Having issues here after today’s patch, I’m pretty sure it’s not on my end also, I live in Colombia if that helps.

Got Dawn from it last week using 50g~ of exotic GSs, good thing it was the one I needed, you just had bad luck I guess.

So sending gold to your commander to build up a warchest to help guilds from other servers transfer for WvW is dead, GG. RMT will certainly take a hit but those guys have millions of accounts anyway, you’re probably affecting more legit players than gold sellers, even Blizzard ended up selling gold themselves to get a slice of the cake cause they couldn’t completely erase RMT.

When i got my dawn from drop, i have less than 80 gold, no gift, no clover, 50% map completion and 200 laurels.

I thought I will not able to make my sunrise but I just keep playing, 6 months, i made it. It is a game i enjoy, so it is the same with or without a legendary, why do you need to rush? why feel lost? If you won’t enjoy the game without Bolt, you won’t enjoy the game with it.

Very true, actually hadn’t thought of it that way, I enjoy the game and that’s a lot to say cause I’ve been playing since launch, I’ll just try to take it easy and try whatever other suggestions people might have.

Give the Silverwaste a try. It is NOT the best farm in the game, but a successful breach and vinewrath will directly net you a few T6 mats and you will be able to purchase quite a few keys that you then can spend on a chest farm Silverwaste instance. I think it is at least worth the try to get out of your dungeons grind. I don’t like the dungeons in this game very much, I can’t even force myself to do the simple paths on a regular basis.

I’ll give it a try, I did the story bit that takes you there but besides that I haven’t done anything in that place, thanks.

Hello everyone, so here’s the deal, I quit the game for some time and recently came back, I was trying to make Bolt when I left but never got the precursor so I kind of put it on hold, a few weeks ago when I came back I threw some items into the mystic toilet and finally got zap, was pretty happy obviously but the problem came after that. This isn’t the first time I try to make a legendary, I already have Twilight, but when I got dusk back then I had a lot of gold stacked up for months so getting the mats (runestones, t6 mats, lodestones, globs) was pretty quick, I just put orders on the TP and did dungeons in the meantime which helped me a bit as well and I ended up crafting it after a month or so, the problem I’m having now is that I’m pretty low on gold and I haven’t found a way of making it fast enough so that I can see I’m making a noticeable progress, so far besides the precursor I have the gift of mastery and around 69 laurels, I’ve tried doing fractals, dungeons and other things but everything just seems too slow and the rewards are so bad it doesn’t even seem worth the time invested, it’s getting kind of frustrating and I’m not really having fun, would be really cool if you guys could help me out with some advice about getting mats and gold or just ways to break the monotony of trains/dungeons/fractals, thanks in advance.

Alright so, I stopped playing shortly after january, a month or so after ascended armor came out, I was making Quip and I changed the stats of my chaos gun to dire while i was getting the stuff to make quip using a transmuation crystal(I kept the looks of the chaos gun, was planning on using a splitter before making quip to get the chaos gun back), i came back some weeks ago to check the new stuff they added and found out my weapon still has the same stats and looks but the name isn’t “chaos gun” anymore, and i can’t seem to split it anymore cause splitters are gone from the gem store, is there anything I can do to get my chaos gun back or not?

I have (had) been on SoR since the BWEs, I left SoR Wednesday and all I can say is all of the SoR in this thread are just in denial. SoR is dead, moving down tiers and getting destroyed there will put the final nails in it’s coffin.

NA was always SoR’s strength and pride and now it can’t even field 2 guilds. What is left now? TW? Choo? Who is leading? Indo? Green Arrow? Elds?

The leadership led the server astray and then when kitten got tough the leadership quit. You can see what happens when a server truly just plays “for the fights”, if kittening dies.

Fighting unorganized casuals from low tiers with your organized zergs is hardly a victory for SoR. I see the remnants of TW and Choo together pretty much every night in EotM. Do you think you are getting better? Fighting people that are not using TS and commanding pugs from different low level servers by chat?

Playing on your own terms means farming pugs? Thats not the SOR I was on.

Kinda hard to fight guilds when they hide behind t3 structures and countless acs. I’m sure you must of noticed that when u were on SoR.
Enjoying the karma trains, blobing, pvd, and scouting. Must be exciting! I would prolly quit the game a week after playing on JQ.

Played on SoR since release, transfered some weeks ago to JQ, having a blast here, some guilds look for fights, others play for ppt, i like roaming and i find plenty of 1vs1s and so on, it’s not that different really (just more coverage), that’s just a bunch of lies SoR made up to support their “MUH FIGHTS” philosophy, which is, in the end, an excuse, hope you guys have fun in EOTM.

I mainly play D/P and I know that if you equip Quip on your offhand you get a purple glow, but, do you get the footprints also? (while having a normal exotic on the main hand)

Mesmers are really fun when you get used to the class, you can struggle in some situations but, as you said, when everything comes out perfectly you have tons of fun and can do amazing things, you just gotta keep playing, don’t give up on the class, the more you master it the more often you can pull off awesome things :].
