Hello, which timezone are you guys playing on?
While the guild I run with would love to help, we mainly play at SEA timezone GMT+8 making it quite difficult. Also are you on a NA or EU server?

South East Asia PvX
Why join another 500+ guild where you are faceless, nameless and utterly ignored? Why put up with logging in at the same time and only to see different people everyday? Why are you second guessing your guild mates whether they know what they are doing or if they will leave you halfway?
DPS is a small tight knit competitive economically focused PvX guild. Our core consists of real life friends and have been playing Guild Wars 2 since beta. We run small, efficient, and effective. In whatever game mode, we aim to support one another while having fun in the process.
We are active daily in the South East Asia timezone of GMT +8. While we are mainly English speakers, we have members who can speak Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Cantonese. Our members span across the SEA timezone such as Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia and the occasional insomniacs from Canada and the USA. Our home server for the past 3 years is Fort Aspenwood, a zergbusting fight-centric server which we support.
Our members are drama-free, helpful and friendly as we are well respected amongst the server community. Weather you are new or are interested to improving your game, contact us to see if we are the guild for you. Please note that our membership slots are limited as we aim to be active and helpful. If you have any questions or are interested to join, please contact tmot.3482 or MisterBang.3516 for more information.

Art Imitate Life…
“Over the next hundred years, the human kingdoms prospered. Powerful groups grew up within each nation. These were known as guilds. It was these groups, these guilds, that held the real power in Tyria. Though there were kings and organizations that made the laws and regulated the land, it was the guilds that enforced these laws—or didn’t—as they saw fit. As these guilds grew, their influence began to overlap. "
SoS is your best choice for NA timezone.
While I normally support FA, the NA queues are quite long.
YB does not fit your criteria of fun….
Unless you believe hiding behind towers and arrowcarts fun.
Hello! Have you checked out Fort Aspenwood’s official recruitment thread?
http://www.fort-aspenwood.com/index.php?/forum/47-north-american-guilds/
There are plenty of guilds here that you can join or inquire about. Just tell them you were former BT member and I’m sure that would get you noticed. Good luck on finding a new guild and have fun!!!
Tier 2 Here
Most lower tiers would enjoy WvW and when it becomes too difficult, they go do PvE. Higher tiers generally play WvW and only play PvE when the matchup is boring or one sided. If WwW is difficult, they see it as an opportunity and challenge instead of a “break” week.
IMO, server pride hasn’t meant a thing since megaservers were introduced in PvE. At most there’s guild pride and ‘alliance’ pride, and those guilds/alliances will still remain.
If the name is a concern, then delete both servers and come up with a new name. Now you don’t need to worry about a Ferg4lifer being on ET. Now they’re on Fergusson’s Terrace and everyone’s happy.
After a week people won’t care about their old server, only that they’re finally having fun again on a new one.
You mean how they superstacked Aranzeb and then Kyrios and then Ollo?
Oh wait, wrong game…. But yeah, still same results really.
It’s pretty much like you’re asking for free transfer. Why should a player have to pay for their backwater server to be merged with another backwater server for the sake of a viable player community?
But yes, once the servers are merged a free, targeted transfer may be needed. Hopefully they’ll handle it better than the last one.
Choose wisely and don’t go to a backwater servers. Do your homework and study up on why certain servers are the way they are. This is a literal game changer and people change their minds like there is no consequence.
Free transfers is how the lower tiers end up screwed in the first place. They all stack and bandwagon and then push up the tiers to be stomped out and then disband. A boatload of players wanting easy wins rage quit and in 3 months come back and re-do the same thing all over again.
Please, take control of your own destiny, nobody else will…
SALT of the earth is on Fort Aspenwood.

Be connected not just to a guild but to a strong community server as well.

The only time you’ll probably see competent blue or red commanders is if they are dominating their tier’s matchup. If they are not, they can’t be running EotM when their home is being wrecked.
This is why Green is always winning in EotM because they are winning in WvW and bored to tears…
Revised for your convenience!

