DISCRIMINATION BASED ON DISABILITY

16. Plaintiff incorporates and restate each of the above paragraphs as if fully set forth herein.

17. Plaintiff is a “qualified individual with a disability” as defined in 93 K.C. §346(2).

18. Plaintiff has been denied access to and excluded from “safe and accessible” roads, as defined in 93 K.C. §10011.

*_19. As a result of Defendant’s failure to provide “safe and accessible” roads, Defendant violated the KDA by discriminating against Plaintiff in a number of ways, including without limitation, the following:

a. By reason of Plaintiff’s disabilities, age, and need for accessible accommodations
b. The underfunding of maintenance and construction of safe and accessible roads, et seq.
c. Failure to furnish and/or cause the furnishing of “safe and accessible” roads to the citizens of Kryta, including those with physical disabilities._*

Wherefore, Plaintiff requests that this Court enter judgment against Defendant providing the following relief:

(a) Compensatory damages in whatever amount in excess of FIFTY MILLION COPPER PIECES (5000 gold, 0 silver, 0 copper), exclusive of costs and interest, that Plaintiff is found to be entitled;

(b) Punitive/exemplary damages against Defendant in whatever amount, exclusive of costs and interest, that Plaintiff is found to be entitled;

© An order placing Plaintiff in the position that he would have been in had there been no violation of his rights;

(d) An order enjoining/restraining Defendant from further acts of discrimination or retaliation;

(e) An award of interest, costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees;

(f) Any and all other remedies provided pursuant to 93 K.C. §346 “KDA”

(g) Take other appropriate nondiscriminatory measures to overcome the above described discrimination, and

(h) Such other and further relief as the Court deems appropriate.

GENERAL ALLEGATIONS

6. The Krytan Universally Accessible Transportation Statute, Title IV of the Krytans with Disabilities Act, is codified at 93 K.C. §10011 et seq. It requires that all major roads, streets, avenues, alleys, thoroughfares, and boulevards in Kryta, up to and including city and local thoroughfares, be constructed in a manner such that all citizens of Kryta, including those with physical disabilities, are able to access, utilize, and enjoy the unobstructed use of the aforementioned roads.

7. Plaintiff is a 43-year-old man with the following need for accommodation:

a. Wheelchair-accessible ramps, roads, walkways, streets, avenues, thoroughfares, and boulevards
b. Wheelchair-accessible doors, fixtures, furniture, walls, floors, windows, ceilings, foundations, buildings, and edifices.

8. As a result of the following condition(s):

a. Permanently disabled left leg, amputated at lower thigh
b. Permanently disabled right leg, amputated at lower thigh
c. Permanent necessity to use a wheelchair for every-day ambulatory operation
d. Partial loss of vision in right eye due to complications from injury sustained in combat (right orbital fracture caused by centaur’s hoof)

9. On or about 80th Day – Season of Colossus, 1342, Plaintiff attempted to access banking services at 155 Dwayna High Road, Divinity’s Reach, Kryta, but was unable to due to a previously deactivated waypoint matrix. Plaintiff had not, until this day, visited Divinity’s Reach, thereby being unable to activate the network of waypoints commonly used for transportation throughout the city.

a. (Plaintiff was recruited, trained, and injured in service to the Seraph in the surrounding areas of Nebo Terrace, where plaintiff has to-date resided for the whole of their life.)

10. On or about 80th Day – Season of Colossus, 1342, Plaintiff attempted to partake in festivities and activities (“Merrymaking”) associated with Wintersday in The Crown Pavilion. After having been escorted (“carried”) to the apex of the Dwayna High Road to access Plaintiff’s bank, Plaintiff attempted to use the Melandru High Road to descend to the region wherein aforementioned festivities were taking place.

11. Upon embarking on the Melandru High Road, Plaintiff’s wheelchair began to violently and rapidly descend the High Road, on a direct course of collision with statue of Melandru at the end of the High Road, in the Plaza of Melandru.

Plaintiff uncontrollably and inadvertently struck two (2) priests of Melandru, parties to Case No. 698-DR-1425 and 698-DR-1426, whereupon plaintiff’s velocity was reduced to controllable levels, and plaintiff’s descent was finally stopped completely due to his collision with the Statue of Melandru, which was undamaged in the incident.

