Hello,

So I recently returned from an extended break and been getting back into WvW but have noticed my ability points are applied terribly. Is it possible to reset these so i can get abilities that are useful to me?

I am returning from a couple month break and I am looking for a active, casual PvX guild located preferably in Tarnished Coast server. I enjoy doing a little bit of everything so this would really fit my playstyle. Let me know if you have a guild that fits this.

My main is a Guardian(Dragonhunter) with Soldier main stats, Greatsword(Sunrise), Longbow, with Hammer(Genesis) as a third weapon set for certain situations. I also have level 80s of most other classes I play as well.

Maybe once its been out for like 6 months +, don’t expect a sale anytime soon though.

It’s also common sense that a specialization would be equipped in specializations.

You can get them through Airship Cargo using the Crowbars, meta event participation, if you have Nuhoch Hunting mastery mobs can drop a bag with 5 in them, some HoT Story missions give some as a reward.The Ley-Energy Matter Converter sometimes has them where you can trade other map currencies for them. I find you get airship parts pretty fast through just playing around the zone though.

Raids are instanced content, Frozen Maw is a world boss. Raids are limited to 10 people while world content is only limited by the # of people in a map Hope this helps!

Oh I know I just meant I heard people talking at Maw how they brought more than 10 people into raids. Numbers like 15, 20, 30 and 40 were thrown out there. Was jsut askign if you can bring over 10.

Is the size of group you can bring into a raid limited to 10?
Or is it possible to bring more then 10 in, I heard people talking at Frozen maw how they brought 40 people in.

If you’re getting one shot, you’re either doing something wrong or need to change your gear.

Someone hasn’t fought any of the canopy champions

I’ve fought them all and have never been 1 hit, maybe your being to stationary while fighting? Maybe play more attention for AOE rings or observe what others are doing around you to know when to evade back to dodge them.

There is definitely not any undodgable one-hit mechanics in the new zones.

You have to complete the training in all the other training lines before you can add into Elite Specialization though so that wouldn’t work.

So I unlocked the first 5 skills/traits in the Dragonhunter Elite Specialization for the Guardian. However I cannot equip a longbow or any of the skills/traits currently, is this normal? Do I have to unlock everything before I can use any of them?

Ooohhhh, that would be good marketing. Considering that the first two books were pretty good, I was looking forward to the new one anyway. Reading a book + exploring the area in game at the same time sounds really exciting if well done.

Exactly it would be an excellent marketing plan and a very interesting and unique idea.

The first 2 books were great I agree, but I am looking forward to this one more. I am interested to see how it turns out based on the fact it is written by an ArenaNet employee, going to be cool to see how the finished product ends up based on that fact.

Its a solo instance that also has a more difficult multiplayer version with a different ending.

My theory is this Southsun living story is that the Sea of Sorrows will become an explorable zone/area. The story winds down in June and the third Guild Wars novel titled “Sea of Sorrows” is expected to be released June 25, 2012 written by Ree Soesbee.

What a better way to make the Sea of Sorrows an explorable zone then launching it around the same time the book of the same name is released and the action in Southsun Cove which judging by the map is part of the Sea of Sorrows.

What do you guys think you think this living story and the book launch is leading up to the Sea of Sorrows becoming fully explorable?

Does anyone know if complete a Level of Fractals of the Mists count toward the Monthly Dungeon Participation achievement for February Monthlys?
Or does it have to be AC CM, Arah, etc…
