freelancer.4526 if interested. You may also contact Bridger.
Happy hunting everyone!
don’t run 30+ in WvW, okglbye.
Haha, noted! We’ve seen the zergs (they call them blobs these days?). We’ve been running 20ish man groups with 2-3x flank squads to take/prepare minor objectives for us. for a few days to get back into the latest metas. Games like Wildstar and Archeage tend teach horrible habits so we have to break those – its going to take time.
We’re having a blast though, that’s for sure. Nice change from AA sieges.
Team Legacy is now recruiting once again!
The short: We’re an old pre-beta guild that helped test Guild Wars 2, promoting the game and teaching others through “Tales of Tyria”, our podcast. We focused primarily on PvP, and throughout the years went to Wildstar and Archeage focusing on competition there. Along the way we develop a zealous PvE crowd as well, and having burned out on AA, are coming back for this great expansion!
Early on, we had one goal: help make GW2 successful and promote the heck out of it, while focusing on being uber-competitive in PvP. These days, we still want to promote the game, but are more semi-hardcore at best, focusing more on the “fun” and less on the “win at all costs”. Many of our members and leadership (including myself) have had a lot of life changes, started families, and now are coming back to enjoy and re-live some of our best memories.
Search “Battle of Dreaming Bay” and more on Youtube to see some of our best moments and shenanigans in GW2. We’re inviting others to join us to make even more awesome moments

A Short History
Our Focus
TeamLegacy was originally established in early August 2010 community for MMOs. Over the years with more than a few friends, we have flourished and become very active. Our community continues to grow and interact with each other through various methods: playing games together, chatting on teamspeak, and through guild meetings. As a result of this, we have begun to see ourselves differently: we don’t see ourselves as a group of randoms who have come together for a greater goal; we see ourselves as a community of gamers. Most of us have gamed our entire lives, many even at a professional level, and now we’ve come together to create a haven where we all are encouraged to think freely and interact with others who share our passions. We are a community of kindred spirits; we are a team.
Legacy’s main focus is to provide a haven for philosophers and theorycrafters to have open, intelligent debates and discussions on game-mechanics, playstyles and top-level strategies; then utilize that information to become the best at competitive content. We want to avoid the standard cliques and drama of most large guilds, and maintain a helpful, positive, open minded environment where nobody feels as though they can not talk to another member based on social status within the guild, and we feel allowing everyone an equal voice is a great way to establish that environment.
Our leaders and current members have top level experience in games such as Warhammer, Team Fortress 2, Guild Wars 1, Starcraft and WoW. Using leadership and strategies learned from these games we plan on leading the guild to greatness. We currently have over 150 interested members from these games and more. Our Team Speak is the highly active, and we are full of spirit.
What Makes Us Tick:
Our Guild Structure.
Our vision for ourselves is to combine the dedication, experience, theorycrafting ability, high performance and expertise of hardcore guilds with the fun-factor and silliness of casual guilds in order to gain fame and honor. We don’t want to be “that guild” where everyone fears making a mistake; but on the flip side of that coin, we currently see ourselves as a guild that will be competing in the upper-echelons of PvP. We fully expect that everyone will inevitably come to know and respect the name Team Legacy, and we understand how bold that statement is.
We also strive to create a friendly environment for all members, not just the competitive group. Team Legacy and its offshoots plan to get together to do weekly world PvP and PvE events, involving all aspects of the community. The PvP events will give the less serious players an opportunity to learn from the more experienced.
Encourage Competitive Gaming
Let’s work to make it happen
As far as other guilds, and their governing entities, are concerned: if you’re interested in developing a higher competitive atmosphere with us, or simply wish to know more about our upcoming ideas that we could work together to make realities, give us a shout as well. We’re no strangers to the pro scenes in professional gaming, be it sponsored tournaments or highly-publicized casted events. We’d love to be able to work in tandem to make these ideas come true.
Competitive Tournament Team
We will be sponsoring a few competitive arena teams for Guild Wars 2. Many of our members who have joined have no other ambition except to excel in structured pvp, and will play exclusively as such. Although we run a persistent five night a week raid, we give priority to those members who wish to compete as well. If your’re aiming to make a name in the realm of eSports, we can help make that happen.

Had a good time tonight, especially when AoN poked around.
Shame there isn’t more quality guilds on Maguuma/Dragonbrand, or at least none that we’ve seen yet. Matchup has been pretty bland in our BL.
Here’s to tomorrow!
Had a great time today CD. Always a pleasure, ever since IoJ.
Or you can join, organize yourself with WM/TL/NEO and others, and play real WvW.
We may or may not be able to top T1, but this is some of the best WvW I’ve played in a long time.