12. Because of a lack of alternative modes of transportation, Plaintiff was unable to reach the Crown Pavilion without sustaining and inadvertently causing significant injury to himself and to others caught in Plaintiff’s downward trajectory.

COUNT I
VIOLATION OF 93 K.C. §346

13. Plaintiff incorporates and restates each of the above paragraphs as if fully set forth herein.

*_14. Defendant deprived plaintiff of his royal constitutional right and/or statutory rights by failing to construct and or commission the construction of safe, accessible roads in the City of Divinity’s Reach; which includes the following thoroughfares:

a. Melandru High and Low Road(s)
b. Dwayna High and Low Road(s)
c. Balthazar High and Low Road(s)
d. Grenth High and Low Road(s)
e. Lyssa High and Low Road(s)
f. Kormir High and Low Road(s)_*

15. As a direct and proximate result of Defendant’s violation of 93 K.C. 346, Plaintiff has sustained the following injuries and damages:

a. Massive internal bruising to plaintiff’s head, chest, torso, arms, and upper thighs
b. Multiple skeletal fractures:
i. Left and right arm Radii and left arm Ulnae
ii. Left and right leg Femurs
iii. Thirteen (13) broken ribs
iv. Fractures to skull over the occipital, temporal, and frontal lobes

c. Punitive and Compensatory liability associated with collision with aforementioned priests of Melandru (Case No.s 698-DR-1425 and 698-DR-1426).
d. Punitive and Compensatory liability associated with property damage caused by collision with and abrasion to walls, floors, sidewalks, and road (Melandru High Road)
e. Punitive and Compensatory liability associated with property damage caused by collision with statue of Melandru and surrounding decorations
f. Punitive and Compensatory damages associated with smearing of various internal bodily fluids over aforementioned walls, floors, sidewalks, road, priests, statue, and surrounding decorations.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE

1. Plaintiff brings this action under the Krytans with Disability Act, 93 K.C. §18501, et seq. (“KDA”), Section 324 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1315, as amended, at 93 K.C. §346 and the Krytans With Disabilities Civil Rights Act, D.R.C.I. §21.660, et seq. (“KDA”).

2. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to the following statutes:

a. 12 K.C. §5778, which gives district courts original jurisdiction over civil actions arising under the Monarchic Constitution, laws, or treaties of Kryta;
b. 12 K.C. §5780 which gives district courts jurisdiction over actions to secure civil rights extended by the Ministry and The Queen;

3. Venue is appropriate in this judicial district under 12 K.C. §5790(b) because the events that gave rise to this Complaint occurred in this district.

PARTIES

4. Plaintiff is a citizen of Kryta and resides in the County of Nebo Terrace, Gendarren County, which is in this judicial district.

5. Defendant Legate Minister LORD CAUDECUS BEETLESTONE is the Legate Minister of the Krytan Ministry. Defendant is sued in his/her official capacity as Legate Minister of the Krytan Ministry. As such, he/she has a duty to insure that all major roads, streets, avenues, alleys, thoroughfares, and boulevards in Divinity’s Reach and throughout Kryta are maintained, administered, and constructed in accordance with Krytan Law.

Well, that actually wasn’t what the first part of my post was about. All I wanted to do was to show a possible counter example against kicking out “inactive members” to guilds that have not reached the 500 member cap – a key distinction. Of course, if you’ve reached the cap, then you need to make room for active members. That was the point of including my “third part of my post…seriously, WTF?”. I resent that you’re implying I’m a hypocrite…

First off, I’m really sorry if I came off apprehensively; it wasn’t my intention. Why am I seen as though I’m hostile and confrontational? I’m, in fact, just saying that guild leaders should reconsider kicking inactive guild members because they’re not just “deadwood”, they’re human beings who do come back to GW2 and do, in fact, contribute to the guilds they’re in when they return. I’m not saying don’t kick them, I’m just saying, “kick wisely”. That’s all. I like the tool that was suggested.

1. The 3rd part of my post completely agrees with everything you said in the 1st part of your response.
2. Minimizing inactive members on your roster and opening room for active contributors is absolutely all about “as efficient as possible”, and I agree with this priority —-- IN THE CONTEXT —-- and ONLY in the context of a guild that HAS reached the member cap.
3. I agree that we need this tool.
4. How many of the people you kicked for inactivity, who then came back to the game, rejoined your guild? How many didn’t? Ok, thank you.

