sigh another Tarnish Coast Fan Boy up this thread look it does not matter what server you play on thank to guesting you can play on any at any given time with cost of IRL or in game money so if u feel like this server lacks in some areas say dungeon doors that have been locked you can just guest over to a server that has that dungeon door unlocked and play the experience the only down side to guesting is your not allowed to WvW for that server u guest too but this allows players to cross communicate while in game so all i can says pick a server if u like hey that’s great if u don’t well guest over or pay to transfer what i would suggest is to find about guilds on particular servers that will fit you since having people to talk to make the game 100X better as well as try to find about server teampeaks and such which will also help advance game play you would be surprised what you can find also one more thing GO HOME TC EVERY SERVER IS AN RP SERVER STOP TRYING TO SHOVE THAT INTO OTHER PEOPLES FACES AND THINK YOUR SPECIAL BECAUSE YOUR NOT THANK YOU AND HAVE A GREAT DAY

hello all i am fire warrior scout of DB looking for a new server and guild to transfer im looking for a primary WvW guild let it be new or old and if possible have guild missions but that not a mandatory a little or myself I’ve played gw since GW alpha days and when gw2 launched ive be commanding WvW forces since and i love it i have a war record that probably 2000 pages long and generally once people get use to me generally love having me on the battlefield i am very experienced in WvW from GVG to roaming i have all 8 classes and i can use ts3 and ventrilio i am looking to transfer before this weekend since ill be gone for like 4 weeks do to some irl stuff that will need to be taken care of so if u can whisper me in game or send me some mail through the forms that would be great thank you

if ur looking for stealth like rouge then thief is your best bet on healer everyone has their own healing skill but if u want to play heavy support and just sit back and let everyone else do the hard focusing on water elementalist is your best option im on the server dragonbrand a NA server if u want to go over builds, skillz and getting use to the game

if your looking for NA server top 5 servers with most pop will be jade quarry, black gate, sanctum of rall, tarnished coast, dragonbrand. im not to sure on the EU servers but once you have fully logged in u will be allowed to guest to other serves so it docent really matter which server you chooses ill whisper u in game and u can shoot me some questions if u have some

um a week more like 1 day lol its not to difficult if it wasent that i like to akitten on toons or just sit in LA and chat up a storm or go flip to my main to do other things to occupy me lving is a snap once u find a theme to your way of everything runs smoothly

yo mephisto im from DB and love to lvl alt if u ever want to hang out just whisper me i always find it a bore lvling solo since i already have 4 80’s

warriors with long bows = tons of AoE, guardians elite spell = AoE ,rangers can be built like trucks. if just want to do mass AoE necro with staff + wells is very imprssive necros also have the highest HP pools in games making them awesome tanks in late game and early game but they are a clothy. if your looking for a lot of AOE u dip more in the cloth department most of the time, an thief are more squishy then all other classes just fyi

just saying i was here first and side DragonBrand is moving up to t2 so HA end of story see you all in T2

come to DragonBrand we are rising server in WvW and have great community with our own server vent room and forums we can hock you up with some great players so u can learn the tricks of the trade meet me up in LA or any home city whisper me in game would be awesome to have you

i do mass vitality and power thats it and it take like 7 people to take me down ill sit at about 20k hp without WvW bonuses after WvW bonus the most ill get is 25k hp and i just soak dmg like a sponge may i also add my 3k dps is salt on a wounds especially if they are dumb enough to sit in my whiling wraith

i would also like to add a big notice sign s that goes across the screen that says some thing the commander types up so everyone can see it lets be honest on zerg fest not everyone can read small letters in the corner

you could always make a zerg buster squad problem solved you know those 5-8 man groups that are 100% coordinated that they break the back bones of all zerg warfare got to remember its not called zerging for a reason almost 3/4 of a zerg is mindless tunnel vision drones (FOR THE SWARM!) and all that business.

