Hi.
I am a returning player after a few years brake from GW2 and are looking for an active guild that has some kind of Vent/TS/Mumble where people are on and speaking every day. Joining a guild that are quite and no one interact with eachother is no fun
I usually stick to PvE as I kinda hate being pummeled by better geared players :s But now and then I sneak into the PvE just to try it I used to be a hardcore raider before, but RL kinda crept up on me and now I am casual. Have a few MMO’s up trough the years.

Subcatogory:
– UI scaling.
– Able to move everything in the UI where ever I want it.
– Chat. Splitable chat, changable font, changeble size, changable colour, able to make the chat even bigger (im playing on a 24" monitor and the chat is to small evenon biggest), make privat chat channels so multible guilds and people can comunicate.
– Map drawing system. Improve on the drawing system. Ad a system where you can change colour, ability to put down a temperary mark that lays there for some more seconds then the drawing.

I would suggest that at LvL 80 when you have done the story line all the way out, you should be able to have the option to change your race. For a cost.
Some people will be unhappy of how the character ends up looking like at the end. Like me, I play a Charr guardian. I really liked the story but at LvL 80 I found out I really really really hated how the Charr ended up lok like with the end game gear.
And not everyone have the time to play up a charater to LvL 80 ones a week.

Some would say that it reduces the replay value if you could change, but I will disagree.
First of all, how many times can you play one class without having to play the same story over again? 20? 30 times? How many people have the time to play each race 30 times to LvL 80? I would say none.

If someone have played through one race and changes to another, that will not stop him from starting to play that race with a new class. The replay value of the game is the story and classes.

If so, make it cost “diamonds” to change race. And while we are on the “change” subject. Lets get the options to change our looks too.

I have now for the last two days gotten DC’d when i zone between areas and when I try to reconect I am unable to get in and get this error message.

What does it mean?

The only way to play dungeons today is with guildmembers. Trying to play it with a PuG is timesink, painfull, unrewording and probably ruining the experiance because some random guy desides to ragequit the run and you will not be able to get an replacement.

This kinda whent way out of topic.

Im looking at it from a PvE perspective and not a PvP perspective. I care —><-- this much about PvP.
As for PvE having multiple bleed users in one group is a waist of dps. You can stack over 9000 power players and you will have 9000 times the damage.
Try do the same with bleed spec and you will have maybe 500 time the damage because of the limit of bleed. 498 players will do more or less no damage because 2 people will be able to keep the 25 stack limit at max.

The whole bleed concept in PvE is so broken that it limits a guild to have max 2 bleed users when doing a world event or “guild event”.

So in the end, the only way to build in PvE is power.

Can anyone give a reason why bleed is better then power in a world event? 1 reason?

On top of this, you have elements in PvE that are immune to bleed. Dirt piles, ice obelsks, etc etc that only take damage from power attacks.

Or you could just fight them with your friends cause you think it is fun? If you do any kind of crafting and understand that Karma is basically your reward and epic drops are supposed to be rare. Quit thinking u need Ecto drops off every mob.

Yes, and you will be rewarded in heaven.

You see the point? According to you they should just delete all kind of loot list except standard stuff like skin, hoofs, teeth to sell to some vendor, then you have to buy items from the smith.
Lets remove all kinds of drop that will not drop from a real animal. That would be more logical. Why would a deer drop pants?

In any MMO there is a reward system depending on the challenge. Having a elite mob drop the same as any small level trash mob is not good for any MMO.
Who will want to go out of their way to kill an elite? 3 people using 10 minutes picking on an elite just to get scraps when you can use 5 seconds killing some random low lvl mob and get the same scraps, that is not what you call good reward system.

You have this areas where you have a story quest line. To get into this areas you need to enter a “instance”.
Now, you can enter the same area without entering the instance. That area is now a “hard” area where you will have to fight your way trough hard mobs, traps, jumping puzzles etc etc, where at the end you have a Champion mob.

that chapmion mob is normally just taking a long time to kill. 5 people can be standing still hitting it for… about 10 minuts.

