As a charr player I really enjoyed the story reveal. Just wished my character had racial themed lines like “We’ve killed gods before,” when Taimi is fretting over what to do about B. Overall I really liked it though.

Yeah I’m really going to have to re-evaluate my goals in gw2. I’m fairly casual and terrible at making gold but I was attempting to get geared in ascended. Was trying to get them through fractals so I’m pretty sad about this update. The amount of gold needed to max professions just doesn’t seem worth it to me for how I play the game. Guess I’ll have to find a new goal or maybe take another break.

I’m still freezing whenever I discover anything in a Heart of Thorns map. I also learned that its tied to my account and not my computer. I tried playing in Verdant Brink on my boyfriends computer who has been playing HoT with no issues and I’m still freezing on his PC whenever I discover waypoints etc.

Me as well. Just unlocked the heart of thorns content last night and it started when I tried to start exploring verdant brink. Keeps freezing when I get a chunk of experience from exploring or events.

I can play the old maps fine but doing events or finding new waypoints and such in HoT causes the game to freeze. I just unlocked the heart of thorns maps as well.

Having the same code could not be redeemed issue as everyone else, also got my code directly from Anet at the anniversary bash. Does anyone else have Chrome flag the support page as dangerous? something about an invalid certificate…

I don’t know if Anet is planning on having a presence at pax prime this year, but if so I think it’d be cool if there was a spvp tournament going on at some point during the convention.

Reoccurring, not permanent. That way when it shows up its a big deal, everyone wants to do it, and its easier to get groups. I love Super Adventure Box, but I feel like if it was always there it’d lose some of its luster.

The newest Flame and Frost Patch seems to be stressing out my charr and prematurely aging her. The fluff on her face formerly grey is now white for some reason.

The pants are almost a box shape and do not line up with the torso. Also it creates a crack in between the models torso and legs where you can see the terrain on the other side of it.

I don’t think there is any way to change which order you joined. You could get it on an alt.

Yeah sadly when you preview the weapons it doesn’t do justice to the glass. If you watch this yogscast video at 5:55 you can see a good view of the greatsword.

I believe you are talking about the Priory Greatblade. All of the Priory weapons have translucent glass on them and old runic stones suspended in them.

Yeah after I saw this guy I tried to make a pink Charr. Not possible at the moment. His “name” is Suspicious Charr and that killed me.

Also griffins and raptors would be awesome. I really like their models in game. It looks like ogres have been able to tame griffins and eagle raptors so I don’t see why we shouldn’t be able to.

I love the skritt. Would definitely want to play one if it was an option.
