Which dev did I anger to deserve to be banished from Divinity’s Reach to the watery depths of the abyss?
(but seriously, I was just running in Divinity’s Reach by the crafting stations and got teleported 5 kilometers below Queensdale O_O)
I’ve literally just been straight playing the new HoT maps and have gotten to rank 45. I would do different parts of the meta when it’s up and do different outposts when the meta ends. And I still have tons of stuff to do; new outposts to try, new places to explore, different parts of the meta events to do, new adventures to challenge, and achievements to achieve. I’m having a blast all the while too.
Sure the masteries are one of my goals, but they aren’t my primary concern. My primary concern is just enjoying the game, and boy am I enjoying it.
It’s only a chore if you make it a chore. It’s only a grind if you make it a grind.
Why would you want to blaze through all of them as fast as you can anyway? So you can sit there with no goal? Is that fun?
Can’t find it anymore. But I read on reddit few days ago that something would come today, monday for the issue.
That was a separate issue regarding people whose map exploration progress reset or regressed.
No, this is not another post complaining about the bugged map completion rewards.; it is a post to inform all of you disgruntled players of ArenaNet’s response. I posted this in the massive 11 page thread (probably more by the time you read this), but it just got lost in the sea of complaints.
Click this link; there are two answers for you just a little scroll downward.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/3qtuk7/any_word_on_glitched_map_completion_rewards/
Hopefully this would reach more people and would help quell the NaCl building up.
I’ll just leave this here… you only need to scroll down just a wee bit to find your answer.

Same problem.
I’ll just get every map to 99% until they fix it… sigh.
So the Exalted glider came into the gemstore today!
I was excited to finally be set free from the dull basic glider and to fly with a new, cool looking one.
But, I was a bit disappointed that I was not able to dye it.
I was hoping to be able to dye it just like the black/silver and white exalted transformations in Dragon’s Stand (just like the ones in the attached screenshot).
I hope this would become an option one day.
Also, is there a way to figure out if a glider is dyeable or not?
As far as I know, unlike regular armor, you can’t preview dyes on a glider.
Anyone who thought this would be easy or a short method was kidding themselves.
I’m pretty sure none of us thought that precursor crafting was easy or short.
You are missing the points that players are making in this thread.
If this is true then.. wow.
I was getting all excited with starting my legendary journey soon.
Now I might just not start at all and save my time and gold.
Though, its all about the experience I guess. Going through all that rather than just buying it from the TP or hoping the Mystic Toilet poops one out for you.
Hoped that this system was an exchange between more time and less gold, boo.
Though the number of guildies asking for help with it could become annoying. Making them mechanically superior leading to worse interactions with guild mates.
What a guildie you are if you get annoyed by favors asked by other guildies. The point of a guild is to play with and help each other.
Indeed. I feel like my characters are actually progressing rather than just being spoon fed. I’ve never felt so connected to them in a while. So much goals and content to explore.
Thanks ArenaNet!
I’ve noticed when I’m playing my Guardian that when I try to start GS #3 then JI, it doesn’t work. I have to JI first then GS #3.
8/10
Absolutely love the new story; feels much more immersive.
The new maps are absolutely gorgeous and really fun to explore.
The masteries are great long term goals that I am looking forward to work towards.
Stronghold is really fun and a nice change from conquest.
Haven’t stepped into WvW yet, but it looks interesting; will miss the old borderlands though.
A little comment on all of the people complaining about the “grind.”
Masteries require work. Everything being fed to you so easily is boring and there is no sense of achievement once you reach your goal. All you really need to do is just play the game and you will get there. Its disappointing that the game presents some new goals and some players just want their things without actually working.
That said, I do agree that trying to get your masteries takes a bit too long. Trying to get millions of EXP at a rate of 18000 EXP for events and 1200 EXP for mobs. Though, I’m hoping ArenaNet doesn’t change the system to be too fast and too easy. I still want to have to work to get them.