And after all that work to get to that “boss”, then use the time to kill that “boss”, and what do you get? A white heavy helm, or my friend just got a gray item. And a bit of XP.

How bad a state is this loot system really in.

So I was right. You can still do a small amount of damage even if the all bleed stacks are taken.
But should not that initial damage be effected by condition damage instead? That would balance it a bit more out.

My mistake. I was reading it worng. I thought some of the skills did 2 damgeses.
One on inital impact of the skill on the target, and then the skill added an bleed effect that lasted.
But reading abit on them I found out that the bleed spell attacks does not do an inital damage on impact on the target, it just add a bleed damage.

That makes bleed even more useless in an MMO event :s
No wounder I did not do any damage on the dragon, except from a few low numbers now and then, no matter how much I was spaming the attack ability.
(I kinda change all my gear after that dragon fight).

And on top of that, having 2 “low LvL” bleed players stack up with really low dps will lock a Lvl 80 player totally out of the fight more or less.
Having 2 “low lvl” nercromancers on a dragon will really make the day of the other higher lvl bleed users a really bad day.

So just an other reason why to use power spec.

+1, again.
Rerolled from 50 necro to Guardian. My guardian is now 40.
My survivability is way higher. I can take on way more mobs then my necro, and I am way more usefull for my group then when I was on my necro. Better heal, better boons, ok damage, super survivablity.

Im not regretting for one second that I rerolled away from that bugclass.
I will though return when they fix the class, but looking as they are working, this will not happen soon. (The most svere bugs should have been fixed in Beta. I have no clue how the pet problem got trough the beta with so many people pointing out the problem).

Anyone who can help me a bit here? I can’t under any circumstances understand who bleed can be better than direct damage.

On a world event, let’s say a dragon, two bleed users is enough to keep up max bleed stack. Any other bleed users are then totally useless, except for the small amount of damage the initial bleed attack is doing.
If im not mistaking, the initial attack on a “bleed attack” takes its damage from power and not condition damage. And if you are “bleed speced” you will not stack up on power.
Bleed is easy to remove, and if it is removed you suddenly got no damage going.
Bleed takes time to build up.

Playing a powerspec/direct damage, you will not have this problems.

So can anyone please enlighten me why one should use bleed spec when it is so inferior to direct damage in all situations, so far?

Just ressing and healing people will not give you much. If you just go around healing and ressing you will most probably not get anything. You actually need to damage the dragon to get loot, and you need to do a nice amount of damage to get gold.

As a bleed user you are totally useless, you will get the loot though so all you need to do is be there and tag the dragon. Then just go and wait for the others to kill it.
Oh did I mention that bleed doest not work on ice, stone obsticals? (quite logical though).

I have a hard time understanding why one should spec for bleed/condition damage when direct damage will outdamage any condition damage users in any event.

Seriously, with ease. If everyone does their job with skills, dungeons are steamrolled with minimal effort. Minimal. The occasional dodge roll and ofcourse your skills.

This is an MMO, not a “guild for good old friends”. You really think that the random casual player in a PUG run and no TS really will make it as easy as a guild run with old friends that re chatting on TS?

I will advocate and stand up for having really hard and nasty instances at Lvl 80, but 30, 40 and 50? You kidding me? At least not 30 and 40 isntances. This is the introduciton instances in this game. ANnet should make a LvL 20 instance that introduce grouping and cooperation. An instance that is not hard but you still have to use abilities like dodge. Have mobs/bosses telegraph its move clear and “slow” so people learn how to do it.
Slapping people in the face with raid level instance on the 1st instance experiance they get will not help the game. Low LvL instance should not be balanced around that the player is Lvl 80.

Dont think you misuderstood really.

If you have 10 people doing direct damage, you will have 10x the damage on target.
If you have 10 people doing bleed damage, you will have about 3 times the damage.
If you have 100 people doing direct damage, you will have 100x the damage on target.
If you ahve 100 people doing bleed damage, you will have 20x the damage, well, dont have the numbers but you see the issue.