Really, you guys are finding an adversary where there isn’t one. My post didn’t even apply to either of you, and yet, here you are, “top rankin” me by telling me, implicitly, to “STFU, hypocrite”, and in fact, explicitly, to “chill the hell out”. I posted that song for this reason. Just think about that for a minute.

That being said, let me make this simpler. Anet, we need this tool. Guild leaders, just reconsider kicking people if you don’t have someone already waiting to come into your guild.

Maybe I should have just typed that in the first place…

While I agree that this is a much needed functionality…I must counter the argument that “A guild’s member list must be as efficient as possible!!!!!!”

First off, calm the kitten down, daaaaamn! This isn’t a military operation, it’s a freaking video game.

Second, in our guild, we see no reason to kick “inactives”, as you may call them, because we haven’t even reached the maximum amount of people. In fact, some of our most dedicated members now are people who went inactive several months ago and came back. Had we kicked them back then for “inactivity”, our guild would truly be deprived of some great people today.

Third…ma bredren! (My brethren), Why are we so anxious to commoditize our fellow human beings!? That “inactive name” on you guild list is a person who has their own story, troubles, concerns, quirks, contributions, worries, preferences, and so much more. I get it! They haven’t signed in. But…clearly, they’ve gotten a position in your guild in which you, at one point or another, regarded them with at least some respect, if not, dare I say, friendship or fondness, so why are you so quick to “kick” them if you don’t see them online after a while?

Do you stop being friends with people just because you haven’t talked to them in 30 days?

That being said, our guild does have a large amount of people who joined for 1 day, and never represented and some who never signed in again, and no one knows them, really. For these people, yes, this feature would be helpful, since…well…we’re obviously not the right place for them. THAT should be the only reason to “kick” someone based on “inactivity”, I think.

Hey guys, i’ve tabulated a lot of my bell songs before on reddit here: http://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/1cguq1/unbreakable_bell_medley_the_notes/

The horn is basically the bell but it starts on E instead of D, both instruments are in C Major. Essentially, you need to shift your notes up one note for the horn. For example, instead of pressing 224 224 for lullaby on the bells, it would be 335 335 on the horn.

I’m currently trying several different songs out on the horn and will eventually upload a medley on my youtube channel (it currently has indiana jones and taps on it at thiis present time)

Actually, the bell is in the dorian mode starting on the D key, and the horn is in E major. If it were in C major starting on E, it would be in phrygian mode. I’d normally ignore this, but you’re tabulating songs that people might play later, and this might lead them astray.

How to solve the guild hall issue!!

So, this is a suggestion (yes, I know, suggestion forum…) that takes elements from the recent living story to solve a problem plaguing the overall guild wars 2 community: the absence of instances where guild members can meet, interact, form groups, practice strategies, etc., also known as “guild halls”.

I’m surprised I wasn’t able to find this suggestion on the forums (admittedly through a cursory use of the forum’s search bar, which could use some improvement), but here is my suggestion:

Guild Airships!!!

Give us an instance where we take to the skies and let us duke it out in the clouds!
Pros? Cons? Discuss!

(preemptive edit: I’m not asking for flight capabilities. I’m suggesting the setting for a completely separate instance of its own that isn’t “real estate”, which is kind of tough to explain without the millions of Canthan islands or Battle Isles islands upon which guild halls used to reside.)

I agree completely with jayne… this spot an all the others neither help nor hinder . IF you die to someone on this spot, you have only yourself to blame for most of us in WVW already know about these areas .. My balista Receives bountiful offerings daily due to the people standing there. after all they gotta come out sometime.

A fair point. They all have to come out sometime.

How about this scenario:

There are 3 enemies at the invulnerability spot, and 2 of you defending the camp. Skill issues notwithstanding, between 2 of you, you could not snare both of them or even one of them enough to get all 3 of them all the way to 0% health before they could run the 30 in-game meters or so between the “not invulnerable zone” and the “invulnerable spot”, wherein your characters are in direct danger of being killed by invulnerable enemies.

The enemies then heal up completely, and fight you yet again, same sequence, essentially, that you beat them in terms of tactics, except that one invulnerability spot gives them infinite healing/resurrecting capabilities in comparison to yours. I agree this could be argued as “l2p”, but isn’t it obvious how disproportionately advantageous this situation is for the enemy? The question is, is that disproportion valid?