Am I alone as a WvW player that hates PvP?
I mean I really do hate PvP….
Guess AA was a gimmick of a game.
Welcome back Mag!
Oh, loved 3 way with FA and JQ last night!
Attached is a picture of earlier today. TC had everything capped in Eternal Battlegrounds so we decided to hold our grounds, with siege, in front of FA’s spawn. Good job on that push by the way.
Nice hold TC! Looking forward to the BBQ meet later! Yak Burgers all around?
Love fighting with and against you TUNE.
Party Hard!!!
Well, we do know in the past that J.Davis is in Blackgate and J.Boettiger is in NSP…

Would the finding from the WvW team be shared amongst the community after the tournament?
Oh my!
The Generals decided to be in the trenches with us…
Hope you folks got the stomach and fortitude!
But yeah, Really looking forward to be with and against the developers on the battlefield.
Please advise us as to which server you are from and where you going to.
This way, it would ensure all other servers including your former server would greet you accordingly. We look forward to your response and have a nice day.
anet are you okay?

Thank goodness your okay…
Now… back to screwing uplevels in WvW and your future commanders…

I think you just answered yourself why…
No Fun Allowed… WvW is serious business!
Which stage are you at?

I’m currently on stage 4…
Why Guild vs Guild?
Because:1. You stop hiding behind walls and arrowcarts.
2. Recognize how to fight open field fights in groups.
3. Coordinate skills with teammates to overcome impossible odds and/or numbers. There is a reason why ArenaNet labelled it a “game mode violation”
You owe it to yourself and your guild to understand this playstyle.
Hope to see you all there!!!Don’t need to GvG to do the stuff you listed.
Hey, whatever works for you…

Let me help you folks…
1. In before matchup thread gets locked… You can’t talk about matchup here.
2. Learn how to Player vs Forum here:
http://www.gw2wvw.net/topic/beginners-guide-pvf
3. Apply this knowledge to your current matchup thread here:

Be nice and have a nice day!!! :-)
EU EotM have better fights than NA T2.
EU GvG is better than NA GvG? Maybe…
But EU PvF is definitely better…. you can swear in multiple languages. :-D
… and all of Yak’s Bend hold with abated breath awaiting the dev’s response…
Free transfers are anything but free.
The price is your guild members leave, Communities ripped apart, Servers Implode.
And as the bandwagon fall back down the tiers, every other server will show you how to earn the rewards rather than be given a handout.

In the meantime, learn about WvW a bit while nothing much is on the line.
Otherwise, you become a liability as you give out bag or worst, rally your opponents.
Please note that we do not encourage Free-Transfer Requests on the Guild Wars 2 forum. You can read about the reasons here:

Two Words: World Cup
Short answer…
Yes.
Wow… Eredon Terrace… OP pwned by extreme PvF!
Bet NOBODY saw that coming! :-O
We need to see how FA does in T2. I’d like to see how they compete.
FA has been to T2 before. The majority of the population isn’t going to be intimidated by SoS or Mag, not when they fought them often before season 2. I’m not saying FA is going to win the PPT battle, but they won’t balk at fights. I can promise that.
Mag is home of some pretty good guild groups, FA is going to learn a lot and when they come out bruised and bloody they will learn and only then will I fear them as an SBI player
Okay… were you on SBI in season one?
LOL “FA success” Get rolled all season despite at the kitten talk, now buys the guilds they were battling that will leave at the 1st sign of failing.oh jes jes i cant wait. " well you see here…. we didnt want to be in silver league…. for a third time, but our guilds left us…. again
FA #1 Bandcamp central
How many HoD’s are needed to change the lightbulb?
Dunno… they never got that far up the ladder…
…Funniest thing I read all day.

Maybe commander tag feature?
In Tier 3, Stacked server entertain YOU!!!
http://youtu.be/NyiEaSzpdMk
If there was another way FA can move to Tier 2 without this, we would.
PPT is a terrible system that had robbed us and many other servers in so many ways.
I personally am very glad to see SBI and IoJ getting stronger post season… unlike Hordes of Deserters.
k with that in mind hypothetically if mag and db/fa/whatever were to 2v1 sos, what purpose would that really serve? If they didn’t work together they wouldn’t be able to beat you, geeez that sounds like fun or better yet they would risk getting thrown into a T1 match up. Fa or DB or Mag vs 2 t1 servers— what do you think such outcome would be? Thats the same concept for each tier down.
Careful life outside protection of your population/coverage is a scurry place
These hypothetical arguments are absurd.
Maybe you can ask YB to help you because these points are quite true but don’t apply to FA…