Why would anyone spec for bleed damage in any form for PvE when all you can have is 2 bleed speced players pr event, even if there is 100 people there.
And if I am not mistaking, the 1st initial damage from an attack that causes bleed, does not take its damage number from condition damage but power instead. (Anyone please enlighten me if Im wrong there.)

So here is the problem.

If you have a dragon event going on. 10 people is there attacking the dragon. 5 hunters and 5 necromancers. All 10 of them is condition/bleed build.

All you need is 2 people to fill up the max 25 stacs of bleed, wont the rest of the people just be useless people not able to do jack kitten?

I disagree, leave Esc as is, ADD a bind to CLOSE ALL DIALOG BOXES and the map with ONE button press.

It’s called the escape key. It’s just that right now it stops your auto-running for no good reason.

NO, everything no matter how little or how much is open should be completely wiped from the screen with ONE key press, ONCE, that’s it. Period, end of story, it’s in GW1 it needs to be in GW2.

Esc means STOP/CANCEL it is as it should be, the screen needs to have a clear all.

As it is today, it does not do as you wish either.
Right now if you have multiple things up you need to hit ESC several times to remove everything. 1st the character stops, then you have to hit esc again to remove stuff.

But even with this wish I hope they remove the stop command from the ESC key. If you want to stop all you need to do is hit “S”.

So far in my opinion about PvE bosses…..

Stay out of melee range + ranged nuke = profit.

No need for tactics, no need for defence. All you need is ranged nuke and run around like creasy. If you should die, just zerg back in and join the fight.

There are no tactics to PvE combat in this game. Well, up to Lvl 60 that is.
So far the PvE in this game is so a faceslap experiance that it hurts. All you need is a ranged zerg to nuke. No one needs to be told anything, all you need is nuke the target.

There are no synery between mobs eiter in this game. Thatn is something I really had hoped for. Mobs behave and react different depending on what other mobs that are in the vinsinity.
The instance is just made up of mobs with huge HP pool and 1 shot abilities. That is the difficaulty of this games PvE, the amount of 1 shot mobs in the group.
1 mob with high HP and a 1 shot ability, low difficaulty.
3 mobs with high HP and a 1 shot ability, hard difficaulty.

The problem is that fanboys think that we who “whines” about this only needs to L2P or GTFO. They have no intend of understanding what we really want.

We want hard instances that requires good tactical cooperation, not good zerg ability or good ranged ability where the one who has the agro just runs like creasy while the rest of the group nukes.
We want it harder, tactical vice. Not by just increasing a mobs HP. Increasing a mobs HP does not increase the difficaulty, it just increase the time sink.

Really because I farmed all day at the same place and still got several yellow drops per run. I don’t think anti-farm code exists, there has been no proof of it, and it has never been confirmed. This just sounds like stigma due to bad luck, you do know about loot threshold and party right?

There is an anti-farming code in the game, I can bet you on that, but the question is how does it work.
I know of a really nice farming spot. The longer I stay in that spot, the fewer drops I get. In the end in I would hardly get any form for drop of any kind in the area. And I am not the only one seeing this effect.
Logging out to play an other charcter for a time before you log back will not reset the code. You need to move your character to an other zone and “quest” there for a while before the “anti-farm” code is being reset for the other zone. Something in that direction.

Please remove that pushing ESC when you autorun will make you stop up.
You alredy only have to push the “S” keys to stop the autorun.
Whe I use autorun I often look around me, targeting things to get info and stuff.
“Just hold down W and click ESC for then push autorun”. Well, that also works, but it is more annoying than just pushing “S” to stop.
It is even more annnoying if I want to “inspect” several target in the same area when im running past them. Suddenly then you have to start pushing “A” + ESC + right mouse buttone and then target a new target for then having to hold down “A” and mouse button. What an annoying combinatin. Just try it out.

Please remove the stop command for autorun when pushing ESC.