The choices:
a) leave, let them camp the cap and back-cap it once they move on
b) stay there repeating this scenario until you kill one before they reach the spot (which, if the person was killed close enough to it, they can easily be resurrected within the span of a minute given the circumstances) and/or they finally overpower you after who knows how many tries.

Should they get that many tries without consequences?

Do you think it valid that it should be easier to let the enemy capture an objective and return to it later than it should be to simply fight off the enemy in this specific situation?

What was Arenanet’s intention? Doesn’t that invulnerability spot essentially negate the whole point of that area being a cliff? If this was how it’s meant to be, why isn’t it a gently upward sloping hill with 1 hit kill NPCs like their main spawn gate?

“They have to come out sometime.” Yeah, I agree with that. Should they be able to just run back in given the terrain and the circumstances? Does it look like that was even remotely intended?

While you’re only seeing WM when outnumbered, I’ve watched with glee as they charged into the midst of 40-60 man “whole server zergs” with their 15 guildies and totally demolished them. It’s almost spellbinding to watch them move in near perfect concert given all the distractions, lag, culling, stealth, portal bombs and whatnot that are the WvW norm. It’s not the numbers that are so interesting it’s the coordination and sheer discipline they show.

So yeah, you’ll have forgive me if I happen to be of a different opinion than you. At same time I happily admit you’re entitled to yours!

Well said. It’s important to not that this is not and was never meant to be a 1v1 game. Beating someone in a 1v1 match is well and good but it’s not surprising that someone who flourishes amid combo fields and is built to fight groups of enemies would fall to someone built for a 1v1 fight.

[WM] is very strong and very skilled (I played with them on SBI a lot) so I would say watch their group tactics and judge from that. They work together, keep an eye on the members of their party, and use positioning plus combo fields to their advantage. As you said, I’ve watched a small group of them jump into the fray while hopelessly outnumbered and come out on top. I’ve also seen a party of 5 of them (and 5 of us) defend a tower from an entire swarm of enemy HoDs. The enemy inevitably broke in and my party took the stairs, figuring we would hold them there. They never got past the [WM] party at the gate in enough force to give us any trouble.

They may not all be good but some of them are amazingly good.

Yeah, and this I’ll definitely acknowledge. Obviously, if you took the top 15 players in TOAD and put them against the top 15 players in War Machine, War Machine would be eating 15 sets of toad legs. I’m not stupid enough to deny that. At the same time, it is kind of frustrating to have lost to a game mechanic as opposed to losing to skill, like dying because of culling or because of an inherent imbalance in the game between two classes (not saying that there is or isn’t one in my case, but just generally speaking), which I guess was ultimately the reason for my post.

One thing I will say in your favor as a server, Kaineng has been one of the most civil and classy opponents I’ve ever faced on Ehmry Bay. I haven’t seen a discussion, personally, degenerate into outright flaming between either party, and that’s something for which I definitely need to commend you guys not only as individuals, but also as collective guilds and as a server. (However, do inform the impostor [TOAD] guild on your server that we are gunning for them. There can only be one [TOAD]!!!!!!)

Generally, it’s a bad idea to draw assumptions off of a few fights. Every guild is going to have it’s star players. Every guild is going to have their good moments and their bad moments. RE surely has some good players in it as does WM.

The problem is that when you have guilds that large you are bound to have some people who aren’t as experienced in PvP that might not do that well.

I’m just posting movies of what happened. We (when I was present) have beaten WM in our relatively even numbered fights. I’m not going to take that and say that WM sucks or something stupid like that.

With that said, we do have a natural bias against people who we feel succeed due to mainly having numbers.

Of course one fight isn’t representative of an entire guild, and I absolutely agree. I suppose the main reason I wanted to post this was because of how the fight progressed.

I suppose the point I was trying to illustrate was what you stated, that being the “natural bias against people who we feel succeed due to ______” when the blank is something that’s not really an even playing field. In the broader perspective of this week’s match, it’s the bandwagon transfers and ridiculous imbalance of player numbers on the field. In terms of this specific battle, it’s the imbalance of how this Guardian set their traits vs. the limitations of my Mesmer, but the difference being that in this particular case, my skill was greater than their manipulation of the game mechanics.

