My opinion is it should be a once in a blue moon kinda thing. With new rewards and levels every release so the old rewards hold thier value. But I am having a blast with it. I got my greatsword last night YAY! Now time for two swords staff septer and back piece.
Hmm. I’m casual also but play a little less that you everyday. I have two 80s. One is full exotics and the other is in ascended and exotics. I have everything for my legendary except precursor. What I’m saying is that if you pick a goal and chip at it every time you play little by little the things will come to you
Gonna hold off at 10 coins. I think 50 tries at whatever it is will be enough to get ne past it at least once
Broke. I have all my gifts for the legendary though, and two fully geared 80s, every crafting profession maxxed and a few mats. I spend all my gold to throw in the forge for my precursor. So ima be broke for a very long time.

I must say that I’ve been having a good time doing the jump puzzles also.
The mobs will still get skipped. There will just be a requirment for a thief or mesmer in every group now for the mass invis to drop agro.
Seems that the magnificent chests looting are shared like the boss chests. I’ve done a couple other jump puzzles and when I got to the end, the chest was already opened. These were the first Times I’ve completed the puzzles ever, so there wasn’t an issue of completing the puzzle the day prior or anything
I’ve been doin the jump puzzles and have 5 coins so far. But I have a feeling these skins will be another RNG at the end of whatever the coins are used for.
Lol that’s the only reason I’ve been keeping up with the living story junk. The wishful thinking. I’ve been kicking myself for months over the karka event. I wish I wouldve bought my precursor then instead of holding off.

5 salvage for ectos. Used to sell on tp but the ectos make more money.
This is just what I do most of the time.
The spiders in orr have a decent enough drop rate for the crystaline dust if I belive correctly.

Lucky you. Been tryin to forge the legend for months now. I’m horrible at saving gold so the forge is my only route.
I have noticed better T6mat drops also.
Not to mention bugs.
There should be a RNG for choosing what sex your profession is.
I’m in full magic fing gear on my engi and I do notice a difference in drops. I hit DR thwn go do something else.

How much does 1% mf increase your chances on getting a better item, and if I have 200% mf am I twice as likley to loot a better item? What are the drop rates of rares and exotics acording to the RNG.
Please explain magic find. I ceafted an engi to 80 and have him fully decked out in exotic mf just to farm orr. I can tell it works. I just want to know in details how it works. Like how much it effects the RNG, and when to stop farming due to DR, and what to do after I hit DR to cancel it out. Thank you.

All the mystic forge weapons should have been crafting recipes. And it wouldn’t hurt to make some unique armors as recipes either.
Hmm I don’t know. I’ve had techs come out to the house and there isn’t any disconnects from thier end. I’ve bought a new router so its not that. I always have five bars of signal. Now it does also boot me from mumble. But even if mumble is not on, I still get booted. I will go on planetside 2 and be in massive battles for hours with zero disconnects. So I’m not really sure on what to do. I hope todays patch fixxes it because all these disconnects are driving me away from the game.
Seems since last patch I keep on getting booted from the game. Happens about every fiveminutes. Does anyone else have this problem? Its making dungeons not even worth it to run cuz when I log back in I have to wait for the party to get out of combat before I can enter dungeon then I have to run all the way to where my party is located. And thats if they havent kicked me from the group im in. It only happens in GW2. Ive played other games with no problems at all so I know its not my internet. Thanks
2h weapons can hold two sigils, and off hand weapon auto attack. Scavenger hunter. Better loot.
Has anyone seen a precursor drop from the reward chest from guild missions yet? I just saw an exotic drop for a guy in my guild last night. That was the fist one ive seen drop so far and my guild has been going missions every week since they came out.
Piles of putrid essence. I bought a few stacks to sit on. Hope they will be part of some new legendarys. Oh and holiday skins/ sigils
Update! Have the gift of fortune, gift of mastery, and gifts of bifrost. No precursor. I have given up. And guess what! Ive been enjoying the game a lot more now that im not worried about getting a legendary.
GUILD BOUNTY TONIGHT! Tier 2, messege me for invite.
Ide start with the precursor first. Then world completion. Then clovers. Gifts for the weapon. All while doing the EB jump puzzle for badges. Salvage rares for the ectos as you go and save up for your icy runestones. By the time you have everything you will also gained enough karma for the gift of mastery. I messed up and am now sitting with gifts of bifrost, gift of fortune, and gift of mastery, and no precursor.
Fell for the ol bait and hook huh? Bet it that will be the last time your group tries to kill a solo mesmer now. But let me get this straight. Your group of five tried to kill a single person, but ended up getting killed by a group of twenty? Sounds like you got a taste of your own medicine.

I main a mesmer, I crafted an engineer to 80 just to do events in orr with. I have him in full mf. Im using some sort of FT/elixer build. I run the 40% mf food with 20% boon duration. My build is 10-30-0-30-0 all for flame thrower and elixers. What I didnt realize is how much fun it is. I guess I was getting a little burned out on my mesmer. But yeah if anyone has any better ways to do it pls let us know.
Sweet. Im comming from a mesmer, and have a harder time tagging mobs. My engineer is only level 20 right now. Ima get on it and get him to 80 asap.
Just made made engineer for one reason. To farm orr. What types or builds do you guys run while farming. I want to be able to tag as many mobs as fast as possible. Thanks.

I usually get between 16-25 silver per boss fight with the omnom bars. Was thinking it was 10-16silver before.
We beat Tier 2 last night. Was a close call due to all the overflow stuff. Would have been cake if it wasn’t for that. Cant wait to start running tier 3 bounty and trek.

Bleh I have everything but the legend. As of yesterday I gave up on the forge. I am now saving up for the legend emptied out everything in the bank and currently have a whopping 34 gold saved up. Just gonna keep chipping away little by little. The gilded infusion is awesome for dungeons btw.

I got my gilded last night and its awesome.. With my omnom bar and the gilded I get 16 to 25 silver per boss fight in dungeons. I know this doesnt anwser your question but if you run any dungeons at all its totally worth it.