This happend the other day.
We where 5 people running AC story mode. After the 2nd boss one of our mates DC’s and does not come back after 3 mintuts. We then get a new replacement from our guild.
When that person comes to the instance, he enters an instance of his own and not our instance.
I then go out to see if he is where he says he is, and yes, he was standing outside. I then enter the instance, and I am suddely in a new instance and not in the old one my other guilmates are in. They also comes out and when they enter, they are also finding the instance reseted.

They are working on it. And what you say just states you are a lazy gamer. Why? You don’t want to work for your gear. You want to have everything in a week. Then complain, there is nothing to do.

They are working on the reward system. And hopefully they are making it more difficult also. So you really have to work for it.

They are working on the whole dungeons and bosses. So have patience. Level an alt, cause leveling is PERFECT here.

He is lazy? How is he lazy? Take lvl 35 dungeon explorer mode. If you want the full lvl 60 set from the “badges” you get from that dungeon, you will be lvl 80 before you can afford the full set.
It is not being lazy, it is bad balance of price for the set. Who the hell wants to stay from LvL 35 to LvL 80 in ONE dungeon?

There is zero reasons to do the same dungeon more then 1 time. Ok, maybe one reason, to help out friends. But other then that? Non.
The gear you get from the dungeons are mostly white and blue, and 90% of the gear you find you cant even use. I have gone a full instance with just getting 1 blue item and the rest just white and gray items. Now that is a FANTASTIC loot system.
The XP reward and cash reward is bad compared to world events. There are world events that are chainig after eachother and you can go on and on and on about with the world events cashing in xp and gold like creasy.

The whole dungeon system in this game is broken. There simply are zero reasons to do them, except for the 1st time to experiance it. After you have beaten it, then why do it again? There are no reward from it. Non, nada, zero, nothing.

You say they are working on it, why have they not done it before? This has been pointed out in early beta.

Challenge should reflect reword. Sure you don’t need to get the most epic gear at ones, but at least some kind of reword.
Atm there is 4 kinds of rewards you can get from the instances.

  1. XP. That one is quite basic.
  2. Cash reward through the dungeon and finishing the dungeon. Quite basic.
  3. Loot drop from dungeon and loot reward from boss/doing the dungeon.
    Atm this one is balanced really badly. I have done about 5 dungeon runs so far on 2 characters and the loot I get I can’t use. That is 5 runs without getting any loot that my characters can’t use (except for white gear that I sell or salvage). And if I do get good gear that I can use on a future character, I don’t have the room in the bank to save it all. And the loot reward from doing the last boss is just laughable sad. White and blue gear? Maybe a green one if you are lucky, and most probably an item you can’t use.
  4. “Marks”. You gain marks from dungeon to buy gear from a vendor.
    But the question is the price of the gear you can buy. Atm it is so expensive that if you want a complete set from any dungeon in the game, you will be 80 before you can afford it. When you can afford it, it is useless because you now will be going for lvl 80 gear instead.

So in the end there are only kind of 2 rewards you can get from doing a dungeon. XP and cash. But why do dungeon when you can do world events that will net you more xp and gold faster?

Right there is the problem. I like a challenge and I will do all the instances just to have experienced them. But more than that? Nope. Why should I? I have done them. I have “beaten” the instance. There is nothing more for me there to do (I my do it to help out aguildmate though, but other then that?). XP and gold I can get quicker other places, and I will most probably be working on my LvL 80 gear instead of using 40 hours in 1 dungeon collecting some low LvL gear that just looks OK.

I guess Im not the only one thinking that way.

Don’t think the range is the problem here. The scepter alredy have 1200 range. That is long enough. The range is actually the only thing that is OK with it. I will rather say everything ells is wrong with it.

ATM the difficulty of an instance is depending on how many mobs you have to fight at one time (zerg battle). So far I have not seen any mobs (only 1 boss fight so far, I am lvl 55) where 2 mobs is interconnected with each other. I mean that when 1 of a type of mobs is in the vicinity of another type, they get stronger, or a new ability, or starts to play different.
Why are there no mobs in the game that interact/react to each other? Why must difficulty more or less only depend on amont of mobs or mob health with the combo of heavy dps?

