collecting the 5 star fragments.
i have started actively doing the collection and i’m up to collecting the 5 star fragments right now i have 4 and it turns out i looted the 5th at some point in the past and sold it not knowing that its part of the collection i’m now trying to get another one do they drop a 2nd time, can i buy another one from someone or am i S out of luck?

Would like to know if the event ‘Clear the poisonous urchins from Lashoosh’ used to get the item Lashoosh Friendship Bracelet is still bugged? i can find reports that it was bugged 3 years ago and 6 months ago but nothing more recent. if so are there any tricks to getting it to spawn as i would like to get this achievement over and done with.

starting about 3.5 hours ago i get DC’ed every 15 min or less.

I’m having some trouble turning my Ring of Red Death (Infused) and Crystalline Band (Infused) into there attuned upgrade.
i have all four items needed Agonized Essences Philosopher’s Stones the +1 and the rings but nether of the rings are showing up into forge menu. i also have Royal Signet of Doric Royal Signet of Doric (Infused) and these to are showing up just fine is this a bug or and i doing something wrong?

I don’t know if anyone has posted about this one had a look around cant see anything so here we are. I have done this hero point about 8 times now since HOT released and i have gotten the hero points and it shows up that i have finished it above the belongings but on the worlds map and mini maps it still shows that i have not yet gotten it and shows that i am still at 10/11 hero points for verdant brink and i have finished all other hero points on the map is anyone else having problems with this hero point and is there a way around it?

i know about 6 hours or so they patched the game and after that the game went to hell about an hour or so ago we got a message in game saying we are shutting down the servers for maintenance dont know when they will be back up and running

my guild has over 200 members but when we got the guild the 1st try we had 10 not sure what we where doing getting lost trying to get around the place we failed we then picked up one more and the event jump in difficulty we failed on the 3rd attempt 2 left giving us 9 and the event dropped down again we found that 9-10 was the best amount of people to do the events with unless to have 200 members and all the guilds there.

have not tryed but i would say you can just run there throught the door in the lower left of the SW

i find the best way to level them is to find a spot where 2+ groups of pack raptures are and just kill them now i know that can be slow and with the right build some what mindless but its just as good as any other way i got the hunter one to level 1 in about 30 min give or take.

yet to have a problem with it deploying on its own how ever i have had it not deploy when i hit space making me miss a ledge several time then telling the game where it can go.

about time someone i agree with.as for the wvw events i have not yet tried so i cant say but if i remember right wvw is capping camps towers garri and keeps over and over again anyway so would that not be called grinding for some?

You know who said that? President of Arenanet, when talking about the design philosophy behind GW2. You know what else he said?

People are mad because this expansion is everything GW2 is not supposed to be.

so what would you rather how would you fix it? give every one every masterie fully level the elite and then last of all send them a ton of mails with every item they need to finish every achievement and a copy of each legendary as they come out? last time i checked there is no time limit as to how long it takes you to get every thing maxed out that’s not a grind its a long term goal, now if tomorrow they came out and told us that they where shutting down the gw1 servers in a month and you sat there for 18 hours a day getting HOM points then that’s a grind.

I don’t remember base GW2 being this way. In there I created a character and had fun with it from the start. In HoT “fun” is a distant prospect.

last time i checked the revenant was not an Elite Spec but an out right class, the rev has the herald as there elite spec and i have yet to get my rev to level 80 but i think the herald would be just the same as the rest of the elites.
in the core game if i remember right you create the toon and it starts at level 1 and then you level it all the way to level 80 how is that any diffrent from HOT you start hot with a level 80 toon the proceed to level the elites.

is it so wrong that you have to train up your elite spec?
and when it come to the mysteries grind i’m almost sure they said long term leveling, if long term means under a week i would hate to see what a short term leveling system was 5 min or would that still be to long for everyone?

Once you encountered those escort missions on the third map with 5 veteran Cavaliers you come back and tell me how you soloed that.

Unless you have means of tons of stability you’ll end up being kicked left and right, up and down and then some.

I have done a good amount of content in all 4 of the maps granted i played through most of the 3rd map with a single friend and the 4th map solo but with a ton of others doing the events along side me i still don’t feel the maps are overly hard.

game crashes at the cutscean right after talking the taimi and Canach fir the first time. also client crashes all the time when trying to download.

I’m getting the same thing i download about 13kb-10mb then it crashes.
mine was downloading fine but started crashing the moment i got past the playable mark, it has been this way for several months now.

I have that problem in fullscreen but if i play in windowed full screen it fixs the problem may want to try that if you have not yet.

i dont know to much about mes but how are illusions incomplete? I find myself fighting them all the time pvp and small wvw groups.

i feel if your there first then they should be the ones to find a new place and if there there first then you should be the one to find a new place also a very good place to find ambients is the level 60 vigil story (endless supply). Also there reason your seeing alot more tot farmers is the halloween is in less then a week and people are stocking up, when halloween finishes there will be a big drop off of tot farmers.

i’m sure if you ask anet will be more then happy to send you 4 mail with each of the legendary weapons free of charge at the release of the xpack. im sure it was only a small miss communication that till be righted where you can get them with in the first 5 min of starting up the game.

i just hope there are no new legendary weapons that i want to get twice told legend with as most of the current ones i don’t like

i know hes the last dwarf of the surface but when did we get news on the rest of them being killed off?

im some what split on map completion. i enjoy getting the poi’s, vistas, skill points and WP’s but the hearts a just a pain in the. when i do maps i do it in 2 ways, 1st i farm them out map by map doing everything then doing a 2nd pass of the map to get the hearts and my 2nd method is to do it when waiting for a world boss to spawn.

just be happy you doing it now and not back when you had to also finish all the WVW maps.

i feel they need a forum just for this request we ask for is so much, lets hope with the new AI we get it.

since when can you change the stats on ascended gear? last time i looked it was only legendary gear you can change the stats of.
I would start getting the mats you know you will need now but wait till after the Xpack drops and you know whats what with the balance changers.

world bosses only give the bonus chest after your a current level and you can only get the big chest once per day.

I’ve been having the same problem for about the same about of time I’ve been logging in changing the steaming option to max and just sitting at the charter select letting it download that way. it would be nice to see a fix that stops the client from crashing in the 10 Seconds or so it takes to login.

some here getting ping of 4K+ with avg. of 2k+ and endless disconnects.

last time i looked anyone can do season 2 as long as someone can open it just like dungeons get a guildie to play with you

I don’t PVP much only level 17 with 5k hours under my belt give or take, the way i see it as long as your not asking for the drop rate to be 1000X more then other game modes i don’t see why you cant get keys in PVP it just makes it fair for PVP players.

Yes having the option to lower particle effects would be great maybe able to get more then 8 fps in combat. moving the damage counter to above the mob would be nice as well however i feel having the damage as part of your targeted enemy would be best.