(edited by Kazuto.2798)
how can you get 635,000 exp in an hour? i mean if 2500 hours if play gets me nothing…. I don’t understand how you can get 635k in an hour?!?
I didn’t know HoT was out for that long.
NA player from the East Coast here. Ever since two days ago, I’ve had some lag in-game. My internet appears to be fine outside of the game though. I’d lag at for minutes (yes, plural) at a time and had one disconnect. There are times where everything would be teleporting around me, the skill icons would just pulse and not go off, and when I move – I get teleported back to where I was standing before as if I had never moved; all of this for minute(s) at a time. Sometimes it is just a constant 1 – 10 second skill delay. There were also people in map chat saying they are having similar problems – but there are other who are not. Perhaps it has to do with the wind in snow, but then again why is my internet outside of the game fine?
I maxed out my settings to see how it looked like. Presenting my beautiful Necromancer.
Hopefully this is something they have just overlooked and will sort out.
After all, if memory serves me correctly, male characters with facial hair get their beards dyed the same colour as their hair. It can’t be too much of a stretch to apply the same mechanics to eyebrows.
It has been like this since the beginning of the game, the only way to not look silly with light hair colors is to either use a hair style that covers your eyebrows or use a helm that covers your eyebrows. It looks so silly to have Celestial hair with dull brown eyebrows.
(edited by Kazuto.2798)
So, I just found out about the new hair colors that were implemented in the Self-Style Hair Kits and Total Makeover Kits. Firstly, I want to say that these colors rock and that I’d really like to change my character’s hair to one of these shades. Though sadly, unless I pick a dark shade (I want a light shade), my character’s eyebrows would stand out all awkwardly as they are, by default, brown/black and do not change according to the hair color. This is a small thing, but it looks a bit stupid to have light colored hair and brown/black eyebrows. It would be amazing, absolutely spectacular if eyebrows were either:
A. change according to the hair color
B. color customizable (if B, allow an option in Self-Style Hair Kits to change eyebrow color, it is hair after all)

So I heard dishonored will hit people who leave games, what about people who intentionally go AFK. Someone can go still go AFK, tab in and move an inch, then go back to being AFK. I think the time someone could go AFK is too long (even though it is still a short time). Maybe make it so the kick timer starts after 10 seconds of inactivity and the counter to kick count only to 20 seconds? Players in a PvP match should be actively playing. There shouldn’t be enough time for me to go use the restroom, grab a water bottle, and come back 20 seconds before I get kicked (this happened in a 4v5 where my team gave up).
Greetings!
Sempiternal Order [SO] on Devona’s Rest has been a small guild of some friends (there was at max only about 10 of us active and representing) just playing the game to have fun. Recently members have been leaving for other games or have just become inactive resulting in only 3 active and representing members and 3 partially representing members remaining. Since I’ve been in this guild, roughly a year, we have never recruited and only invited people we ran into and befriended to the guild. Over time, people gradually left and we didn’t run into any people that wanted to join as much.
We still wish to remain a casual small-ish guild of friends that plays for fun. We were once a roaming guild that ran in groups of usually 4 and sometimes up to 10 and we would like to build [SO] up again to be like that. Though, we also play across all the gamemodes. I myself, enjoy some good dungeons and fractals. One of us likes playing the living story and another really likes PvP, but something in common most of us have/had is WvW roaming. Sadly, that has reduced to usually solo-roaming and occasionally duo-roaming now.
So here is a recruitment thread, something we are new to. We would like to recruit members that are interested in being a part of a small close-knit guild of friends. We aren’t aiming to be anything big. We enjoy roaming which would require you to be on the server Devona’s Rest to be able to join us in. Though, you do not need to be on Devona’s Rest! We could still enjoy the other gamemodes together. The guild has been around a long time, and though it has been just a small group of us all this time, it is fully upgraded (including all the guild missions(!), which we haven’t been able to do for a while). We also have a TS with a capacity of 15(?) people, and it is encouraged that you get on with us so we could have a better time together. A fair warning though, in TS together, we are like a family. We just let it out; we crack dumb jokes, make weird noises, and just say whatever is on our mind (we usually have our mics on voice activation).
