I like to think I will be playing this games for years. Just and the GW 1 players that play now. Its fun for me to think that they played GW for 7-8 years.. I hope the same for this game.

One thing that could help them and help us is if they gave us something to spend our money one. Like glory or gems to get a PvP legendary. and make it cost like $30 in gems. If your like me you wouldn’t mind giving them more money for direct results.

Great job on starting the list. Lets make it bigger. No improvement is too small.

I would like to know why GW1 is included in the list of games from which GW2 cannot borrow code / art / etc. Honestly, it would probably explain a lot.

I do agree it would be nice to have all of this content. Please list a few of your most wanted features and I wil ad it to the list.

The devs love this format for advise, so please take some time and play along.

I will be updating this list to reflect the the improvement’s wanted from the development team.

This is a constructive thread, so feel free too add a sentence or 2 for reasons of the improvement.

1. More GW 1 pvp content integrated into GW 2
2. Ladder system (GvG Ladder and Individual Ladder)
3. Introduce random map or chance to vote any map.
4. Solo/duo queue in a tournament. Premade queue in another tournament . Solo/duo rating and team premade rating separated
5. Solve 3-4vs5 people problem. Add a chance to replace a team mate before the match starts.
6. Re-work hot-joins. Eliminate 8vs8. Less reward compared to tournament format (but in general, rewards have to be better).
7. Daily / Monthly Tournaments
8. Reworking the Reward-system*
9. Reworking the Rank-Progression: Means you grinding faster while playing hot-join (where no skill etc is needed), where playing tournament brings you a useless chest)
10. Get Hall of Heroes back
11. Get Guild Vs Guild back (IS this Guild Wars?)
12. Bring in game observer mode for the last map instead of twitch.
13. Bring the Ghostly Hero back
14. Bring Hall of Heroes winner broadcast.
15. Bring back guild capes (Optional To Wear)
16. Buff the HP for all classes equally for “Death Match Mode” like up to 100K HP if necessary.
17. Each battle could give you a small amount of xp along with glory for each battle. Xp could be earned for reaching a certain score each match.

This is a huge flaw with FA that is not easily fixed. I’m guilty just the same but we sure try to keep the flaming on the battlefield. <3

Last night was intense! SoS was a beast last night is some major battles in K BL. We don’t have exact numbers but we had 17 at the cliff of inner hills when you flipped it. and 22 at south supply. Did you guys get a head count? A+ job! Think it was wipe 3-4 times.

I’m sure neither of us could see the other.

I think FA will ride the tier 2 roller coaster for a while until we get stronger in our weak time zones. Once TC rejoins tier 2 I could see us taking more 3rd place finishes. Last time we faced TC we couldn’t beat them.

I disagree. Even back when we first hit T2, I think we were better than TC. We were leading them by 10k points up until a day in the mid-week when the queue in our own BL bugged out. We had 10 people defending with an hour long queue.

We lost everything. Dropped 20k pts and couldn’t make up the ground before reset.

TC only has coverage. Much like Tier 1 servers. Which isn’t anything bad, it’s just a reality of what it takes to be in Tier 1. Numbers + enough time zone coverage.

Otherwise, there hasn’t been a moment vs TC where BT hasn’t roflstomped through their forces. They are full of delicious bags, so tender, so sweet. Their tears on the forums are like nectar, almost as good as Maguuma’s. A hint of roleplay instead of trolling. Distinct. Delicious. Coupled with some dolyak meat, quite tantilizing a meal.

I remember the first time seeing the BT zerg in TC borderlands. You guys absolutely destroyed our pugs over and over again. It was pretty cool.

But then ofcourse KH started their raid night, came out of the garrison, absolutely stomped your entire BT zerg and every single one of you magically dissapeared from the borderland leaving us to PVdoor for the rest of the night. It was pretty dissapointing.

I can’t wait to see you guys again hopefully in T2 – it would be nice to see you actually stay and fight.

And if you don’t want any TC to take part in your thread, then maybe you should guys should stay out of our thread. But ofcourse that’s not how it works around here, everyone is just looking for their opportunity to troll after all.

iLife the current commander system.. It’s a great gold sink and the titles don’t mater much anyway. 100 g is not much. 5 gold a night in wvw is doable

Don’t use berserker gear. It takes almost twice the effort the play tanky builds but 3vs1s happen and glass cannon is something that will see you mainly cheap kills and lots of deaths. Sure, I may not be able to kill even half the 2v1s I run into but I can survive 95% of 3v1s due to APM and heavy management of skills. A same skill duel with 1v1 in GC zerker gear is a quick death if your not gaanking. Plus even in zergs the only thing your doing is rallying the enemy when you die.

Look up any of the end game high end WvW guilds and ask them how they build. What comes to mind is RG surly the best W3 guild in the game you will never see them in any zerker gear GC build.

except I use Curry Butternut Squash instead of Mango Pie and I don’t use Healing Spring as I am always moving. Besides that…gear wise you are IDENTICAL to what I have run for a couple of months other than Weapon Selection, which I chose the 2 bows.

