One of Scarlet’s “Do not touch” thumper machines is in Lion’s Arch. It’s underwater by old LA. First underwater one I’ve ever seen.

Wow grats. You crazy!
I really like this update too. The new achievement stuff is great and I love the new zone and everything else they added. I have liked most of the living story stuff up to this point but this one has blown me away.
That could be related to the tengu as well. Talon Silverwing said this in gw1:
“My people tell tales of the day when we will be free, when our lands will be revealed by a heavenly star and rise. When that day comes, human, only then will our races live in peace.”
I was running through Lornar’s Pass the other day and spotted this. It looked really out of place sitting where it was. I saw your post so I went back a few minutes ago and took a picture of it.
Dervish would be tough since humans already have avatar of mel and grenth and it would be weird to give only dervish the scythe. I’d rather they just gave the scythe to a bunch of classes. Necro with a scythe? Yes please.
There are a few skills that work differently underwater that I can think of. Moa morph and the ranger spirit pet things.
I think underwater stuff would be more popular if they made every skill usable underwater since some are not. Also that underwater music that plays is neat but it gets old after a while. Of all the games I’ve played gw2 has the best underwater combat and control and I like being underwater just fine.
I think the problem is that it’s just harder to know what’s going on, and being on land is more natural and easier, since you don’t have to worry about enemies above and below you as much.
I’d love to see a underwater city though.
Maybe if you have the toss trait you get new looking turrets that have the asura hover diamond things instead of legs.
Also, big fan of portal, if turrets could talk I would be pleased.
I got shot in the face by a warrior and it still hurt.
Only if we get commander only Mondays.
Let me break down the gist of your arguments.
First paragraph is a complaint that we all do things together, and that people are using tactics to reduce how much they die.
Second paragraph is that there are some hard events that give no chests while this one is relatively easy and rewards you with a chest that usually gives a few silver worth of loot.
The third paragraph refers to the champ karka that no one does. People actually kill the champ karka sometimes. You also complain again that everyone does things together which is apparently bad.
The fourth paragraph is a facetious request to put all the events in the same place so we don’t have to run anywhere. I think this is a slippery slope argument where you jump from one thing that bugs you to the extreme to make your points seem valid.