I’m not sure Guardians are supposed to be all that good at range. With the Staff being somewhat weak and only good at medium range, and with the Scepter being unreliable with its slow projectiles, I can only assume this was on purpose.

For what reason do you think that guardians should not be as good at range as the other classes? Since the game is not supporting the old “Tank/healer/melee/ranged/suppot” system. All classes should be viable in every situation. In this game you should not “need” 1 class over an other in any situation.
Septer is a really weak ranged weapon. Most probably the weakest ranged weapon in the game. IMO Guardians need a 2hander ranged weapon. It fits more into the role of a “knight”.

And you know what that might mean? That they are going to bundle up the fixes and ship ‘em out when they’re satisfied with it.

So relax. Necro is totally playable, despite some minor bugs and mishaps.

Miner bugs? You can not use pets at all! Well, ok, at low lvL you can, but ones you reach 30, pets are totally useless.
Pets not attacking mobs, they just standa round doing nothing. Oh power master, do you get yoru ars handed to you? Dont mind me, Ill just stand here lauging.
Nice, just a miner bug in one of our FEW specs we can play.
Pets attacking mobs far away that you have not targeted or has not agroed to you or the pet. Now that is something nice. Your own personal train creater.
Pets die if you jump into water, and if you get back up right after, ALL CD’s are at max. Hurray.
Pets dieing if you look ard at them.
Pets doing little damage.
Pets are totally uesless in PvP.
Pets are totally useless in pvE instances.
Pets are totally useless when grinding.

Yupp. That is just a miner problem. We just ahve to lern2play as they say. The pet AI is working as intended.

One thing is for shure. Im not touching my necro until the class is fixed. Ill stikk to my guardian.

Pets? What pets? When they all run off from me and did not do as I said, I just change my skills to something usefull instead.
If they come back to me again I’ll shoo them away, no food they will get until they do as I say.
So if they dont want to listen to the master, to bad for them then I’ll be their disaster.

I hate to ask this… but where are the Dungeon Vendors located? I skimmed though the center areas of Lion’s Arch and was not able to find any. Also, does anyone know the vendor’s name(s)? Unfortunately as far as I can tell, there is no information on this in the wiki or existing forums.

After going trough the LvL 30 and 40 instance in story and explorere mode, and trying doing the lvl 50 instance, I kinda felt totaly useless in the group. My dps was just bad compered to the others, my healing hardly helped. And me pulling agro like creasy just being in the area without doing anything, ending up with me on the ground more or less.
Pets AI that is totally broken, it does not need a tweek or small fix, it needs a total overhall. Pets that is useless.

There are so many bugs and problems with the necromancer class and we have not had 1 fix to it since release. Every other class has gotten som small or bigger fixes, but necroes has not been looked at ones.

A week, 2-3 runs a day…. that gives you 630Tears. That is just half the tears that you need.
To make it in a week, you need to do 6 runs a day for a week.

“Normal” players are lucky to be playing 2 houres a day. There are not so many so called “hard core players” who playes for 6-12 hours a day playing the game.

For some reason I dont see you do ACe in 20 minuts. Please post a video on youtube showing the whole run.
I can belive that you can do it in an houre, but not less, unless you are lvl 80 alredy.
Try do that ACe in 30 min with LvL 35 people, prove that you are that good.

Do you really belive that they made that armor set just so you can get a new skin at LvL 80 with no intention that anyone would use it before? Why the set-bonuses at all then?
The gear where made to be used or it would not be made as it is with stats acording to level and set bonuses.

But no matter how you look at it, the time it takes for you to get the amouont of tears you need to buy all the gear, and the xp you get on the way from it, you are lvl 80.
And no, you will not buy that gear for the looks. I guess you have not looked at it yett so do that. They are ugly. Not in a “cool” ugly way. They are simply just terrible bad designed.

