they’re only constant if you’re testing your damage on the same mob in the same map wearing the same armor

I meant, they are constant because I have changed armor and bows and lvled up to lvl 55 obviously in different places, and the damage never have been in any situation even remotely close to what the necromancer have in all times.

I’m not expert in the game, not even close, but that is what I see –
I have a ranger lvl 55, deals 170 damage per attack with the long bow, and around 100 with the short bow, and I also have a necromancer lvl 40 that deals around 400 per autoattack and he is having more critical chance (don’t know where to check exact numbers, but he has around twice as many crits as the ranger) which deal 800 damage – why is the ranger so weak?

Does it worth the effort?

(srry if it was recently added, last time I played was 4 months ago, downloading the game again now)
Obviously, they can make a trade system easily, but why didn’t they?

I mean, even the industry regards him as complete failure & joke, resulting in him usually never getting a interview or getting screwed over with very little questions allowed. I guess A-net were the nicest in treating him for a long time with the last HoT interview they allowed him in.

So yea, I know him. I actually like his comedic performance from time to time, but more-so I like how hard he usually fails.

not really, youtube pays pathetic prices for content, unless you get into their “partner programm” (sorry, forgot the official term). Maybe Angry Joe is in, no idea, but you are wrong on the general payout part.

Personally, I think he is not a great reviewer. As was already stated, reviewing MMORPGs is a very hard thing, they won´t reveal their value before hundreds and hundreds of game hours, giving a verdict after such a short time almost seems like an ignominious practice to me. There are actually good gaming journalists who refuse to do any review on MMORPG or explicitly state their review can only scratch the surface.

There are also consistent accusations of being, well, let´s call it a little close to publisher marketing departments.

As for personal preferences (remember, this is not an objective factor, my opinion is just my personal one, as much as angry joe´s is his), we could not be further apart. E.g. his Dragon´s Dogma review pretty much revealed him as an easy button-casual game-autowin-fan. Which, again, is fine for him, but does not make this game style any more relevant or great than the opinion of any given user here.

I disagree, firstly, his opinion really isn’t worth anymore than yours, but in his videos he is showing what’s good and what is bad about a game, and than you can choose if you want it or not, why he is better than others? cause he is one of the only reviewers out there who are not sellouts (for example, look at reviews for Battlefield Hardline) + (my personal opinion) he is funny and watching his videos is more fun and more informative than watching a gameplay

about the second part – hundreds of hours? how about no? if a game is not enjoyable in the first 2-3 hours ill probably not touch it again ever – and yes, in mmorpg the late game is more fun than the early and mid, but no matter how fun the late game is, if the mid and early game are @%#% the late game is worthless

No,i ’m able to make my own decisions without some reviewer telling me to Go Buy This Game.I bought gw2 based on my own experience i had with gw1.

or, how about, you special snowflake, watch a reviewer you trust before you buy a game, cause as a person like me, who don’t spend much (100$ MAX on gaming a year, and even that is rare) I will not buy 60$ game based on few mere gameplays

I was not an hardcore gamer, but I played here and there with my freinds, and thought about going back to try the new proffesion and maybe even getting some gems to support the company, but than I saw the offers for the game, which forces everyone to buy the base game with the expansion! (at ridiculas price tag may I add), I was enraged. I have opened a chest yesterday in attemp to find a rare item in there, and it still didnt reset (did it around 22 +- hours ago)

All I see is that when you are 80 you have the PvP which is cool, but its kinda lame if you compare it to other games (to clerifty, the PVP here is the best ive seen in any mmo in my life, but I mean, in other mmos when someones reaches lvl 80 he gets more kinds of game content that is not available to everyone else)

I followed this guide and collected the maps, I got maps 1-2-4 on the first try but didnt get 3 with 3 tries, is this possible that because I picked it already (with a old character which is deleted now [with the item]) I cannot pick it anymore?

You will still be able to keep playing without buying HoT.
You will not get access to certain HoT specific things however. Such as the Masteries and the Elite Specializations. Nor the new areas (I would assume).

As for cost we do not know. But I would guess somewhere between $39,99 and $59,99 for the standard version.

Im afraid to open the heroic edition chest, I know it gives 18 slot backpack which I dont know if its soulbound or not, and also lvl 1 armor, and armor skin, now, im a ne player and I have no clue how the skins works (I will number the questions so it will be easier to answer them all haha)
1. If I open the chest with one character will I be able to pass the skin to other one?
2. If I use the skin, is it bound to the armor I have or I can replace my armor as I level up and switch the skin between the armors
3. about the other stuff in the heroic boundle, Is anything soulbound (so I know if I should open it now or wait until I decide which character is my favorite)
