More no than yes, flatten those “boob cups” completely just for female charr/asura, please. The top actually looks nice, but those cups have to go… I mean, I’m used to my female charr/asura looking like male-armored ironing boards. Sure, I’d love to have a feminine/exposed look for my gals, but not at the expense of putting human female boob jobs on them.
More or less… one would hope you’d be more considerate of outfit/armor design for your non-human races’ females?

Moving it to saturday made no sense in the beginning, you see.
Yes, please, bring Friday reset back except make it 1 hour after reset, as it used to be. No earlier, no later.
Tengu. Make it happen.
I don’t want mounts(waypoints make mounts meaningless other than undesired fluff), and I’m sure they’d come up with a reasonable measure for no gliding in jumping puzzles… you’d have to be not that smart to think they’d allow JP’s to become cheese-easy like that.
sarcastic edit: here’s a gif for you.

My charr guardian now has this hairstyle, so it’s not just a preview issue. The helm hides the hair and the eyes are normal, but taking the hat off with a decent-for-once hair make my poor girl all buggy doe-eyed. t_t
Tengu. Make it happen.
Hm, I posted a pic of my Charr, I don’t see it. Maybe it’s because my girl has grey eyes?
Perhaps, just saw your attachment, never loaded when I read the post. :c
Here’s a close up of a preview: left is my girl’s current look, right is the new hairstyle with the weird bug that makes her eyes different kind of.
Tengu. Make it happen.
I have this hairstyle, and I Am not sure what you are referring to. Looks excellent on my charr and I have no idea whats ‘bugged’ on your screen shot?
If you look closely, almost every time that particular hairstyle messes/bugs the eyes up(I get some kind of white blank spots on the sides of my charr gal’s eyes).

I don’t bother with path sellers… but I’d say the best way to prevent it from happening is having the 3 vs 2 majority. Of course you, and 2 others(friends, loyal sidekicks, etc) so the buyers won’t overrule you. Less payout in the end, but you’re guaranteed not getting kicked.

Psst, check the update notes.
I know. Kill my fun, why don’t you. t_t

More loot! Come here!

What do I think? I think I feel insulted with this, players aren’t stupid. Give back the option of filling in your own amount.
Sorry, but I don’t care for forced increments.

I don’t think you understand the ways to make gold are dwindling down to a small handful of methods, this game feels like much more stick beatings complete with insulting splinters than carrot offerings— this coming from a peaceful, casual farmer.
Crying nerf will not solve the situation, as imo there’s too much reward nerf already.
Also, no one can control or predict an individual’s attitude, and that’s the sad part about the whole thing. Bad tempered, immature farmers and haughty outraged players who feel belittled by said bad farmers are the ones making a caustic scene— there’s the real “endless wars” you’re spouting off about.
If you need to threaten/tell someone to die over a game, or start an unnecessary holy nerfing crusade without offering a thoughtful solution, maybe you should take a really good break from playing… but that’s just my opinion.
Labjax.2465I think that as long as there are items in the game that center around getting absurd amounts of currency to acquire them, people are going to obsess over how much currency they have and how fast they can get it.
Legendaries, ascended items, BL weapons, etc… there’s a laundry list of stupid expensive stuff that can get people in the obsessive-currency-farming mindset.
This, pretty much.

Good. Now maybe that zone will be more civil.
You can’t honestly expect 100% civility and maturity in an online game.

1. What kind of issue are you specifically having that could be related to lag?
- Skill lag, skills refusing to fire at all, “slow motion”-ized skills(guardian staff AA/#1 becomes super slow when heavy fighting occurs).
2.What server are you on?
Jade Quarry
3. Has there ever been a time when you or a friend are experiencing lag, while others in your party are not?
No.
4. Has there ever been a time where one party in a map is experiencing lag, while other parties in that same map are not?
No.
5. Do you experience the lag at very specific times?
Yes. At one point BG(40+), TC(30+)and JQ(20 – 30) were all fighting inside SMC Lord’s room, the map begins to lag bad when all 3 collide. Firing skills and siege skills was non-existent, extremely slow OR rubbered ahead of time(for channeled skills such as treb). Also lag occurs whenever there is a huge group of 20 or more people “incoming” or “passing by”, includes friendly and/or unfriendly forces.

