I have been experiencing low GPU utilization. I wonder is that normal?
Even on Lion’s Arch I’m getting only 50+% on both GPUs
My GPUs have a core clock of 1200 Mhz but so far on Lion’s Arch the maximum core clock I see is only 1110 Mhz.

Is this normal?
PC specs:
i7-2600 @ 4.0Ghz
2x GTX 680 4GB SLI
16GB 1600 Mhz

I took quite a long break from this game back in November/December 2012, a few weeks after the FotM and the Karka map patch.
At my current state I have ran out of games to play and was thinking of getting back to Guild Wars 2.

Upon seeing this I immediately changed my GW2 password. I realized my hotmail password is the same as my GW2 account and I changed my email password as well. How the hell do they even know my password?

I have 8 characters too, 1 for each profession.
And I also wished I could see all 8 professions in my login screen and not 7 with the other left out. Minor problem, but hey I’m picky =P

Don’t waste money enchanting weapons/armors until you are Level 80.

Was mining ori ores with ori mining pick but I was being attacked by a Young Karka. I got 2/3 ruined ore and 1 ori ore.

Go to low level zone. EXP you receive now scales with your level, at least for Dynamic Events as far as I have noticed.

So I am told Jeweller is one of the cheaper crafts to level. But the craft guides out there wants me to craft earrings to level and they are quite expensive. Are there any cheaper way of doing this?

ShadowBlaze, also use something like GPU-Z and check your Crossfire setup. It’s possible that the PCI-E slot your second card is running on is x4 or something like that which would limit the second card.

Most websites I see states that 2-way CFX setup at 16x/4x only affects roughly 8% performance loss compared to 8x/8x?

Is this normal? I get 50 fps on CFX 6970s but I get 90 fps on a single 6970.

This was tested on a spot in Snowden Drifts and the software used for measurement is Fraps.

I don’t believe that is the problem, as other games I play (StarCraft II, Left 4 Dead 2 etc.) works perfectly on my CFX setup.

The invisible wall is a bug. You’re doing it correctly if you opened the door with a key and see an Ice Imp boss inside.

Source: I tried entering the room with my alt just 2 days ago and an invisible barrier blocked my way. I remember a month ago I could enter no problems with my main.

6 characters at Level 80, all of them wearing Masterwork Armor/Weapons. Hah!

I have 6 professions at Level 80 currently and my last 2 professions to work on are Thief and Elementalist. So I decided to roll a Thief before an Elementalist.

As I’m not a really strategic player and I only play this game for PvE, I’m looking for a Thief PvE build that is easiest to use and without too much skill spamming.

Would you kindly give me some suggestions? Thanks.

I have a Level 80 Human Necromancer, Level 80 Charr Warrior, Level 80 Sylvari Ranger, Level 80 Norn Guardian and Level 80 Asura Engineer. My goal in this game is to have every profession at Level 80 (call it a weird goal if you will). I would craft to Level 80 if I have the gold but I don’t.

I transferred server. No one in the present server does the usual DE chain I did in the previous server. I’m waiting for the 24 hour cool down to transfer back.

I’m currently at level 68 and I finished all renowned hearts besides the one at the Level 70~80 map. I’ve done as much story quests as I could. How can I get to level 80?

You can always go to other races’ starting area via Lion’s Arch using asura gates.

What do those choices do? Do they affect anything?

-try to log into the forum
-when your are in the code of conduit, switch to the site page and log out from it.
-retry to log into the forum, and accept the code of conduit.