[SO] is not limited to GW2 only though! We play a variety of games. One of us likes playing on his XBOX 1 and plays Halo. I occasionally enjoy playing strategy games such as Age of Empires or Total War as well as games such as Garry’s Mod. Other games in the future may be an option too (for example we tried out ArcheAge together, but that was rubbish especially compared to GW2).
So in all, we are just looking for some friends to play GW2 and other games with and to just have a good time together. Sorry it was long, hope to see some mails/whispers ^^
I guess I see what you mean, I was just thinking about how sometimes my opponent is too tunneled on me that they don’t do anything about my spawning phantasms and I manage to get three up at the same time. At that point I want to keep them. I like using DE for the confusion (not the condition) it can cause by having clones and for reasons such as what you stated as well as clone death traits.
The particular situation that caused me to think about this is that I had managed to get 3 iBerserkers up on an enemy and I wanted to use #2 on greatsword for some might and deeps, but then if I use that I’d lose a iBerserker.
This is a simple suggestion and I don’t know if anyone has suggested this before.
I think it would be good if you have 3 phantasms if you use use any clone spawning skills/traits, the clones wouldn’t overwrite the phantasms. Sometimes I would like to keep the iBerserkers and iDuelists up and I need to dodge, but deceptive evasion overwrites the phantasms with a clone.
I don’t think there are any problems with this suggestion and I think it would be beneficial for all Mesmers. Discuss away!
Depends on what I feel like listening to. I’d usually listen to electro type music or rock type music (in seperate playlists, never mixed together; it doesn’t feel right).
Some electro type songs (the channel these two links go to has some pretty good music uploaded):
Katie Sky – Monsters [Alex S Remix]
Flux Pavilion – I Can’t Stop [Urbanstep Remix]
Some rock type songs (riserecords have some really good bands):
dangerkids – Hostage
Crown The Empire – Memories of a Broken Heart
Also been listening to this song a lot recently (doesn’t fit into either category):
Icon For Hire – Hope of Morning
EDIT
Listening to anime openings and endings has a certain feel to it (a good feel) while playing an MMO like Guild Wars 2.
Rei Yasuda – Mirror [ED2 of Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei]
Eir Aoi – Ignite [OP1 of Sword Art Online II]
Konomi Suzuki – This Game [OP1 of No Game No Life]

I have been waiting for this for the longest time, an actual dress for my Mesmer. No longer do I have to wear the rags of Arah nor the quite revealing not-really-a-dress Order of Whispers armor. I thank you for this ANet ^ ^
Yeah, I get you. This is going to sound redundant, but the best thing I would do is adapt my play style. I was posting on my phone so making a build link from the editor would’ve been quite annoying, but I am on my computer right now so here:
I find that this build is pretty enjoyable and effective to my play style in PvP, but don’t just copy it. Well, you can if you want to, just helping a fellow Mesmer out. But, my point in posting my build is for inspiration, maybe you can take my build and adjust it to your play style. Maybe make it more defensive, since you used to run PU. That’s what I’ve done, I use builds that I see from other people and adjust it to be my own. Sometimes I just think builds up myself, considering the situations I will encounter and what traits can synergize with each other, my weapon skills, and my utilities. Also, consider what combos you can do. It is all trial and error. Best of luck!
Well your first problem was you were running a PU condition build. You are too used of the (no offence to you) faceroll cheesiness of a condition PU build. Now that it has been nerfed, as well as Dissapation traits being nerfed, your build took quite the blow. Of course you are going to lose more when you try out new builds, you aren’t accustomed to them just yet. I know when I dropped PU on my power build and traited more offensively, I died so much that I wanted to switch back. But now, I am more accustomed to the play style and know how to handle certain situations with my current build and it is really fun to play as (mind you, I dropped PU a long time ago). The patch has only been out for a few days, just keep trying to find a build that will suit you. Be it another condition PU build or maybe even a power build. Keep in mind, I am talking about a WvW standpoint.