I know Guardians are supposed to heal and be very tough to kill. I get that. But no class was meant to out-heal anyone 5 freaking times from 10% to 100% before they finally died, while doing the same amount of damage as their opponent. At least not to my knowledge. Please correct me if I’m wrong…

Ultimately though, the point of my post was to illustrate that even with the odds against us, Ehmry Bay and its fighters (of which I am only a mediocre representative) are not something with which to be trifled. Maybe that point got lost in my using the “E” and “H” words (which one’s the “H” word?).

I will admit I haven’t watched [WM] videos. I’m going to venture a guess and say the reason they don’t 1v1 is generally because they would lose? I mean, you can slice it any way you want, but ultimately you’re saying the same thing, “we can’t win a fair fight, so somehow we have to tip the scales”. This is what I’ve observed on part of [WM] in this match, and given that observation, I’m not sure I want to watch their videos.

To contrast this, [WM] was an amazing guild in Guild Wars 1, one with whom I had the honor and the pleasure to skirmish with once, who absolutely just blew my guild and I out of the water with not even an ounce of proximity on our part. I’m not saying they’re not skilled. What I am saying is that they should be above the crap I’ve been seeing lately. I’m saying, they’re better than that.

That guardian and I fought for like 10 minutes because he regenerated to full HP from about 10% remaining health about 5 times before I finally killed him. I also killed one un-guilded Kaineng fighter before him, and I fended off an under-leveled Kaineng fighter who came to assist him. I am a beast in the water. FEAR ME, FOR I AM THE LOCH NESS MONSTER!

But seriously, we win the fair fights. GJ though. You guys really know how to abuse the game mechanics. Then again, it’s the whole streetfighter “play to win” mentality. If it’s in the game, it’s not an exploit, right?

Was it this bad in Guild Wars 1? I mean, it just seems like this game is plagued by exploitation, hacking, and so forth. I don’t remember it being this prevalent in GW1. And I farmed up a ton of gifts to send out to people for wintersday, but yeah, I fell victim to the bug where I got sent back to LA without a chance to get a reward after finishing. It stings to learn it was because of hackers. Anet really needs to act on this.

The main saxophone part is usually played in D minor, which, great job intuiting that! However! It’s not possible on the bells because the B flat is not included in the scale. You have a D dorian mode, (on a piano, all white keys in sequence from D to the next octave D in order of increasing pitch.)

SO, being that it’s a minor key, it can be transposed to A minor, thus, it would be something like this:

I will use numbers to indicate octaves, so A(3) means play A on the highest octave, A(1) means lowest octave (press 9 to get to the lowest until 9 isn’t available, press 0 to get to the highest until 0 isn’t available).

To translate my letter notes into the notes on the bell (the one you can play in town, not the one in the mini-game, which works differently), use the following (numbers are the notes on a bell, letters are the notes in the scale)

D = 1
E = 2
F = 3
G = 4
A = 5
B = 6
C = 7
D = D(2) = 8 (a note here, the upper octave D in any scale is also the lower octave D in any proceeding scale, so 8 in the lowest scale is also 1 in the next scale)

Thus, Careless Whisper’s sax part goes something like:
B(3), A(3), E(3), C(2) , B(3), A(3), E(3), C(2) —-- G(3), F(3), C(2), A(2) , G(3), F(3), C(2), A(2) —-- F(3), E(3), C(2), A(2) F(2) [hold] —-- E(2) F(2) G(2) A(2) B(2) C(2) D(3) E(3) [repeat]

As a musician, I couldn’t resist learning to rock da bells in the game. These are some of the melodies I figured out so far (and I’ll add more later). I can’t quite put in the tempo or time values of notes, but…you guys know these! You can wing it!

I modified these to stay as much within an octave as possible, so don’t nitpick!
Also, I’ll note whether these are on the bells played in town or whether they’re on the bells in the mini-game.

Sorry to piggyback on this post but I have to mention very annoying voices of ladies in Divinity’s Reach. I was crafting armor and all I could hear constantly is this obnoxious sound they made: ahh ahhhhh ah ah ahhh (as if eagerly accepting new information). Terrible…

A few nights ago the same loop was taking place by the bank, but the woman wasn’t “ahhh-ing”, she was sort of yawning, I suppose… But having it on a loop like that and for the duration it was going… it certainly didn’t sound like she was just yawning, ifyaknowwatimean…

Plaintiff complains and for causes of action alleges as follows:

First Cause of Action—Negligence

1. Plaintiff, Jane Roe (a minor), is an individual and is
now, and at all times mentioned in this complaint was, a
resident of Divinity’s Reach.