as a commander during (my Time) 8:00am to 4:00pm trying to gather a zerg or even muster a force almost feels impossible some days are better than others and some day are literally the crappers saying that DB has numbers ever where is an understatement or has major force moving to map to map DB motto will always remain to “Hold The Line” during the day in till evening crew and night crew can show up and save our kittens

if your looking for a quote on quote tanky class all class can play it and be able to kill someone and stay alive if your looking for like a troll class just to kitten the people off you already picked it my friend the Mesmer they are annoying as kitten ad some feel almost impossible to take down or at least feel that way. if u need any more help or question just whisper me in game or send me an email up on these forums

i do have to agree with lots being said but early today me and a fellow guild organized our selves and our server by using 3rd party surface we organized the guild group into a small zerg and i controlling the pug and mixed players that where not part of the guild and it was working flawlessly but their many time where i wanted to tell certain people hey can you 5 and you 5 go here and here while the rest of us move to here. now with the squad chat its not really need since you can never see where anyone really is which practically sucks since saying you want to hit this supply camp here and hit this tower at this time gets very difficult since you cant see where everyone is or when you want lead a sweeping manover on your enemy’s and no one knows whats going since they cant read or follow which chat window

why not the game would be perfect for them you could even put them in gem shop and with the skills system you could play it and make your own songs or even make bands in the middle of LA whats everyone else thoughts and opinions?

yea so what nottsgman said it is a place to get new weapon and armour skins aswell as minipets and titles but not a lot of gw1 players now adays so if you do end up getting it you will find yourself soloing almost everything thx god for wiki

you know you could also just go to frostgorge or any place that has Wurms the giant one that throw boulders and just dodge that if players don’t realize your their for you daily their always more to find and also you can always just find other things to dodge its not hard to get 10 dodges in its even faster in WvW if for instance your getting chased by a mob of angry enemy server players you can get it in about 3 seconds

Now i been playing GW2 since beta and spend alot in WvW learning the tricks of the trade so to speak now its taken me a lot of time to earn 100g since i don’t play to often and i took my time in the game while doing other things but since i got my commander icon i find it a lot easier to control people know i work in daytime in DB where their is not a lot of commanders on or commanders not want to show their tag since they do not really want to lead or dont know how since i only got my tag a couple of days ago i generally did leading people without the tag lots of people came to respect me more than commanders and more are willing to listen to me now but i still have to shout COM TO MY TAG PLZ since not every siege is successful and drops in moral but since the daycrew is well lack luster trying to create a zerg is difficult bashing the idea that the commander title is broken is not right in some sense yes i believe their should be more than just 100G and that obligates u to lead but at the same time i don’t know if you noticed but WvW title they are not easy and they are quite long to achieve yes systems can be changed but its your option if you want to listen to a commander or if some one gets told to shut up so the commander has more talk time in the chat at the same time a commander has the obligation to listen to his zerg and his fellow players since hey they don’t know every thing or hey i don’t know where the enemy zerg is i might want to listen to what some else has to say. in the full conclusion every commander lead differently and each commander has their ups and down moments you have to give people chances but at the same time if nothing but failures come out then you don’t have to follow them either and if you don’t like how other lead why not drop the 100g so you can become a commander yourself and lead see how easy it truly is i have been leading without a tag since launch and i would have to say i earned respect before i became commander with a tag and on a side note the zerg might act like mindless drones at time but still players are players you can only do what you can till they all figure out hey this dude might have some really thought out idea or realize hey some ones talking i should stop and listen

so like 2 mins me and a friend from UhOH running around in EBG came across an undefended camp and ended up hitting jackpot when we got to get our farm on in one of FA supply camps {Problem FA?} theirs only 2 of us when it takes 10 to take us down plus u guys got hylek support

even with the payed server transfers you all really don’t see the other effect what happens to the servers that already have great guilds and great strategies and alliances when these new guilds and other people join their less room in WvW so that these things were people know what to do is un-equal to those that don’t know what they are doing

a few new items added that are not to significant but all good

in DB exploits if anyone uses or is seen in an exploit the server is report them right away we do not condoled to cheating its not fun or fair now if some one found a glitch and was using or if their was an exploit being used and no one said anything about it or point it out then we cant do too much and besides why would DB need to cheat where kicking but out their

