I was looking at the cultural tier 3 armour for my thief, and.I was wondering what dyes it uses in the picture, I’ve attached it. I always thought I would go for darker shades but it looks really cool like this.

What about a medium class in a dungeon, which one would be bet out of those?

I am thinking of making a character who I will use mainly for pve and dungeons, but I don’t know what build or class to use. I know most people say guardian, but that’s really all they say about the topic. I am asking for a build/class that you would actively look for when making a party, or have someone switch to that class for the dungeon. I want to be a useful dungeon player, and don’t want to drag my party members down. I don’t really care what role I fill, or what build I use, I just want a build that everyone likes when dungeoning

I have decided, as well as having the rate human face thread, I have decided I would hold a beauty contest amongst the humans. After a week I will start a voting on the most beautiful human male and female. The winners will get to hold the proud title of the most beautiful male/female human on the forums. I am looking to create a human female, and I was wondering what face, hair, colour and even armour would make the sexist human female. I know the medium and light t3 cultural armour is quite sexy, but I don’t really know what face and hair to put with it. What options should I pick at character creation to make the sexiest human female. Please can you provide a screenshot as well, so I can see the face you’ve made.

I am using blue ice, frost breeze and nectar at the moment, and I think it looks great on my ele, but I think if I had celestial I would use that instead of frost breeze and have celestial as the main colour, and then blue ice and then nectar. It looks really good because the blue ice is quite light so it looks like white with a bit of blue and light gold outlines, which looks great.

Yeah that’s it. I think the skin tone is the lighter one, though what colour hair did you use for her?

I am stuck on which weapon(s) to use as my ele. I am a glyph pve player, and sometimes I do dungeons, but it’s mainly open world. I have played with the staff before, and I have to say I like it but I haven’t played with the s/f yet, so I don’t know what it’s like. From my point of view the staff has a massive range which is really useful, and lots of aoes though it gets weak in close range. S/F has a medium range though it can do offensive and defensive better than staff. I am not too sure though, which is why I came to the forums for help.

So I have been doing the commoner storyline and I’ve just finished ‘The Commander’ where you disguise as Big Ted and take down Commander Serentine. I was in the talking bit when I noticed that Countess Anise’s disguise was really pretty without her mask on, and I was wondering what options I would have to pick at character creation to get that face and hair. I don’t know if it helps or not, but I think it would be easier if we knew who she was disguised as. I know it would be a bit difficult but if someone does it for me I’d be soo grateful to them.

I have decided to make a sylvari character, an engi to be precise, and I was looking at their wiki page when I saw this pic, I’ll attach it to the post.

What character options do I have to choose to have my character like that? And what armour is it? If you can I would like to know the dyes as well but I don’t think anyone can tel from the picture, that would be quite hard.

I have an ele currently, and she is my only character so far. I am thinking of getting another profession and race so I can test out different professions to a greater extent. I have played all classes to around lv8 ish, so I can get a feel for their wep skills and some util skills, but not really too in depth. I am looking for a new class to play and I am completely stuck. I currently play a d/d ele with a glyph build, focusing on switching for the different glyph effects. I don’t know what other classes could be like this, but I’m looking for a class I would enjoy. I don’t know which one to choose, so I have come to the forums. What alt class do you have from an ele, and what build are you using on it. And why would that class be a good transition from my type of ele?

I think I’m going to go with celestial, nectar and white gold, do you think it would look good? Is there a website I can go to to preview the dyes?

I have an ele and I want to get the right dyes for her so she looks good in her armour, but I’m not sure what dyes to use. I am going for a mainly white with gold trims look, and maybe a red as a secondary colour, but I don’t know what dyes to get. I also don’t want them to be too expensive really, because I don’t want to spend too much on them.

Is there a kit in the Gem Store which will let me change my race? I have a norn but I think I might switch her to a human. Is there a kit I can buy to change her to a human? Or would it be easier to just remake her as a human. She is only lv21, so I won’t be losing too much but if there is a kit I will use that.

I have been playing ele for while now, and I am thinking about creating an alt. I play a staff ele with cantrips and conjures, and I was wondering what class would be good to go to after my ele. I don’t mind becoming melee, but something that would use the same sort of style/tactics as the ele. I know there ar a lot of different ele builds, but which class would you say is easiest to move onto after an ele?

