Nah I have two accounts and the length it takes to get the rewards are ridiculous. Rank 2450 on my main, rank 463 on my alt and it takes waaaaaaayyy too long to get any rewards.
We should be able to exchange WvW Infusions. I have 25 Vital Infusions and 20 Resilient Infusions stacked up in my bank with no real use for them. Players need to be able to exchange infusions ideally for other stats.
Please bring native controller support to this game. Some people are tired are using programs like XPadder to play with a controller from their couch. Think of all the people who want to use virtual reality and play with a controller! It’s a no-brainer please add native controller support to GW2.
Was thinking about some quality of life changes that I think both WvW and PvE players can agree on. Concerning extra ascended trinkets, amulets and infusions. Right now my bank is full of healing infusions, vital infusions, and random +4 toughness infusions that aren’t being used. A suggestion would be to allow players to turn them back in the vendor for credit or to exchange. For PvE this would use laurels or some other currency and WvW badges of honor. Furthermore, being able to return ascended items bought from a vendor for credit or to exchange. Working the same was as the credit or exchange would be for infusions. Banks which are cluttered with undesirable infusions and ascended are no fun. Please take this in to consideration and up vote this post!

Legitimately being driven away from GW2. This is simply one issue in a pile of kitten Anet needs to fix. No more patience, no more sympathy. A kind kitten you too.
It has been a month with no response to this issue on the official forums. Players are becoming extremely upset, and feel like the developers are ignoring the community. Trailblazer’s Insignia and Inscription cannot be placed in the Mystic Forge. Apparently all that needs to be done is to add a script to the game. From a customer’s perspective that is unacceptable, any patience the community has is far gone. If nothing else the development team needs to be urged to fix this now, or make an official statement on the official thread about the issue, and be sure to write back constructively instead of ignoring it completely."

“I understand why you are frustrated and I am sorry. However there is nothing customer support can do about changing the scripts in the game or fixing bugs. I do know however that the dev to know about the bug and are currently working on it. As of now, there is not an update but I have contacted the dev team and let them know about it just in case. Again I am sorry but I would just be patient. =/”
Clearly the “development team” is out of sync with the support team.
I usually purchase gems with real money often, mostly for fashion and any new hair styles etc etc, but until I hear some sort of real response to this issue im not spending another cent, and even then im abit iffy now about supporting the gemstore, seems that’s all they care about these days.
This is probably the best method of protest, although it is very sad that we have to resort to doing so. We all love this game, but the company is driving us away from it.
We should post yet another complaint on reddit about how badly Anet are treating their customers. This among other issues which are not even being acknowledged are unacceptable, and are worthy of complaint. The more we shed light on this and other issues, the more pressure the company will feel to remedy them. It’s past being entitled to something, this is just bad business and customer relations.
I’ve got my elementalist parked in the mystic forge. Every day I log in thinking “Surely someones taken the 10 minutes required to plug a recipe into the mystic forge”, seeing as all the other new stat swaps work just fine.
Evidently they’re “looking into it” as of the 1st of December. According to Reddit.
They said that, although evidence suggests they didn’t look at it at all.
I really hope this will be fixed tomorrow. But the preview on Dulfy doesn’t instill hope.
Still nothing, with no mention of it anywhere in recent posts. Anet doesn’t give one kittensniffle about this issue. Most likely they are preoccupied with the mess that sPvP is right now with the meta. Still not an excuse to ignore something as huge as this for months and months and months and months….
Trailblazer’s Insignia and Inscription need to be fixed! They can’t be placed in the Mystic Forge. Why is that problem being ignored, it should have been fixed ages ago!
Here’s a screenshot showing the Trailblazer’s Insignia and Inscription in my inventory, but not in the ‘inventory’ of the Mystic Forge. I’ve recently opened a support ticket in an attempt to shed more light on the issue. What I’ve received in response is:
“Unfortunately the issue as a whole has to be dealt with by our development team, I can only look into this for your account at the moment, to see if there is anything specific that we can do. So we will need a picture from your perspective of this happening. We can receive it whenever is most convenient for you but I must also warn you if there is not something unique about your case that we can find through investigation, the situation will have to wait for the fix from our development team. If this turns out to be the case then I would ask for your patience in this matter.”
My patience ran short a long time ago, but I am looking forward to future responses concerning this issue.
I bought an exotic set of Dire yesterday just so I can play on that character again. There’s an ascended Dire set without runes/infusions sitting in my bank because of this bug, waiting to be changed to Trailblazers. Really annoying, this needs to be fixed pronto! /sharpenpitchfork
Honestly, this looks really bad for Anet. I’ve been having conversations with guildies, friends, and others about this issue and no one is impressed. Things like this make the game spoiled, and no longer fun. It should have been fixed the day is was released (which was a couple weeks after HoT — even that is unacceptable). Until this issue is fixed I have nothing good to say about the current state of the game.
WvW is the reason I play GW2. No, I am not ‘really in to PvE’, as Colin recently put it. I am in to hard, long-lasting, and intense fights. Being able to overcome my enemy with skill and strategy. This post highlights the fact that most people playing WvW are roamers, seeking good fights, and not just zerglings. Thank you for taking the time to elaborate on many of the concerns the core WvW community are having.
At the very least, WvW players need incentives like reward tracks for now.
They forget recipes.
Scribes also have issues with missing recipes.
Also Commander Trinket Recipes (Amulet, Ring and Earring). There is no way to make Commander Trinkets because there is no Recipe for them. I really want to try a new build, hopefully this is fixed soon.

I’m trying to switch my Dire armor to Trailblazer’s but when I open the Mystic Forge window, the Intricate Gossamer Insignias I have do not appear in the list of items I can throw in. Guild members have switched their armor stats to Viper’s so I know it is not all HoT prefixes that are affected. You can see in the attached screenshot that I have the insigs in my inventory, but they are not in the MF window.
Any helpful news would be great,

We’re all in the same situation. Anet has made no reference to this issue in their recent posts that I know of. Basically what we can do is continue to submit bug reports, putting pressure on them to implement a fix. Currently it has been 2 weeks since the bug was first reported, so I expect it will be fixed within the next week. If not I’m sure many of us will disclose our discontent over their lack of effort in this matter.
Come on, why isn’t this fixed yet? Prolly takes 5 mins of a devs’s work to get it done. It wasn’t cheap to get mats for this and now all I can do is wait. What do I do with my char now, because who knows when this will get fixed, maybe tomorrow, maybe in 2 months. I’m not wasting 50+ gold for another set of insignias only to see this fixed in few days and then immidiately going for trailblazer.
And if it doesn’t get fixed and I stay with my current stats waiting… well…
Same here. I was very disappointed when it wasn’t fixed yesterday, and that there was no patch. Clearly this is not a priority for Anet, even though it is something that should be solid with the release of HoT. Feels bad man.
Cannot input Trailblazer’s Insignia/Inscription in to the Mystic Forge to change stats of items. To be honest, I am very disappointed that this issue hasn’t been addressed more quickly.
Since Trailblazer’s was released today the first thing I tried to do was get the exotic insignias/inscriptions to change my gear’s stats in the Mystic Forge. I cannot seem to put the Trailblazer’s Insignia in to the MF (don’t have the inscription yet), it will not allow me. There is no option to input the item in to the mystic forge. Please fix this issue Anet, I’ve already used upgrade extractors on my previous set of armor, and crafting those insignia costs a lot of gold!
