Join another server for a few weeks and get into the borderlands.

Took a month vacation and expected to get kicked but upon my return I see that the site is down.

For the love of all that is good and holy. Please allow for Ascended Rings to be traded in for Ascended Armour, Weapons, or Trinkets. You create however many rings you think would be a fair trade for the items. I run these fracs and all of these rings I cannot use just sit in my bank taking up space. On another note, allowing them to stack would also be quite swell.

There is a collection achievement for them. You’ve wielded “X” number of Legendary Items.

Looks like the higher price of exo’s pays off

I think they should setup an exchange system whereby the rings can be currency to trade for trinkets or amulets.

This user is the person that was trolling our instance and following us to new instances with the expressed purpose of making us fail our gold runs. The group ended up disbanding after 5 or 6 attempts. Using a Warrior by the name of The Greefer in a fake TTS guild tag.

Before the user denies it I already sent screenshots of map chat and global emotes to Anet so let’s see what happens.

Was the guy actually griefing or just playing the game just because he was killing bosses doesn’t mean he was intentionally playing the game in a manner that was against the rules if you all turned an event into a gold farm then someone come along and does something that hinders that because they are just playing. This is why a lot of the gold farms have been nurfed in this game for just this reason. Don’t know what to tell you guys, this may not have been griefing and there for NOT reportable.

Yeah this guy was intentionally griefing and taunting the instance. He would intentionally drag mobs onto groups and try to purposely make the encounters fail to silver. When he was blocked by the entire instance he stood in the middle emoting and taunting us there. This is not working as intended. One person ruining an event for 70 others…it’s kind of ridiculous.

I don’t see any option in reporting for disruptive player behavior….?

So there are characters out there who only come into instances to make everyone else’s play time miserable. I finally get a good pavillion group for gold runs and some guy comes into the instance and starts killing bosses when we are holding for burn. We have no recourse against these players, why? This seems so unfair to everyone else who are spending their time to coordinate these runs.

Can’t report because there are no functions to do so. Why Anet?

I would not use Laurels to buy t6 crafting bags. Laurels are too precious and time-gated. run the pavillion. You get gauntlet tickets that you can farm for chances at the Chaos of Lyssa recipe to sell for like 160g each and then use 300 tokens to purchase t6 crafting bags at the rewards vendor. Much better output for your time.

I’m working on 3 Legendaries and I have to tell you that the 10 clover recipe is awesome. I used about 350 ectos and I have about 270 Clovers. Even if you don’t get them, you get a crapton of useful t6 mats for your gifts….those are the real pain. If you don’t need the mats then I would use the 1 recipe.

Only need the sigil on one underwater weapon, preferably the one that you have equipped at the time you hit water.

Or you could take your gold and buy rare scepters and start throwing them 4 at a time into the toilet : )

I remember when I was making my first legendary I bought a bunch of gems to convert to gold. I think there is a cap around $250-$300 per month per credit card. I had to use another to get the necessary cash I needed to finish it.

It is a safety they’ve put in place. You can just go to a retailer and purchase the cards, they are just a little more expensive and time-consuming.

So I have completed all three paths in Twilight Arbor but it is saying 3 of 4. Do I now need to complete the Aetherblade path to acquire this achievement?

What is happening with this? We have a guild that is on two servers and would love to have everything previously unlocked available. It seems silly not to have this available given the introduction of megaservers.

Did I misunderstand that this was in the works when the feature pack was released?

Have the longbow on my ranger but only after becoming impatient that it hadn’t been sold.

Take the other Bloodlust sigils and put them onto your underwater weapons….because if you go under and don’t have them on you will lose all your stacks.

For blobs schmobs, I just conditioned the hell out of him on my necro. Had one pet out, shadow fiend for blinds, if I had the flesh golem he would have died faster. I ran scepter dagger. Enfeebled him, bled him with grasping dead, signet of spite, and blood is power then finished him off with feasting corruption while scepter ate away.

I block/report like its part of my utility bar. Annoying.

It’s not a bad path, people just don’t do it because of the coordination required. No thief or mesmer on bomb hall makes things interesting.

I really wish my achievement panel would tell me which paths I have yet to finish for each dungeon. Why is that not implemented?

So glad I finished my heavy set for my guard. Now I can just load up my bolts on the market and wait.

What does this imply for Leagues if that happens? More tiers, better rewards?

Great meeting you on the field Agg. Really enjoyed the fights.

Literally, the 101 heavy loot bags I received from reset night netted me a ton more in terms of value than my 7 week reward chest. The most valuable thing I got from the chest came from salvaging my exotic for the inscription. But you know, whatever. What was the purpose of having a league in the first place? Just scrap it, its worthless. Keep people out of the borderlands doing useless kitten like stealing upgrade supply to repair stuff for achievements. And the people who truly like to WvW will continue to do so without fighting the queues. This is literally the first reset I was able to get in and run with my guildies, on reset, since week 1 of the season start.

So I think I stand with the rest of the WvW community when I say there should be stiff sanctions for this sort of behavior. My server in particular had trolls blocking our portals with merchants & seige so our guild groups would be fractured on reset. We’ve seen the posts of characters on servers destroying golems and wasting supply on seige around depots.

Just wondering if anything can or will be done to discourage this sort of behavior. It really destroys the integrity of the game.

Has anyone been able to complete this combination as of yet? Does it actually work?

I guess I was just holding my breath for this? Are we just getting crafting recipe’s in lieu of this?

This thread is hilarious. For a couple of weeks we’ve been subjected to listening to Ehmry complain about how FA is a blob server who only wins with numbers. Yet the first opportunity you get to double-team someone you jump at it and then pass off the score as skill?

SBI, you’re used to this. Don’t give up, it’s only the weekend. This is what life is like after the achievement hunting is done in a week.

People love to call HAX in this game. I find myself in TS all the time defending the enemy from these accusations. Sometimes people are rewarded for coordination.

Before NA prime your borderlands had no queue and you guys had more numbers. We still way pointed Bay and we had tons of fun pushing into your team. I have it recorded so you can’t say you were outmanned.

Weaponsmith has melee weapons so if you need ranged, you will need huntsman or articifer, depending on your profession. This will be an additional 200 gold in money or mats to level each one and then the additional mats bought or harvested for each weapon.

Armor will probably be later this year. And an additional 200 gold, etc, etc.

I haven’t received my reset email in my inbox. how long does it usually take? It’s been half an hour already.

So I went into the dungeon, everything was fine and then I entered the Nightmare instance and killed it with a few people. I dconned after I exited the dungeon and just logged back into the tower just fine. I went to re-enter a Nightmare instance solo because for whatever reason my party were all in separate instances after exiting the instances. I immediately got kicked from the game with some scary fatal crash. I tried to re-enter game after I closed the game via the task manager and it didn’t recognize my credentials.

I did a cold reboot of the system and I am back again at the login screen and my credentials are gone. Now I am afraid to type it in because it feels like an attack.

I am running on a Alienware PC, Win 7 64-bit, I7, high-speed cable connection. Haven’t had any problems over the past year with the game. Don’t tell me its on my end because that patch is dropping everyone.

I just finished crafting Meteorlogicus. Please use the 1 recipe, much better yields though it takes longer. I would use the 10 to stock up on the other mats you need for the Legendary recipe.

Good grief…this is so frustrating. It really hurts our efforts to get active bodies into the instance that are in TS and know what’s going on.