If I wanted to be a high dps class without being too squishy, which would that be? It’s either that or I’ll find a build for my staff ele to play wvw as a multi role person, depending on my attunement

I know that all classes have their different aspects to them, and that they all fill out different roles in battles and stuff, but if you had to say, which class is the most useful/effective in different scenarios. Also what build would you use for it, and how would you use it? I have heard lot of guardian and ele, with ele being staff for heals and control, and guardian as a paladin tank role. Which one would you say is most useful?

I am starting to do wvw a lot more now, previously I was mainly doing pve with a dual dagger build. Now I’m doing wvw I decided my dagger build isn’t really suited for it, so I need a new build. I am going to use a staff, and mainly water because I will go as a support, but I don’t know what traits or skills to choose. I know I need 30 in water, and around 20 in arcana but that’s all I have planned out so far. Can anyone help me with a build, link a build or describe one or something please.

I was wondering if you can get the armour from the concept art, because I think it looks really cool. If you can get it where is it from, slash how do you get it or is it just concept art and its not actually in the game.

I have a warrior, elementalist and engineer already, and I was wondering what class I should get next. I have had a run with all of the classes so I know ish what their style is, but not that much. I only unlocked weapon skills and went around killing a few things. I was wondering what class I should get next.

I don’t really like tank classes, I prefer to be more dps than tank. I like a mobile playstyle, melee is the best for me but I don’t mind ranged that much. I like to be able to run in and out without being too squishy. I know it sounds a lot like their but I didn’t really like them when I played a bit as them, the initiative system really confused me. I am thinking of a ranger but I’m not sure what pets or builds to go with for a mobile ranger. I think it would be a shortbow and sword and dagger but I’m not sure about that, and I would really like to use a greatsword, because I like greatswords.

Is there a class like that, or should I try and find a ranger build that is mobile and more dps than tank. I can’t think of another class that is mobile like what I want but I am still fairly new so I wouldn’t know much. Thanks for the help if you reply to this.

Beginning
In the beginning there was AdaephonDelat. He said to himself “I shall create the greatest guild ever made. It shall be so awesomely awesome, only the awesomest can witness it’s awesome.” And so he decided to create The Guild. “But,” he said to himself “what should it be called?” And so he thought to himself. But he could not think of a name. Then, one day in the park, inspiration hit him. He saw a badger, a small badger, fighting against a dragon. “Aha!” He shouted, “it shall be called Badgers Against Dragons.” So he went and created Badgers Against Dragons. This is completely a true story about the founding of [BAD].

What we are
Badgers Against Dragons is a casual pve guild, made for people to chill out, have some fun and be with people they like. We are a very friendly guild, always willing to help a fellow guildie in need. We are a close-knit bunch, and we will always stand together. We welcome people from all EU servers, and we won’t judge you on anything. We will give you advice, help you level and be generally friendly. Ask and we will help you. We only want to help, and with a guild behind you, especially a friendly one like ours, nothing can stop you. Soloing will only do so much, which is why we are here to team up and help you out.

Our focuses and aims
Like I said before, we are a casual pve guild. You can expect us to do some open world exploration, some storyline and dungeon runs. We have a fun and relaxing environment so we wouldn’t expect you to do perfect in dungeons, they are just for fun, we don’t want to put any pressure on you. We might do some PvP when we feel like it, but we don’t expect you to join in. You don’t have to if you don’t want to. We are not forcing you to do anything. You can expect us to be on most of the time, but not always. We have other commitments and we understand if you do to. We don’t expect you to be online always either.

What we expect
We don’t expect much things from you, we are a nice guild and will accept most people if they send an application, no matter how high or low their level is, or how experienced they are. The few things we require are:

• Be on every now and then, we don’t want you to never be on, but you don’t have to be on 24/7 either. We won’t be so we can’t expect you to be either.
• Have a sense of humour. We are a fun guild, we make lots of jokes. If you find something offensive tell us and we will sort it out. Otherwise take most of the stuff in a light tone.
• Speak basic English. We are a mainly English guild, so we require you to speak English. If you speak other languages that’s great, but our main language is English.
• A willingness to help fellow players. If you ask us to help we will, so we expect you to do the same. If someone needs help with a story or a dungeon, go and help them. It is nice and will help make friends and be closer with the rest of the guild.

I want to make my first guild better, but we are progressong quite slowly, so I think I’m looking for a generally bigger guild to just play with unit my primary guild gets big enough. But I’m not sure about it, because I am kind of the main recruiter, and the leader has put a lot of trust in me so I’m not sure. I am sure he’d understand me having a secondary guild, but it feels like I’m betraying him. What should I do?