I run 4/6/4/0/0 (Mix of Phantasm/Shatter) in WvW, Sword/Pistol – Greatsword.
I run 4/4/0/0/6 (Glkittenter) in PvP, Sword/Pistol – Greatsword.
Both are power builds.
EDIT: So GW2 forums censored “Glass Sha (Don’t Mind This) tter” in my PvP build for whatever reason, so that is what it says.
(edited by Kazuto.2798)
Because you can just keep running and the condition Mesmer wouldn’t be able to do kitten about it. Anyway my point is Ranger can deliver a stupid amount of DPS at 1200 – 1500 (traited) range while other classes would otherwise have to be right on you to be able to deliver their burst, before and after the patch. Now that it is buffed, it has become even more mind numbing. All I’m going to get from this forum are biased Rangers trying to protect their new toy, so I’ll stop.
-snip-
I had a Ranger, deleted it, and don’t have any character slots for it anymore. I’m not about to buy another or delete a character just to duel. Also, I’m not talking about 1v1s, I’m talking about realistic WvW encounters. How many times out of all fights you encounter are 1v1s and stay as 1v1s and before you say most of them, running from an outnumbered fight is still a fight you encountered.
Sure, 1v1 against a LB Ranger shouldn’t be too difficult and is most certainly not OP. It is annoying, but not OP. But mix in the Ranger in a group fight, now that is not only annoying but is stupidly powerful.
Also to you people saying I am “complaining”, I would like to see your counterargument, if you are intelligent enough to make one on your own rather than slewing mindless insults.
-snip-
Cool, you slotted a reflect. Not every class has the the luxury of being able to slot a reflect. I, maining a Mesmer, slot Decoy/Blink/Mantra of Resolve. Take any of those away and I lose overall survivability. If I have to slot Feedback just for Rangers, then it would be pretty obvious how stupidly powerful it has become. Same with the other classes, some don’t have easy access to reflects, some don’t even have reflects. If we have to use a reflect to be able to fight these Rangers, you already know.
I’m not about to read two pages of people arguing, but I did see some arguments that I would like to refute.
“Dodge properly” – I’ve already said this, it takes two dodges to dodge a full rapid fire, and once it is off CD, we still would only have enough endurance to dodge some of the next volley.
“Stealth” – The stupid skill tracks, m-rons. Not only that, but most of the Rangers out there run Sic’ Em, a insta-win faceroll button against any stealth class.
“Line of sight” – How many times are you going to be able to LOS out in the open world where most fights take place (in WvW at least)? Most times, a Ranger is going to be able to land all shots from a LB.
“Block” – How many blocks that don’t end once hit do you think players have? Some classes don’t even have blocks.
“Reflect” – You really think that we should use reflects when we can slot something more useful like condition removal or stun breaks just for one class? If we are forced to do that, then it is a clear example of it being OP.
“Gap Close” – All you need to do is knock them back, use that one lightning dodge, turn around and use your swoop then take out your LB again. And before you say they can just gap close again, they’ll probably be dead from your pew pew. It takes CDs to be able to gap close and usually the ones that can cover 1200 – 1500 (traited) range are usually the most crucial “oh kitten” buttons that have long CDs, not everyone is a Warrior with a GS.
“Blind” – … How many classes can blind multiple shots within 3 seconds?
“We are just sitting there when we rapid fire” – I’m pretty darn sure you can move while you are rapid firing.
“We aren’t using anything else while we rapid fire” – You are using rapid fire, forcing the other player to either eat it, use their utilities, or use their dodges. Not only that, your rapid fire is on a short CD.
If you can just sit back and shoot players to death, that takes no skill. You hit one button on your LB and your target is either down, low health, or used crucial dodges or CDs to evade your stupid low CD ranged equivalent to hundred blades. It was a stupid skill before the patch and an even more stupider skill after the patch.
