I have 293 hours total across all toons in 5 months.
Looking for a super fantastical, fun time guild!! Me and my wife play quite frequently, I’ve recently hit my first 80 and I’m lookin to meet folks that are interested in PVE etc. we’re both laid back, fairly intelligent, rarely so drunk we forget where we are and are unbelievably good looking which will enhance your guild in many ways.
We’re kinda fun. Somewhat motivated. Easily amused and rarely if ever unhappy.
Hooker and blow is a plus. Will move servers for the right guild but currently on Northern Shiverpeaks.

I’m betting on a well thought out event that gives a majority of the player base a chance to experience it. I’m holding out hope they learned from the last event and will do their best to give a great one for Wintersday. Or a huge steaming pile of disappointment. I don’t really know which but ill be trashed on hot chocolate and Baileys so ill be good.
I truly believe when they roll Ascended gear out across the world it will fix a large part of this.
I haven’t crashed but I have had a insane amount of lag and disconnects since the last patch. Every other game has been fine but GW has been about unplayable.
Yes it picks up for where you left off. The 1% you’re seeing is the files count from where you picked back up.
Yeah I was pretty ambivalent towards everything. But the attitude being portrayed now is pretty appalling.

I’m only level 59, haven’t had a chance to play for a few days and have 21g. If you’re that broke playing many hours a day you’re doing something wrong.
What a bold faced lie. I’ve leveled several characters and there is no way you have 21 g just from leveling.
If you’re going to lie at least keep it believable. It’s honestly insulting that you think we’re all this dumb. It actually kittens me off that you insult our intelligence this much.

The cultural prices are way way too high. No one is ever going to spend that much on a full set, which is why after months of playing this game I’ve yet to see ONE player in a full-cultural suit. Not ONE.
Overreact much? Making gold isn’t hard. For some not spending it on new stuff every level is. Decide what you want, budget time and gold and get it. Making things easier is not fun.

I just bought the game and downloading now. I was hoping leveling would take time and deliver lots of fun.
Is the game made to level fast (Like umm….WoW?) I hope not. :-)
I’m 142 hours in with my wife and just now level 56. There’s a lot to see and do and I’m in no hurry. So no this isn’t about power leveling. The journey is fantastic and worth seeing all of it.
I believe the US servers are in Austin. Not really here or there.
I must be in the minority. I love them. Some of them are quite hilarious like the bunnies knocking feed out of your arms. Something do do as I cruise leveling up hunting events and mats. I’m a farmer at heart so things like that appeal to me.
I just love to fight dragons so try to catch it when I can. The dragon art is awesome I think just a fun, cool looking encounter.
Yeah I think waiting until tomorrow is definitley the smart thing to do.

I love the human starting zone. I always go there first and then the Charr.

Haha my best bud if from Belgium it’s where I got it as a bit of a nickname to poke fun at me. We’re in Texas but play usually later at night Central time. Well be checking everyone out and definitely get back to y’all.
Myself and my wife are looking for an active PVE guild. We’re new to the game (4 days in) and love it. We’re both long time MMO gamers and are very active. We’re not looking for huge impersonal guilds but would like to find one with friendly, active people on during the day. We’re both very social and play MMO’s for that aspect. Thanks in advance!
I’m 37 my wife is 34 and so far we’re both loving the game. I got tired of the WoW formula and no subscription fee really makes it feel less mandatory. We log in enjoy the game and don’t feel bad logging off for a day or two.
I’d say yes. Me and my wife came over from WoW burn put after seven years. We’ve only been playing a couple days but this far we both love it. Completely different. Great community and all around fun game. A few flaws here and there but that’s to be expected.