I’d hate to sound like a boob, but you need to play with better people. My guild, which consists of average guys who do like to put in a little effort, can do an Ascalon Catacombs Expl run in about 20-35 minutes.

Also, to the poster above me. Ascalon Catacombs provides level 60 gear, not 80 gear.

I would guess you are not LvL 40 if you do that instance in 20 minuts. I would guess 70 or 80?

Shield or Focus? Help.

Anyone who can help me? I am now LvL 10 only on my Guardian so Im no wiz in this area.

The problem is that I wanted to be a “tank”/utility player on this toon. I got a focus now and by looking at its skill it looks superior to shield. I simply can’t find any use for a shield compered to a focus.

Anyone want to enlighten me a bit?

Agreed. Getting rid of the holy trinity is perfectly fine, but not if dungeon mobs do the insane damage as they do in older MMOs.

The trinity is alive, it is not gone. You still need a “tank”, someone that can soke up the damage, you still need players that can heal. That ist he trinity.
Going glass cannon is useless because you just die all the time, so you have to go vitality/healing on all your gear.
So in other word, you have 1 tank and 4 support. That is your trinity.

But when people are leveling up, they are not picking vitality/healing, they are picking damage. No one is telling them that damage is useless on gear in an isntance because you are then to queesy.

I think the gear that you get from this is meant to be aesthetic, meaning, that once you hit 80, and assuming you like the look of the gear, you can transmogrify your lvl 80 set with it. This could be wrong, and if so I have no idea why lvl 60 gear would require that much grinding.

I would say you are wrong because the astetic look on the gear is so plain and boring that no one would use it at LvL 80. Just go and take a look for youre self. The light armor looks sooo bad. Even my “yellow” lvl 46 gear looks way better.

And if it was just for the astetic looks, why does it have really nice LvL 60 stats? Stats that you never will be able to use because when you can afford the gear, you out LvL it by 20 LvLs.

And lets say you are able to do the runs in 1h 30min. Then you are doing really good speedruns with people who knows what they are doing. That is about 68 houres. In 1 dungeon.

They really need to tweek the prices. I understand that they dont want to give you gear for free, but…. What did you get out of the instance in the 1st place? The 1st explorer run I did I got nothing, nada, zero, ingenting, ni?, nanimonaim, loot/gear that I could use for necromancer. I only got trash, medium or heavy armor, or weapons that I could not use. And the 30 Ascalonnian tears to save up to for something that is useless.

Who tought up the price of items for Ascalonian Tears must have been drinking.

A run in exploration mode will take you, if you are lucky, about 2h. With a guild and good geared and skilled people, 1h+++

The instance it self is not the problem, the problme is the pricing of the gear that you can use Ascalonian Tears to buy.
Let me show you.

Before I do the quick math, you gain about a LvL+ pr run you do.

If you want to save all the Ascalonian Tearsbuy you get to buy a full set at lvL 60.

Now for the math:
2 weapons: 300 + 300 = 600.
Head: 180
Shoulders: 160
Chest: 260
hands: 180
Leggs: 240
Feet: 180

That is 1200 Ascalonian Tears before adding the weapon. That requires you to do 40 runs to get 1200 Ascalonian Tears. 40 runs and about 45 LvLs.

Sooooo….35 + 45 = 80….. Who in the living daylight would use Lvl 60 gear at Lvl 80? it is totally useless becaose gear is being downgraded when you are downgraded. Using Lvl 60 gear then will be as effecve as using LvL 25 gear in the explorer instance.

No one will ever want to get a full set of this. This is really bad.

You can get them to use the look later on? Have you looked at it? The looks of it is terrible compared to other sets you will get later on. The necromancer set is so bad that I would change the look at ones if i ever got it.

If it was account bound I would understand the price, but not souldbound.

And the LvL 35 gear you can get, why are they not a set?

Broken agro system for necro?