By no means am I saying the LB is uncounterable, it is and is pretty weak if your target can get close and stay close.. IF the target even gets the chance to get close.
(edited by Kazuto.2798)
Long range, high velocity, high damaging, tracking hundred blades while having the ability to move while casting on a short CD. It takes two dodges to be able to dodge the whole Rapid Fire, endurance regenerates at 5% per second. It will take 10 seconds to regenerate enough endurance to dodge some projectiles of another Rapid Fire. Pair Rapid Fire and Sic’ Em together and a Ranger can faceroll any stealth class. Having a good group fight? Random Ranger 1 comes in, rapid fires you, you’re dead. The Ranger doesn’t even have to be good, he presses 1 button. Try to focus the Ranger? What if you have more than one person on you? A Ranger has enough evades to run until you die. All of you are talking of 1v1 scenarios, which is pretty unrealistic in WvW/PvP.
Keep’n it short and simple, don’t know if this has been brought up before but the idea just popped up as I was talking to my guildies about conditions. So, we all know how strong conditions are in PvP and WvW. I propose that weakness rather than just affecting power builds, that it would affect condition builds as well (reducing the damage ticks of all of the conditions on the player). I feel like it would balance out conditions efficiently without being too big of a nerf. What do you guys think?
(edited by Kazuto.2798)
Not everyone feels like claiming forts all day long and listening to a screaming leader while being r*ped 5 to 1 by a different server.
Roam.
In my opinion, Contemplation of Purity will still take my utility slot even after Merciful Intervention is changed. I find that, as a Meditation burst Guardian the stun break as well as the condition cleanse is infinitely better and useful than a 4K heal teleport that doesn’t stun break you. Now, if MI were to stun break me when I use it, that would be a different story. I would pick it over CoP, I’m already weak against conditions so either way, fighting a well played condition player is GG.
True, though I wouldn’t pick Sigil of Ice over say Sigil of Battle or Energy. There are many more sigils that would be infinitely more useful than Ice I would think.
I think maybe they want the CD to be longer because of the damage aspect of the trait. Mixed in with the chill aspect, it is pretty nice when it procs, especially if you have Sigil of Fire or Air. I’m glad they are reducing the cooldown, but I still think it is too high. What is a measly three seconds that will probably be cleansed or just fall off due to Melandru Runes and food going to do? Might as well take off the chill if that is what you are going to do. Even the Sigil of Hyrdomancy has a lower cooldown (9 second cooldown) and does basically the same thing. Maybe make it 50% chance to proc on crit instead of 100% and lower the CD to 9-10 seconds. I think that would be reasonable for this trait that is underused and will still be underused if ANet doesn’t rethink the change.
I’d love for this trait to proc on any weapon, I agree. But if it comes at the price of a longer cooldown, I’d rather have it just for hammer.
(edited by Kazuto.2798)
I just felt that I should voice my opinion on the Glacial Heart change. While I do think it is a step in the right direction, I think the trait is still lacking. I would love to pick up this trait, but compared to Purity, Retributive Armor, or Strength in Numbers it is the least effective. Compared to three Adept traits, a Master trait is less effective. I think Glacial Heart, instead of 15 seconds, should be on CD for only 10 seconds. This way, I don’t think the trait would be OP at all and would be somewhat effective. I would like something effective to help me stick on to my target and Glacial Heart could potentially be a trait that can help do the job. Well, that was just my two cents, I need to go pass out now.
I am by no means an expert at these kind of things but, I’ve recently been getting constant disconnects with the code “7:11:3:191:101”. I tried everything to try to fix it: /clientport 80, router restarts, router resetting, computer restarts, system restore, port forwarding, you name it. Port forwarding had fixed my problem for a few hours and now it is back.
So, I thought maybe something else is the problem. I checked my Security History for McAfee and found that every time I disconnect, an IP is blocked from connecting. The IP is usually something like “64.25.3×.xxx”. Is this IP related to my constant disconnects or is this just a coincidence? Hope for a reply soon, thanks.
