hello i’m a returning player i haven’t played since launch finally have a OK pc to run the game..

anyways what’s the best leveling spec for the thief is it D/p or s/p i honestly don’t have a clue.

are there any builds that i can fight more than 1 mob i don’t really wan’t to level as D/D

still a new game give them time they have alot of things to work on

i’m not a programmer so i don’t know if this would be hard to change, but it would be really nice to have key binds for each character rather then the whole account for maximum customization

start this off saying i’m not the best typer.
ok so i play a condition thief but my issue is i cant seem to do good amounts of damage because the time i put my bleeds on mobs in dungeons, champions ect they already have the 25 stacks so i’m lacking a lot of dps is there any way to fix this i’m sure some other classes must have the same problem.

you should make him some apple pancakes to make him feel better everyone likes apple pancakes

you can do what im doing start a guild with some friends. or my option 2 im saving up 255gold then quitting lol

your post was to long so i didn’t want to read it but i will says this you can never get rid of bots and if there are bots in orr i say good because orr sucks **** they will actually be helping lol dont get me wrong i hate bots

agree this would be nice not every one has the 100 gold for the commander book

It seems that there is an aggro table. I’ve hammered on a champion (as a ranger) for a while while a group cleaned up other mobs, and then it was absolutely impossible for them to get the champion off of me. I’ve also pulled champions off of some of the melee characters in events that lasted a while. (Lucky for me rangers are pretty good at staying away from baddies)

Overall, while it appears there is some kind of aggro table, it doesn’t seem to matter if you have aggro if you’re good at playing your class.

this is what i was wondering i play a ranger to and i have the same problem my friends guardians, warriors cant pull the mobs off me i even let my pet attack first and they still attack me over them

as title says how does aggro work in this game

i understand that but ppl make it sound like it s the end of the world and dj i seen your post on helping that guy build his pc i will be taking some of your advice lol

1-2gold /hour but since the amounts of bots prices are dropping unless you use the ah then you can make 5+ gold/hour

It could potentially have a MASSIVE effect on the balance of the entire game so, yes, it affects me even if I don’t do it.

If the game isn’t balanced 1v1 then people will complain when one class dominates another in duels. That will affect the balance of the entire game… so no.

what you said about the Gear and level equalization i agree 1000000% i cant stand how this was set up. the fact that you can craft the best gear in the game is just a bad move on Anet, they should of made the gear in the dungeons much better that could of been there end game. am i right or am i right?

like the idea of these achievements i feel the daily is spot on it’s perfect but the monthly on the other hand, i think is way to easy to do i can usually do mine in 1-3 days. So my idea is drop they monthly achievement down to a weekly and add a more difficult monthly that offers better rewards.
what do you guys think?

@JON you say almost nothing is flooded while 90% of the items sell for 1 copper above the vendor price? was just an idea guys but i was wrong :/

No, not in the least. You obviously spent too much time playing WoW.

Rangers are not the same as hunters (really a hunter can be any class, a ranger is something more specific). More importantly, they are not a “ranged class”, they are a “nature-themed class”. Designing classes around conceptual theme is vastly superior to designing them around gameplay mechanics, which is one of the many reasons GW2 has a much better class design paradigm than WoW does. WoW’s hunter should have been more like GW2’s ranger, not the other way around.

In any case, for an example of a greatsword-using Ranger, I point you in the direction of the most well-known Ranger – Aragorn.

you know what i’m sick of everyone in this game seems to think everyone came to this game from wow i have never played wow in my life so stop assuming that everyone plays wow.

i can understand why everyone is against them… but i would like to see mounts in this game with no increased movement speed unless the player has a passive no flying mounts just ground mounts and finally have them as really rare drops from champion/ dungeon drop chance.

how to trade ppl/ friends click there name right click there picture click send mail.
type in coins you want to send or click one of the 4 empty boxes that will bring up your inventory then right click the item that you want to trade click “send mail to” you will then see it will be in one of the for boxes then finally click send.

hope this makes some sense english isn’t my strongest subject lol