Toxic alliance condition spammers(7 – 10 stacks of torment, a few stacks of confusion, amongst other things, reapplying them after cleansing it off, fun. /sarcasm) and courtiers downed state gimmick— krait/courtiers rezzing their downed, no rally for you on your own.
Destroyer crabs that attack a million times a second and apply burns constantly.

It would look better if they lowered the shoulder armor pieces down instead of making them look like they’re floating terribly high on charr.
The serious armor clipping and floating issues are driving me nuts… but I love my charrs. :/
Tengu. Make it happen.
AI and mobs in general are fine as is, and this coming from my clerics warrior(heal shouts.. want to convert her to full pvt maybe, cause healing on a warrior is going to be a massive joke) with zerker weapons… don’t make mobs more tedious to kill on your own than they need to be.
Tengu. Make it happen.
I would assume because it’s a short stick. /shot
Otherwise continue to pour some seriously completely unnecessary love unto adventurer/heavies, for no real darn good reason.

I’d be fine if the skin styles were unique in their own respect, but it wasn’t just the 90% likeness of the human t3 cultural light armor that got me… it was all three, in the end.
The heavy armor was just fire added onto the pit fighter’s gear. The medium armor was another boring reused invaders rawhide set, kind of was expecting a decent shirt/vestment(sleeveless a bonus) without any gaudy coattails, with pants… and a non-fiery attire to follow suit. Light armor… I don’t need to go there how that went.
Tengu. Make it happen.
- all cultural T3 weapons where available for everyone during queens jubilee and i didnt saw one single thread crying about it.
Cultural weapons have always been available to buy with karma for all races, they simply locked cultural armor to each race instead a long while back.
I don’t even buy cultural weapons, but I’m pretty sure most people don’t either… considering there are much more appealing weapon skins and stats out there.

You really can’t keep suggesting things to nerf this or that in methods of making money, people will find ways, and the cycle of seriously questionable borderlining hatred of this system will just start ALL over again.
And to the guy who said GW2 is not a grind game? I have many lulz at you.
Tengu. Make it happen.
I don’t even get where all this “massive amount” of gold exclamation comes from, from something clearly not an exploit if arenanet has not put a stop to it since it’s implementation.
The boxes give like none to maybe 7 silver if I’m lucky because of the recent nerf, and I barely make over 2 gold in several hours… even though my preferred time is 20 minutes because I’m not a heartless diabolical market manipulator(I can’t manipulate for anything, so don’t you assume anything about anyone), and like anyone else I will get bored of doing something repetitive for that long. I don’t get a lot of rares— even less ectos salvaged, still get lots of bloodstone dusts, but what I want are 2 things…. materials, and luck essences.
Materials… silk scraps, thick leathers, elder wood, mithril ores. By my own pocket, I save up stacks of these and convert them at the mystic forge to next tier materials gossamer, ori, hard leather, ancient wood for my own use, or for when I have a need to help my guild with their siege upgrades, whatever, or I can pull out some later and sell them.

First it was the crying for dungeon farming nerf… now there’s crying for champ farming nerf?!
Tengu. Make it happen.
25 is a bit much for something not as effective I thought it might have been, I get a better deal out of well of blood or consume conditions with the condition-spammy npcs outside of being unable to remove Toxic pollen.
Tengu. Make it happen.
Sure, the “Finish Them!” is all fun and nice… when you have tens of players next to you burning down everything in a matter of seconds, excluding champions.
But when it turns into a ghost town… and you’re alone, and nobody wants to do with you, then what? Spike them— and have 3 – 4 ridonkulous debuff-spammy npcs beating on your hide til you’re downed. And you can’t kill the “downed” bugger when you’re downed, either. Rally DENIED.

