I would definitely like to join, and have no problem transferring servers to come over to Crystal Desert.

I sent a message to people in game to send you an invite, welcome to NUDE. The only reason you’d need to switch servers is to WvW with us which is some of the most fun we have of course. My point is if you want to run in WvW with us then switch but if not your fine on whatever server you’re currently on.

If you choose to join NUDE for w/e reason, some advice is if you really want a new guild home get involved with the guild, use voice coms, use guild chat, attend some of the guild activities. Basically, make friends, it’ll make your whole guild experience better. ~ This is true probably for any guild you join

I am having so much fun with the gliding in WvW. I want it to stay (with bugs worked out of course) I love the types of new tactics this creates and the future possibilities of air combat or skills and the addition of counters to those types of mechanics. Keep gliding lets work the kinks out and let’s make more to go with it!

World vs. World
General

• Outnumbered is now applied each scoring tick (every 5 minutes). Swapping to a map right before a tick will no longer grant an Outnumbered pip bonus. Instead, you must play on an Outnumbered map for an entire tick to earn the bonus.
• Participation decay timers have been adjusted so that players must be more active to keep participation from decaying.

This one bothers me a bit – “Participation decay timers have been adjusted so that players must be more active to keep participation from decaying.” Mostly cause there are a number of things in WvW that don’t credit you with participation. such as building siege in a keep or tower, dying (i.e. Im running somewhere and my levels are falling someone kills me now i must rez and come back hurry to hit something that will give me credit asap before my level of participation is lost), desert map can be hard sometimes on getting from place to place which means on levels 1-3 can be hard to keep up.
Bare minimum if killed by another player I should get participation credit after all he/she likely got a bag for it, which means i participated enough for that player to get a bag I should get participation credit, and building siege in keeps, towers etc should be some level of participation.

I still have not received my chest for loss of raids.

Badges of Honor turned into Badges of Tribute which can then be donated to your guild scribes for making WvW guild siege. Guild siege is as good damage wise as purple siege but takes less supplies to build making it very useful to smaller groups. (Guild Gollies suck though they are only same as Blue ones).

Guild gollies rock! Especially against a defended keep where the enemy has shield gens bubbling to block your cats/omegas.

I guess I just havent used them in enough situations. I usually only do smaller groups I rarely use any gollies.

If you guys are over 18, not to serious and are fun to hang with Sixty Nine Shades of [NUDE] might be what you’re looking for. I personally don’t do reset WvW but others do. I am in WvW on Friday nights 2 hours before WvW reset as I run a server wide pep rally to pump up the troops before reset. I also run WvW on Wednesday and Saturday nights. I have a few die hard WvWers who do nothing but WvW, so there is usually always a least a few Nudies in WvW. We are on the Crystal Desert Server which is a host server so while we may not be the biggest server we are by far not the smallest either. You sound like you might be nudie material. Don’t worry I’m older than you so you won’t be the oldest! In fact you could be my kid (hahaha) Any rate your home server doesn’t matter for PvE and sPVP stuff you don’t have to move if thats all you do. But if you WvW at all then Nude is on Crystal Desert Server so in order to run with us on that you’ll need to transfer. We have people who do all aspects of the game. If anything you can just try us out and see how you fit or if we fit your needs. Positives
-Lot more small scale fights and roaming in my experience.
-Less condi roaming wise, you still see epi in large groups.
-Good mix of tags who care about ppt and fights, which is a nice change of pace.
-Easier on the lag for most part, you still get it but I haven’t gotten skill lag for quite some time.
-Community is tight because you see the same players daily.
-Salty whispers are extremely rare.
-Despite what clueless players say, there is a large amount of activity and fights. Roaming or gvg.
-“Run my build” fan boys do not exist.
-Lots early AM-9 am fights (Pac time)
-Evening is fun as well.
-Daytime is random but still fights and roaming groups

Negatives
-So called “Zerg busting” guilds do not last long in T4 from what I’ve seen, they usually get frustrated and move up for some reason in tiers wanting another guild to hold their hand or AJ for them.
-You can roam and be highly effective on the BLs ninjaing but based on the server, expect a wave of players to respond, you’ll be very alone at times.
-Scouting is desperately needed for tags to be successful. On the flip side, scouts are highly respected in T4.
-You’ll sometimes run into 3-4 roaming enemies who are insanely in sync and can frustrate your group of 10+.

CD was in top long long long ago, it was mid range for long long time and when linking came it is now considered low, personally I hate anything above t4 or what was once considered t4…i dont understand how people are considering tiers now. According to leader boards CD is still T4 but most in forums talk about it being bottom so w/e. But I get plenty of time roaming, zerging, just about all modes. I rarely have a hard time find others. I do know day time is lacking people but my understanding the most part most time zones still have people.

Was searching for guilds and came across this forum post.

I’ve bought this game 3 days ago and I’m looking for a guild that mostly does PvE and WvW. I have a full-time job similar to the op of that forum post. As such, I cannot guarantee commitment. Still, would like to experience the game with a guild. I play fair (even if not great) and love to contribute as much as I can.

Do you guys accept players outside NA? It’s okay if this guild is only open to NA players. I can understand

If your account is on NA servers then NUDE doesn’t mind. Although, I’d like to point out you can only WvW with linked servers and your server, so when joining a guild you should be on their home server if you want to WvW with them.
If you’re on a EU server you can’t play at all with NA players/servers both in WvW or PvE.
