I didnt see any mention of that, but it seems like almost standard for any game’s expansion to increase the max level cap. will HoT not have that?

Unable to Open Archive File..

Anyone know how i can fix this, i cant even log in or play like this. I have tried just deleting and redownloading but it just keeps saying that the file is in use, even tho its not, when i try to delete one..

first of all.. without even being good at necro, you have 2 condi transfer abilities with off hand dagger and staff… which is what most necro run. and roots and immobilize are conditions. plus consume conditions

you mean the double health bar for a class that has no real mobility.. and the double health bar that goes down on it’s own, let alone from dmg..

but ill never be able to make the inscription other wise? just have to salvage it each time?

yea.. but how do they get up there , lol. ive bought the 3 insciptions i need to make the weapons i want. but how did those people get the recipes to make em? im 450+, i should have had it by now lol

does might affect conditions i already have up? like if i get a might buff after i have poison or bleeds already up, will the dmg on those go up? or does it only affect dots placed after i receive the might buff?

just wondering if it matters using signet of air with air tree’s ’zephry’s speed’ and ‘one with air’? will all of those stack and make me move 60% faster or whatever it is?

i know that you get down leveled when youre in a low level zone and you still get exp for quests and stuff. my question is, is that exp you get comparable to your own levels zone?

like if i finish the first human zone and im 20 or so, will i level just as quickly if i go to the nord starter zone rather than going to the next human zone?

its just more fun, imo, to level in the starter zones since there’s more players. makes it feel more like an mmo than the other zones

so, do i have to go to my server’s borderlands or whatever? like when i enter it gives me the choice for a few different ones. i always just go to anvil rock borderlands, since that’s my server. but does it really matter? i usually only spvp, my highest i’ve ever gone in pve was 22.

getting tired of only seeing other players in the first human zone. literally never see more than maybe 1 person a day in any other mid level zone. Is WvW leveling worth it? Will i level just as fast? What activities will give me exp in WvW?

3 is good after you pop corrupt boon too, you obviously want the most amount of conditions on the target that you can get. use staff to fear rezzers

i know that power doesnt affect my dots, but should i still stack power? or just go condition dmg? im s/d + a/f

I’ve played over 700 tpvps and there are just too many games with a bunch of noobs on my team. Today these games occured 3 times in a row was when I started with rank 600 on the leaderboards.

They were clearly outclassed in these matches and were not smurfs. I’ve seen them trying to res dead people and capping points with 3 other people on it.

Matchmaking needs to have a limit on the MMR difference that a match can have. I am sure this is causing more people to quit PvP than the alternative of waiting longer for a match.

And if it is averaging MMR then Glicko is highly flawed.

tourneys are free and you can pug them.. why wouldnt there be low ranking people in it..

not sure if YOUR aware or not, but the game is BUY to play. Click the shop at the top right, look at the 60 dollar price of gw2…..right about now embarrassment should be setting in.

League of legends is f2p, Planetside 2 is f2p, gw2…is not.

i keep getting the message saying that my credit card info is invalid, even when written exactly correct. I have tried from 2 different IP addresses, literally 3 different credit cards and even called my bank just to double check. they said that it wasnt an issue on my end and my credit cards are fine.