Nice! I to will use the Squash soup paired with shortbow. The healing is something that I change depending on what we are doing. defending/attacking/numbers ext.

My plan is to still win 70% of 1v1s and just walk away the other 30%. I don’t have any agenda Cempa. Try the build. You get a lot of crit from all the buffs and can really pwn face even with the lower base crit.

REGEN REGEN REGEN. I’ve reached 37k hp with this build after group buffs. expect to be at 27,000-28,000 hp when solo.

This works for WvWvW and PvE just the same.

I just listed 3 things I love.

It’s so insanely cheap to use food! In one bag you have replaced the cost of the food. Just think having 900 hp and 67hp/s for 30 mins! Costs a whooping 60 copper. And you never lose food buffs for anything..

The edge is worth it in wvw.

I normally don’t say anything negative when people put had work into so much hard work into videos like this.

1st food? You didn’t have food up even once. That’s huge! Use food!
2nd stone? Oil? Anything? These things are huge as well.
These to things could be as much as 10-15% crit or 150-300 condition depending stats and stacking combinations.

AS for me I couldn’t care less then I do now about the score. Why should I? FA has always tried to excel at the whole ‘underdog’ image but truth is we have muscle and we bring in during the day right after work.

I read all the time on other server community forums where they say well GEEZ if we just have equal numbers we could win! i mean gashh we are winning battle 2:1 day and night if only it was equal and we had a fair fight :P and the truth of the matter is, is that playing the victim like this is really fun and I love to pat my guild on the back. my guilds downtime starts after FA prime time is over and when we log back on its fun to say… hey they just couldn’t do it without us haha. But lets face it :P FA’s down time is CD’s pwn face time, is IoJs outnumbered but holding on time.. just alternate server every 6 hours and look we have a pattern.

Last night was alot of fun in FA BL i lost count of how many times i died and ran back over and over haha. But I think i killed the same CD players equally as many times

i’m enjoying this teir so much better with IoJ and CD these 2 matches are just so much more balanced imo.

Seen people tonight I though were gone forever! Speaking for myself I have been in love with Defending keeps towers and camps. Seems to be my thing. Nothing like defending 3 Vs 30 for 10 mins. then calling in other commanders and crush the enemy.

Wish I could say there was much better. But ranger is not a contender in WvW… Just think if we could hit for 14000 even just once every 60 sec… But the fact is I can’t hit plate for more then 3-4k. That’s the way it is right now. Give it time I’m sure they wil buff slowly each month.

I like full power precision crit damage on everything. It’s the only way to get the burst I was looking for. I like to min max any build I do.

A thumbs up to the Yaks Bend players who persisted for so long, and so hard, in FA BL to retake Redvale from us. That siege at Redvale supply camp went literally for hours, longer than most keep sieges!

I would add that last night there were 3 Yaks trying to take Redvale for 3 hours. The camp was fully upgraded there were 6 defenders and multiple siege set up. Anyways thanks for the badges and the defense credit every 3 minutes for 3 hours.

Maybe after two hours of not working, time to hit another supply camp?

The battle of redvale! Was crazy for about 4 hours! used about 45 blueprints today defending that place

Yak’s, you must be scared of TC or something because I’ve never even seen you make an attempt on or take a keep over there but that entire borderlands has turned all blue more than once this week because FA recognizes that the winning server should be focused on.

At what, 7 am? We don’t have people on then. When our people are on TC defends their border. You guys are terribad at defending your border. Might as well pick the low hanging fruit no?

A bit hard to defend your borderlands when both opposing servers are blitzing their respective sides simultaneously and apparently unhindered by the other server’s presence in the map. Was looking for those cross swords at greenlake or redbriar so that we could capitalize and counter on a split force but those never turned up for some reason. o.0

Yeah, that’s sort of how it goes on your own border. There’s little point to the back and forth between the attackers at the island, so you push north. At least until you take the keeps. The other two servers seem to be able to handle their defense just fine.

I think we’re all a little tired of this crying wolf over non existent double teams. This is the 4th or 5th time, beginning on page 1, that members of the FA server have whined on this thread over perceived double teaming and I think we’re all a little sick of it. Stop making excuses for having so much trouble on your border and step up your game if it bothers you.

As a ranger I love focusing other rangers. Most of the time I can hit them for 2,400+.

WvW Zerg farming is about 1-2 gold 3 for 3 hours. Also I buy anything and I mean anything that has a gap of more then 25% in price. Place an order and post to sell.

Also ac speed run is about 2-4 gold per complete run(all three paths) you can do all three paths in about 55 mins if you skip as much as you can. The most important thing about this run is that your with a good group and that your using umnumm bars or how ever you spell it.