2. Defendant TIXX INFINIRARIUM is now, and at
all times mentioned in this complaint was, in the business of
inspecting, maintaining, installing, and selling at retail to
members of the public various types toys, dolls, homicidal action figures, and
assorted trinkets manufactured by defendant, TIXX INFINIRARIUM, in-house in its
own proprietary facility.

3. On Day 74 – Season of Colossus, plaintiff attempted to play with said Princess Doll
®, purchased from TIXX INFINIRARIUM, whereupon said Princess Doll®
spontaneously began a program wherein a “tantrum” was thrown, to the best of
knowledge of the Plaintiff, in the general direction of the Plaintiff. Shortly thereafter,
said Princess Doll® began firing lethal projectiles in, to the best of the Plaintiff’s
knowledge, the general direction of the plaintiff. Such firing did continue until
aforementioned Princess Doll® did run out of batteries and cease all homicidal
activity.

4. As a direct and proximate result of the negligence and
carelessness of defendant as described above, plaintiff sustained injury as a direct
and proximate cause of this unreasonably dangerous activity. Princess Doll®
purchased by plaintiff was destroyed by fire and plaintiff’s home, personal
belongings, furnishings, clothing, pets, and parents were damaged by smoke,
missiles, fire, and psychological impression caused by sudden homicidal behavior
exhibited by Defendant TIXX INFINIRARIUM’s Princess Doll®.

5. As a further direct and proximate result of the
negligence and carelessness of defendants as described above,
plaintiff sustained the following serious injuries and damages:
– Permanent Disability caused by 3 projectiles embedded in Plaintiff’s right leg and
buttock
– Psychological harm caused by severely traumatic tantrum program preceding
aforementioned homicidal missile assault
– Deceased Pet (Trixie, bunny)
– Psychological harm caused by deceased pet (Trixie, bunny)

WHEREFORE, plaintiff demands judgment as set forth below.

Second Cause of Action—Strict Products Liability

6. Plaintiff incorporates by this reference all
allegations contained in Paragraphs 1 through 5 of the First
Cause of Action of this complaint, as though fully set forth
here.

7. At all times mentioned in this complaint, the Princess Doll® and
its component parts were defective as to design, manufacture,
and warnings, causing the Princess Doll® and its component parts to be in
a dangerous and defective condition that made them unsafe for
their intended use.

WHEREFORE, plaintiff demands judgment against defendants,
and each of them, as follows:

1. FIVE MILLION COPPER PIECES (500 gold, 0 silver, 0 copper), plus interest, costs
and any other relief this court deems appropriate.

There are tons of guilds out there who each concentrate on:

1. World vs. World
2. Tournament PvP
3. High level dungeons
4. Crafting
5. High level PvE
…and so on…

How many guilds out there, however, have said that their concentration is not on any one aspect of the game, but in fact, the fun, fulfillment, enrichment, and enjoyment of the members within the guild?

I haven’t seen too many. Most guilds just dedicate one or two lines to who else is actually in the organization, and then spend the rest of the time talking about game mechanics you can enjoy whether you joined them or not.

So what’s so special about the Toad?

We care about our people. We play together all of the time, and we would rather have fun losing together than create this toxic, elitist environment for everyone in the guild just to win a couple of “matches”. That being said, we don’t do too badly in PvP, as it is :).

We’ve got people from all walks of life – from people just getting into college to those who have been running businesses and jobs for years. We’ve got die hard, hardcore gamers, and casual people who sign on once in a while. It’s not about the size of your e-ego, it’s about how awesome you are as a person when you’re around.

With that in mind, we have an amazing organization, and it would be a pleasure to have you join us!

We do everything from crafting, dungeons, pvp, pve, etc., to stuff not even on the Guild Wars menu, like starting controversial topics in PvP and leaving, just to see if you all kept the debate going, or exploring all the hidden stuff that’s not even marked on the map with a “point of interest”….in PvP (and PvE too, relax!). Or running 5 clone mesmers at a time in sPvP just to mess with people. The list can go on.