I have notes when i play in the instances that I can pull agro by doing nothing. The whole group can be cacking and slashing around, but i still pull agro from mobs.
Bossfights with multible mobs is a nightmare. I spell and the whole group is after me. And they will keep following me until I am dead. I more often then not ending my days on the floor next to some group of mobs or a boss stomping me into the ground ebcause he does not like th way I look.

Is it just me the game hates or does any off you have this problem?

A small LvL 15 dungeon in youre starting area would be greate A instance that lets you learn how to group up, how to interact with the group. A “simple” introduction dungeon for you to learn from.
You probably alredy have all your weapon abilities so that should be doable.
I did not group up until I reached 30, and then i was as n00b about the grouping as ever. We need to get tha option to do this a bit earlier then lvL 30.

Tactical Map!

This is an idea that is developed on an idea that Solaria made. S/He made an idea about tactical minimap.

What about “Tactical map”
Everyone needs to be in a group or get “invited” to see that tactical map. When you open the map you will find folders on top that, normal/tactical. If you open tactical you get the normal map but you can draw on (this drawing will also show in real time while you draw on other peoples map that are invited to this tactical map), but in different symbols that are on the side of the map or drag and drop symbols, or simply right click, menu, item, push item to drop it there. Or hotkey symbols in tactical map. Write text on map, etc.
Maybe have some “restriction options” on the tactical map like read/write options in a computer file. Everyone that can access the map is listed in an options list and the “leader” of that map can give people read/write ability. Maybe put read as standard with write as option.

The drawing will stay until you as a person “clear” it on your part, or maybe the options to “save” it under a name with the ability to access it later as an overlay on the map or something. A new folder on top of the map will show with that name and a new clear tactical map folder is also showing.

This will probably not happen, but the tactical child in me just went “shivers all over” thinking about it :p The huge guild planning in WvW. IMO that would make WvW really awesome and more personalized. More like an army with a tactician giving out orders.

What are your thoughts about this?

Actually, that is not flaming, that is trolling, whining or QQ’ing (inteded or unintended).
Flamming is when you “trashtalk” someone or someones idea or ideals.

Have seen a lot of good suggestions so I will try to add a few that I have not seen yet, and a few things that I find important.

ESC. When you autorun and you pushing esc, it will stop you in the track. You can already stop by pushing any of the movement keys so pushing esc should not. When autorunning from one place to another, I often look around with my right mouse button and targeting stuff, normally in other games you push esc to de-target, but here you cant. If you have target something, the only way to de-target is to target another object, or stop and de-target it with esc. You can always start to hold down your WSAD keys and push ESC, but try this out. Autorun, amove the camera around so you look at the side. You are now holding down the “A” key. Now while you are holding down the “A” key, bush ESC. It is not exactly a “natural” movement of your hand.

Holding down a mouse button, like right mouse button to looking around, scrolling in and out does not work. You should be able to scroll in and out when you look around without having to let go of any of the mouse buttons. And IMO the camera should be able to be zoomed further out.
I have my “push to talk” on one of my mouse key on the side of my mouse. Here is the issue, when you hover the mouse over an item in your inventory or bank items etc, you get up an item description. Now if I strat to talk by using my “push to talk”, that description is going “hide and seek”. I have to let go of my mouse button to see the item descripton again.

Interface objects (yes you can move and resize the map and chat, but that’s it).

Party interface, need more option to able to resize the HP bare and option to add the name next to the picture

Pet health bar for Necromancer. (Also a a bette pet AI). Option to give pets attack, defensive, aggressive, passive, order (Hey, we summoned then, we are their master :p )

Chat:
Able to make the chat window even bigger.
More fount sizes.
Guilds should be able to create new chats for members with rules and restriction.

Trade post:
When you put an item up for trade, you get up a confirmation if you want it for trade. Why don’t we have this for stuff we buy? We need some kind of hard feedback when you buy an item. (The “you can get it at that place” feedback is not working most of the time and if you are unlucky you click a bit to many clicks).