ykyk does not lie i was up in that server before i transferred down to DB for multiple reason but any ways yes Crystal Desert is a brick wall that 200feet thick 10000 feet long and 1000 feet high brick wall they are not a server you can kitten around with they can play booth oceanic prime time and NA prime time with non stop combat

if an D/D ele cant move around then hes a dead man

if your looking to run a tanky build i would suggest something on the lines of great sword and staff the great sword gives amazing dps rate and lots of melee AoE so you can deal with mobs quickly and painlessly i can take on about 4-7 vets by myself and don’t get me started on regular mobs if i can give u some info on build if you wish and how it runs it works great in PvE, Dungeons, SPvP, and even WvW and theirs not to much to worry about after that but if you want more line backer like wand or mace i really don’t got a lot of info on that

that pretty much says we like to through our money away and when bad stuff happens we through more money at it hoping for it to resolve the problem

i would do what aly says its usually the best plan and what mo+st players do if you really want to take easy way out you can always map explore places that are 70+ you tend to get at least 1 exotic you lvl and a bunch of mats and work on exploration if you haven’t already you can also do Jumping Puzzles at lvl 80 you have a better chance of getting rares and exotic your lvl when you complete them

We’ve killed more Yak Golems then have gotten to gates. All that gold such a waste.

yes this would be a brilliant idea and also at the same time bring people up to speed that don’t know what their doing into understanding WvW and giving the hardcore players something to work for it would work out perfectly they only issue would be bots and people only their to do the daily and clogging up space when their is more important thing to do… but then again anything can be important in WvW

i had that happen to me as well when i was trying to get into tower while it was being siege and i got stuck right at the gate but no one saw me dou to the fact that was stealth i got unstuck a few seconds later and got in before stealth wore off

to be honest i always make profit in WvW i make about 1-4g a day i do a lot of wandering around on my own and i hit up a lot of the events if you can chain enough of them together you can make some serious cash for example ill go and attack a supply then had over to the dredge or ogres or hylek that guard the camp then run to the next supply camp then to the near by sentry rinse and repeat and if im lucky some of my fellow plays have knocked down a wall or 2 at a tower and ill run in and solo the champion and cap it for my server gaining me amazing awards and if some poor saps end up running into me hey free badges the best way for survival in WvW is if you set your character up as a bunker you will reap the benefits later when you fight

i see yaks has resorted to cheat and use exploits to take SM i saw the portals and the wall glitch u guys dont need to lie or cover up even tho you have to cheat we can still beat you so this quite sad that u have to act and play like scum to try and win

first off, it’s a game, and calling anyone in it “scum” just makes you look like a complete fool.
second, if you didn’t find the mesmer, it’s your kitten fault for not sweeping correctly.
third, if the mesmer WAS hiding in a false wall, you can’t say you wouldn’t do the same.
anyway, DB is winning by 25k+ points, there’s no reason to be so upset.
there’s been some talk of DB teaming up with EB too, and I wouldn’t be surprised if that were true.

well you see here is that its an exploit and if you had gonna and read my then next post you might have not need to say anything also referring to scum is decent word even if we are winning we took SM fair and square and when your mezmers have the kitten to use an exploit IE cheating i would call that lower than scum shows your character that you shouldn’t be on this tier or any tier for that matter if you want to play unfair as well the dev is also to blame that is why i have alrdy contact Anet about it and have receive a response on it. also he here is a coupe, pic on the area on which the mezmer used the exploit to by pass the walls

People on every server hack and exploit, including DB, and don’t you dare deny it.

yes english is not my first language i live in NA but i am not from here now i do not deny each server has their share of players using a exploit or even a hack and yes i am srry if does seem i am generlizing a full sever that is a fualt on my behalf and will fix my error but the fact is still their on this occurence on what happened either way anet has been notifiyed and lets all hope they fix the issue i only want a fair game played cause ill be honest when we all play fair the game feels 100% better would you not agree?