Mainhand and Offhand Torch. Torment and/or Burn AoE applicant favorable.
GS really shouldn’t be melee, but keep the swinging animation(or tweak it) and make it ranged… with black-ish green claws/fire, and not rehashed axe effects either.
Tengu. Make it happen.
PvE:
- DR
- Flesh out more profession’s roles prominently, potency/viability of certain roles still do not come up to snuff— potent healing role still not quite there.
- Ghost town zones nobody does anymore unless linked to a world boss(Southsun Cove 99% abandoned pretty much imo).
Tengu. Make it happen.
- Playable Tengu race. I would totally love it to play an avian-like race… and they were considered for race selection before the game became live beta. Do it!
- Improved/Stylish Charr armor styles. I love my charr toons, but I don’t love how awful they look in a lot of the 3 armor types. The tails through coats that don’t split for them, coats moving too much with the tail, the frequent eye-displeasing armor clipping, the coatends/bottoms look like girly skirts, etc. (Absolutely NO offense intended!)
- No more heavy DR. No explanation needed.
- Less timegate/treadmilling things… I’m not a bloody hardcore, uber-bored, challengepoptart hamster, but I don’t expect super easy stuff, thanks!
- Better Rifle/Pistol designs, like the Mystic Rifle/Pistol. Streamlined, easy on the eye, no warped/awful-looking gimmicks/extensions— includes blunderbusses, ugh(Absolutely NO offense intended!).
EXTRA:
- NO Race/Class change. This is laziness to the extreme.
Tengu. Make it happen.
(edited by Phyxrgon.7305)
1. Too much DR.
2. RNG Gemstore Boxes. Anet, do not go this route. No, just… no!
3. Lack of playable Tengu. /weep…
3. BUGS.
Honorable Mentions in a Spoiler:
- Aesthetic armors(no uninteresting/wayyytoogaudy extensions, etc— good example of nice armor: Crafted rare medium Noble’s Armor, it’s gorgeous).
- Dungeons.
- More hairstyles/horns/ears/whathaveyou.
- Class balancing… don’t get me started with this.
- Grind. Endless, mindless, thoughtless grind!
Tengu. Make it happen.
I’ve seen a fair few, but not by a large margin compared to males… oh well, player pref, all comes down to it.
Kharnja doesn’t know much about it, killing stuff too much lately. ;P
Tengu. Make it happen.
Because it’s optional(Don’t bother with the boxes in maps, and the dungeon/sim itself, you’re totally not forced to do any of it)? and it doesn’t really remind me of SMB, it reminds me more of levels from the Gex the Gecko series, rather.
Tengu. Make it happen.
The joke part comes May 1st when all the super weapon skins and 8-bit minis disappear until next April.
Terribly cruel joke, bro.

What an interesting design… I’d make my charr look like that with her current snow leopard look. I really would.

Op, aren’t you just being a bit condescending to other posters, and way too angry over mood-inspiring artwork?
Cause you’re the only person I see getting mad over something drawn here…
Tengu. Make it happen.
Please tell me you are not serious about calling this a “hack”.
It’s just something people can have a choice of what to do… res people in towns that kill themselves on purpose or accident, res npcs or people in the fields, res people in pvp and wvw. Whatever is easier for them a the time… no hacks involved, unless you’re one of those magical disappearing bots that poof up in random places and poof out if there’s signs of legit players about.
Tengu. Make it happen.
I don’t have much issue with jute… I gun for light armor drops in 1 – 15 areas, decon them and I get tons.
Tengu. Make it happen.
er. Given how you’ve described that, it’s impossible. If you have IP A, and the attacker has IP B, they cannot spoof A unless they’re physically connected to your network. And unless you’ve got a Chinese hacker in your guest room, they aren’t.
It’s just not how TCP/IP works.
Someone with a chinese ip tried to brute its way into her account(successfully) while she was still logged in— all her coin was taken after she managed to get it back, but still, explain that… since obviously I’m not an IP nerd.. she explained the jist of it like that.
Tengu. Make it happen.
(edited by Phyxrgon.7305)
This is a serious issue, my friend was brutally IP hijacked by a CHINESE IP… and she lives in Texas, and yet allowing another IP trying to imitate hers to get onto her account is acceptable?
No, ANet. No!
Attempts by IPs to log into that account that do not match the credentials of the owner’s IP should not be allowed… but alas, I cannot solve it with those who do change their IP’s.