Would like to note that this has all started happening since the little patch on 8/25.
EDIT: I just looked up that IP address and it seems that it is the IP addresses of the servers in Guild Wars 2. Also, I typed /ip in – game and found a similar IP address. I have tried trusting IP addresses between “64.25.30.0 – 64.25.39.255” on my firewall. Going to see what happens now, but I would like an answer just to confirm that these IPs have a correlation to GW2.
Would also like to add that this has never happened before on my firewall. I don’t know why it is happening now. The addresses 64.25.3×.xxx are being blocked due to being “suspicious” and trying to connect to my PC.
EDIT 2: I just experienced several crashes, not from my firewall. I’ve also port forwarded. I’m running out of solutions.
(edited by Kazuto.2798)
Had no problem running Guild Wars 2 this morning, but after the small patch today (8/25) I started to constantly get kicked back into the character selection screen w/ this error code. It would kick me out anywhere from a few seconds to five minutes max after logging in. I wouldn’t have any lag w/ anything else and the game runs smoothly, it would just randomly skill lag and kick me out. Tried restarting computer, router, /clientport 80, etc. Don’t know if it will persist tomorrow, but currently it is unplayable. I’ve had the same problem before but it would occur every few hours rather than a few seconds to a few minutes.
EDIT (8/26): After hours of trying different solutions last night, I managed to fix it so it seems by port forwarding 80, 443, 6112, and 6600. Was able to play an hour without any disconnects. I will see today if I am able to play for a longer time to see if I had actually fixed it though.
EDIT 2 (8/27): I just experienced my first crash with this very same error today after about 3 hours of gameplay. Now it is starting constantly kick me out again.
EDIT 3 (8/27): I just did some research on this, maybe my firewall is blocking connection to GW2. I have tried trusting the IP addresses between “64.25.30.0 – 64.25.39.255”. Going to see how long I could play for now.

It is not really a bug, but the description for Skale Venom for Thieves says it inflicts vulnerability and weakness when it inflicts vulnerability and torment.
Just something I happened to find as I was toying with my utilities.
I feel like my post is just going to get buried in such a big thread as this but..
I’ve been wanting this for awhile and I’m sure I’m not the only one who would like this. I would like a legitimate dress in this game, for my Mesmer. No, I do not want to wear leaves (TA Armor) or ragged cloth (Arah Armor), I want a legit dress. Something like the dresses that you find some female NPCs in Divinity’s Reach wearing or at least something like Countess Anise’s outfit.
The concept art for the Mesmer depicts the Mesmer wearing a dress, yet there is nothing of the sorts to wear in-game.
Also, a kimono outfit and a katana skin would be nice; would fit the theme my Thief has.
(edited by Kazuto.2798)
Posted on another thread similar to this a few minutes ago, but it didn’t include a cool screenshot to show how awesome outfits can look with our regular head gear.
I second this suggestion, would love to be able to wear my glasses with outfits!
He means trying to show your regular armor head piece while wearing an outfit. Like having your glasses or fuzzy hat show while wearing the Ancestral Outfit.
I agree that we should have the option to show our regular head gear on outfits, or at least have the gem store head gear skins be able to skin over an outfit head piece. I would have bought some of those outfits had I been able to wear my Wide Rim Glasses with them. Would love to see this change!

Classes that can shadowstep stomp don’t have easy access to stability/invulnerability. If you want shadowstep stomps out, then remove stability stomps or invulnerability stomps. Which I think would be a stupid change if it were to come out.
Stability/Invulnerability stomps can be countered using a downed movement skill. Same goes for Stealth stomps.
However, shadowstep stomps leave no room for counterplay, like TheDaiBish said. You can’t interrupt a stability or invulnerability stomp. The only thing you can do is either invis or teleport away, which you could still do for a shadowstep stomp. And even then, the shadowstep stomper is still susceptible to CC from other players while stabilty and invulnerability stompers are immune. If you are complaining about not being able to save yourself from a stomp in a 1v1, you were already dead the second you went down.
