It could be worse, I’ve been playing since beta and over the years I’ve transferred to multiple servers and back and forth from EU to NA, NA to EU a few times. So at this point for me I have 100+ on my followers and I don’t know what server they are from let alone what region they are from, Plus every random patch the list randomizes so it just add’s to the confusion, At this point the followers list is completely 100% useless for me. Then you have the privacy concern, There’s a few creepers I don’t like on my list and it bugs me that they can see when i’m online even if I block them, they still see me change map, Although I know some players have it much worse with actual perv stalkers.

Lets me honest, The entire friends list system in guild wars 2 has felt like an ‘alpha version’ since day one, We’re 5 years in and I can’t see them changing it at this point. It actually makes me admire WoW a little bit more because in WoW you send someone a request, they accept, your friends. If you’re not friends anymore, you unfriend them and they are removed from your list, its so straightforward, simple and it works. I understand why anet went the whole followers list route, when making the game twitter was huge and anet thought it would be cool to mimic the whole ‘how many followers can you get’ social media kitten thing, I get that, And don’t get me wrong it does have its uses especially early on, but as time goes on it becomes confusing/useless and potentially dangerous.

I think they should put time into either removing it or refining it, but I doubt they will.

I have a fix for these rings and for Mystic Forging the armor submitted. I can’t say when it will make its way to live, but the fix is on the way.

Sometimes (most of the time really) NPC allies in the personal story don’t help me with a boss fight, they just stand there and do nothing, One example in the screenshot I posted.

I normally listen to heavy metal or trance, the difference between no music and music in pvp is like night and day, With music I can play 10 matches straight easily, without its 1-2.

As for condi war vs condi rev, my experience is the rev will win. Simply put we can remove the war’s resistance and are just as durable when we manage resistance and generosity procs. Condi mesmer vs condi rev is a completely different story.

Ok you’ve removed his resistance what about him triggering cleansing ire (removes 3 condi) every 1-2 seconds, His 1k hps, 2 × 5sec endure pain, All while putting tons of condi on you, Once your resistance and energy runs out (which happens pretty fast) you’ll die.

9 times out of 10 if a condi rev goes toe to toe with a condi warrior the rev will lose.

Noticed the new Wrapped Shield from Wintersday doesn’t display Aegis correctly.

Yea, it’s unfortunate that you can’t finish the set for completion sake, but you can lose 300 games and win zero and still get the full set for no material investment, no gold investment, etc. My first set of Ascended gear cost me nearly 500g. This is free.

Only 28 hours for 5/6 of ascended armor? Seems pretty low if you count in the fact that you get so much raw gold, dyes and materials while doing it. I’ve spent way way more time on my first ascended armor.

28 hours spent in fractals doing dailies, or farming mats, might be able to make 500g. Granted, it is lower/easier than other ways to me. (bloody fractals keep giving me shoulders!) However, I think you could get close with the same time elsewhere.

A full armour set costs 1300, Will kind of suck only being able to get 5 of the 6 pieces and then having to wait 2-3 months to get the last piece. Just wondering if this was intended.

I highly doubt when anet do add legendary trinkets they’ll do it as a ‘hidden’ scavenger hunt, The second they add legendary trinkets or shortly before, we will know about it.

I just started playing a few ago and hit level 40 just doing world event things, I still have my level 30 living quest thinggy to start, and I am so enjoying running aroudn the world and exploring.

I have really been enjoying the exploration aspect of this game, but it has been sitting in the back of my mind and worrying me that dungeons are just going to be “zerg go go go go!!! FASTER!!! ARGFHGRAWRA!!” Which has been what has been turning me off to other MMO as of recent.

They used to be, Now not so much. A lot of groups will want you to be lvl 80 though.

Pls can you remove ‘Recently Transformed’ debuff from Infinite Watchknight Tonic.

How about removing power damage from skills that give conditions.

Typical PS warrior (str/tact/zerk) is extremely overrated thanks to it’s use in raids. It only works well in endgame when there’s a dedicated healer in the group keeping them alive.

My personal warrior build, I’m very very rarely downed and 9 times out of 10 I’m the last one alive on a t4 boss encounter and I end up having to finish the (25% hp) boss off solo.

To answer your question about def in PS build you can go def,tact,zerk, PS will activate with str sigils/runes and eternal champion, You’ll only be putting out about 5/10 stacks.

Absolutely love the new fractal, The bullet storm part and especially the end boss fight, When that soft music comes on midfight and he starts talking to you in a demonic voice, That was a big wow moment for me, It felt really cinematic. You guys did a great job on it.

I’d personally love to see ‘worlds’ removed, lets be honest they lost their meaning when megaserver was introduced, Instead lets have a district system in PvE/PvP like gw1 and for WvW lets have a 5-way Human vs Norn vs Charr vs Asura vs Sylvari. That would be fun.

I got a precursor on a character that I no longer want who will never finish world completion and would rather transfer it to my main.

If you soulbound a precursor to a toon you no longer like/want to play just do map completion on your main, Then when you have all the gifts (which are all account bound) move them to the toon you don’t like and mystic forge it all to create the legendary, Store it in your bank and delete the bad toon. Soulbound to Accountbound would be nice.

If you are on the NA server but your account region is ‘Europe’ or vice versa and you are in Offline Mode, Relog while still in Offline mode, Then join a party via the LFG and you will notice that you won’t be able to enter the dungeon/fractal because they are all on the EU server and you are on the NA server.

Currently there are people from WvW guilds who intentionally wear the outfit to crash opponents, should I report people who wear the oufit despite knowing it makes people crash?

How do you know they know their outfit is causing others to crash?

Reporting someone just for wearing an outfit is ‘report abuse’ It’s not their fault an outfit they paid for causes the game to crash for people using certain graphic settings.

I think its bugged, I just did mad king says for the first time today and got 13 stacks but only 2 keys, Other people in map chat said the same, Some got one some got none.

With you go stealthed while using the Tenebrous Dagger and Tenebrous Pistol (possibly other tenebrous weapons too) they bug out and become a block shaped visual glitch.

A title just for being top player during a single round would be too easy, Most of the time when I beat it the score looks like like 1,0,0,0,0 or something like that because only I beat it that round, It would be better if they gave a title for beating it 25 times or something.

Why can leather not be salvaged from heavy/light armour? When it is now required (in boat loads i may add) to craft heavy/light armour. It’s not fair to heavy/light only players.

But it won’t be from the achievements. It’ll be from a new method which they haven’t released any info about yet. Season 5 will be a new year with its own set of achievements.

The truth is nobody knows yet what the devs will do for season 5 they haven’t confirmed if they’re going to keep the existing achievements and add more or if they retire them and add different achievements/means or something else, Nobody but the devs know. I personally have a feeling the ascension achievements will still be there and peoples progress won’t be wiped but I could be wrong. Recently a dev did confirm that we will 100% be able get the wings in season 5 we just don’t know the specifics how.

Yes there is way too much CC atm especially low cooldown AoE CC, For example Revs staff skill should knockback the first person it hits ONCE, not repeatedly knockback every target it hits over and over. Don’t even get me started on DH’s traps. Heart of Thorns Elite Specs basically decimated any balance pvp had and pvp wasn’t exactly balanced before Heart of Thorns came out. All CC and Condi’s need to be heavily nerfed imo.
