I don’t get all the people complaining about no bubble from Grast. All that does is make the fight the same as before, but with Rumblus having less HP. Just don’t get hit in the head. If the bubble does go up, use it, otherwise, stay out of red circles.
As to B) it is possible to get non account bound exotics from fractal chests. The ONLY exotics that are account bound are Armageddon Armor and non categorized weapons, like “Longbow”. Any unique named exotic or legendary precursor is still not account bound.
What I would like to see is fractal weapons for sale for pristine relics. Run your fractals, get your relics, get your weapon. And the Armageddon skin updated to be different than the other Orr skins. They don’t need to be traded, they are a sign you have run a large number of fractals successfully. Being able to give that away would cheapen them.
How on earth would the bot know to use the portal?
ok here’s a question i would like answered for economy there was no stuff after tier 5 so why did anet add a 6th tier to it when there was nothing in tier 5?
This is a good point and I’d like an answer as well. My smallish guild did not have Economy V or Politics V unlocked as there was no benefit, and now I see there is STILL no benefit except for access to Economy VI and Politics VI, just a wasted 20k influence.

Seriously, a guardian or warrior with Mercy runes and revive speed traits can raise a downed player in under 3 seconds. His AoE attacks are not that fast.
Warbanner is the only downed state res I’ve seen in wide use, and possibly the only one I wouldn’t recommend change to reviving defeated players (although it revives defeated NPC’s fine). No one I know is going to put a 3 minute cooldown skill on their bar that only works to cut the 5 seconds it takes to revive a downed ally. Defeated is another story, they take much longer to revive mid combat and may be worth a 3 minute cooldown in some situations (dungeon boss fights atm).
He was made easier. His HP dropped by quite a bit.
At the very least the myriad of res skills out there should work on defeated allies. When they changed the elementalist sigil to work only on downed and not defeated allies it went from “sometimes useful on long boss fights” to “not ever going to use this ability again”.

Exotic Level 80 armor is not the same as, lets say, Soldier armor. Toughness and Vit are for survival. Alpha is not for the ’zerker sets.

This is not true. Any player can achieve any Lodestone goal via straight gold and the Trading Post. RNG is RNG is another way of saying “grind grind grind”. Sell enough ectos, ori, mithril, even junk to the vendor and you can buy whatever you want in lodestones.
If you are short on time and/or patience to grind out gold, there is always the gem store.
In a month when people are able to buy the ascended amulet and slap 5 AR into it your ability to PuG fractals 10 will return. Several of the bosses have 1 shot killshots with Agony, with AR they become quite easy.

I am a fan of the 10×. Less time and buttons. At least until you get to 70 clovers. Mathematically your ratio of material consumption to clover output should be similar whatever recipe you want to use, people just feel better about the 1x recipe because they get LESS of the useless junk with it per go. RNG is still going to hurt you either way.

Yes you will get a daily chest. Verified last night by doing a 16 with my friends at 15, 11, 7, and 1. Everyone got a daily chest except for level 1 and everyone gained a “personal reward level”. I guess you have to be at least level 2 to receive daily rewards?
Everything is boring after you do it enough times. Go run some other dungeons.
Sounds like the length it takes Magg to set the bomb can be looked at. It HAD to be “dumbed down” because of the new no res rushing mechanic. 1-2-2 is no longer an option, and “LTP N00b” is just rude, encounters should not be so difficult it requires several party wipes to learn them, so the encounter really should be “smash their faces on their keyboard” easy. It’s not even a boss encounter, its just kill stuff for a duration, how much difficulty do you want?
The Zhaitan thing is a godsend. He too SOOOOOO long for a zero threat boss.
They weren’t useless when they were introduced. Now that you have your gear is no reason to take them out. Keep collecting them or just throw them out.
I would, however, not mind seeing the fractal weapon skins for high numbers of Pristine Fractal Relics.

You have to kill him or he will reset. This has basically always been true, but WP zerging has allowed for 1 or 2 skilled players to carry 3-4 less skilled. All the hate on for the no WP while party in combat doesn’t seem to realize you can still raise your ally. If someone falls, take the time to get them up.
I want a level 80 version of every dungeon, AC on up. If this would be considered “Hard Mode” that would be great. Getting level 35 spineguards from AC again and again is annoying.

If you are going for a full set of dungeon armor AC has the cheapest exotics for the token price, making it a good place to start. Good luck finding PuGs that won’t skip everything and speed run.
If you are selling everything you get in fractals including the ectos from rares and the cores/lodestons from chests then a run, which takes about an hour to an hour and a half, nets like 3 gold on average. Some much much higher when you get 2 lodestones, an exotic, and 11 rares in one run, and a few lower when you get green after green after green. On the assumption that “farming all day” means 8 hours, I’d go ahead and say you can make 10-15 gold plus in fractals easily if you got to 26+.
The main problem is FotM is a group task, farming in Orr is a solitary task. A bad group can not be saved even if you are “Not too shabby”. The main upside is FotM isn’t as boring as Orr farming all day.
Tactical Advantage is NOT the same as content skipping exploit. If the boss can’t reach you but you can still reach him it’s an exploit, not an “advantage”.
I just got kicked from a group because I refused to wuss out and fight on the stairs, they claimed it wasn’t a “Free ride” which made me laugh. THEN someone in the group said “sure feels like a free ride from up here” which made me laugh even more. Please ANet, fix these exploits. Watching a health bar move down for 10 minutes isn’t fun, and being in groups that INSIST on using the easy way is also not fun.
Both of these things do not appear to affect the weakness duration of my hammer skill “Fierce Blow”. Base is 8s of weakness, I have +10% in traits which gives it 8.8 seconds which is rounded to “8 3/4” in the mouse over display. Adding a Superior Sigil of Debility does NOT increase it to 9.6 (rounded to 9 1/2 I assume) nor does using a Giver’s Inscription hammer. If I’m not mistaken using both should result in a weakness duration of 10.4s which is what I was going for, and did not get.
I am a shouts warrior tank build, part of my job is keeping up weakness as much and as often as possible. I thought these two things would help with that but they seem to do absolutely nothing.
Snowblind has plenty of lootable mobs, but no one kills them. It belongs (at least) in the Decent drops category. Before the icewall the Icebrood Wolves summoned by hunters have loot, after the icewall there are 15 elementals to kill (that hardly anyone does) while taking out the big elemental, and then there are at least 3 groups of hunters and wolves to kill on the way to the boss. Easily as much if not more loot than Aquatic. Aquatic simply forces you to kill them.
I loved this jump puzzle and wouldn’t change a single thing about it.

I was disappointed to find out after yesterday’s patch the Jumping Puzzles for WvW were still broken. No response yet from ArenaNet on the subject either.