You can certainly interrupt a stability or invulnerability stomp.
Stability can be stripped and both are countered by either stealth or teleporting away. A trickery thief can strip the stability and stun at the same time in a single steal.
For a good, full list of how to counter stomps or being stomped by a variety of classes, check out Killchained’s video playlist:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLAhX2Vt8fhBZclmnw3k8GvNBZx-zWW8cH
You cannot hit, let alone CC, someone who is invulnerable (ie. Mist Form, Elixir S, Distortion). The only counter would be to teleport or stealth, which is pretty much a universal counter. True, an ally may be able to assist in stopping a stability stomp if the boon was ripped, I will give you that. But how many times would an ally with boon ripping be near each time you go down? Also, what if the stomper had multiple boons? You cannot choose to rip specific boons, the prequisites to stop a stability stomp is far more demanding than that of stopping a shadowstep stomp.
OP was complaining that a shadowstep stomp is unbalanced. I beg to differ, invulnerability stomps can’t be stopped and stability stomps are more difficult to stop than shadowstep stomps. Stealth and teleporting are not valid arguements as they are both universal counters in all stomps. Again, if the complaint was because he died 1v1 and was shadowstep stomped, he was already dead the moment he went down. Had he faced any other class without shadowsteps, he would’ve still died.

I’m sure there are probably millions of threads out there complaining about the very same subject, but I’m going to post this anyway.
So I ran into quite the problem earlier today. I logged on and decided to do some Fractals. I rolled for a good 5 – 10 minutes till’ I got swamp. I made a post and waited for a few minutes for people to come join, about ~10 minutes. One person joins, then leave because he’s an impatient kitten and then someone else joins. Then here comes the problem, two people join. A Lv. 80 and a Lv. 1, join the party through LFG. They kick my party member, then kick me effectively terminating the instance. I wasn’t bothered by this, I was like okay just a few trolls. So I roll swamp again for about ~5 minutes. I get it, then make a LFG. And lo and behold, the two join on me again and kick me, terminating the instance. So, I had a guildie join me to help protect against these no lifes and it took another good ~20 minutes to roll swamp and get a full party. This is absolutely ridiculous how long it took to finally get a party and finish the Fractal due to two trolls. Kitten.

I would like to see something done about this. I propose to either have the party leader immune to kicks or for the party leader to have control of who joins their party. Or maybe, require a kick to need more than just two votes! I think it’s absolutely stupid that anyone can just join your party through the LFG without having to be accepted. I also think its absurd that people can just kick party members, let alone the party leader, with only two people. Hope this could get some consideration, thanks.
So, I’m a little frustrated right now. I waited for people to join a Lv. 30 Fractal for over 40 minutes and had to continuously refresh my LFG post. After awhile, it would say my messages were suppressed and I wouldn’t be able to post anything. I tried posting different messages, nada, nothing. I waited awhile, still suppressed. I can’t post anything for any dungeon. Can someone please tell me a way to fix this or is there no way to escape this bull kitten?
Relog.
Did, was still suppressed. I gave up then.

give thief or any profession that can go invisible giant visible foot print. i think this be fair, if you don’t learn to see/read the environment, then you get kill.
If you never noticed, patches of grass and flowers would move even if a stealthed player runs through them. Though, I think you need to be on certain graphics settings to see it.
On Topic:
I’ve ran into a hacker in the past as well. I was on my roaming on my Warrior and ran into this Necromancer, his conditions melted me pretty low and pretty fast so I tried to disengage. Though, even with sword/warhorn and a greatsword, the Necromancer would still be able to catch up. I wasn’t snared or anything and he caught up to me. When I looked back his character would be running but making little teleports forward and with each little teleport he got closer to me, which should be impossible.
Anyways, I don’t think there is an effective way to catch and punish these hackers unless video proof and/or screenshots along with an account name or something is provided.
