If you’ve done this because all the lower population servers kittening and complaining, then fix the population issue.
Anet pet servers have started to lose so they need to do something.
By pet servers are you referring to SBI and NSP?
I don’t think SBI is losing at all and they have stated that they are more then willing to gun for gold league so props to them. NSP on the other hand losing is a good thing, then they can dominate bronze and the Dev’s can convince themselves that all this lopsided match talk is just not reality.

Invisibile player does not cap so invulnerable player should not be able to cap. What’s more player that takes 0 dmg for set amout of time (warriors f.ex.) also should not be able to cap.
First of all, we should compere invisibility to the state of being invulnerable.
When you are cloacked u can not perform any other action but move and do one initial strike. When you are invulnerable, u can move and atack contunusly. I see being invulnerable much more favored in pvp since cloacked target can be dmged.
This is very important topic so plz, do not neglect this. Most players will be against this change since this pretty much only in thieves favor, but keep in mind game should be fair.

I’m with Rennoko on this one, Terror should be a grandmaster trait but only if the damage nurf is reverted but i think the burning should remain in its 2 second state.
The benefit (of nurf in Necros opinions) of having Terror as a grandmanster would mean people would have to give up either Master of Terror (losing 1200 average damage per burst) or Dhuumfire (losing 1300 average damage per burst) to have Terror (20/30/0/0/20 or 30/30/x/x/x).

Terror feels more like a grandmaster than most of our actual grandmasters. Obviously it should probably be buffed back up if it is moved to GM.

Phase 1 didn’t work out so well. sPvP still ded.
Conditions are fine in a small to medium zerg if you have enough support, and you focus a down target with epidemic. It can work quite well, especially if you stack lots of condition players. Once the opponent numbers go north of 50, you are better off with power though…. no amount of epidemic/conditions is going to do anything against the megablob.
I think it should be restored to pre-nerf status (after the 50% buff and before the last damage nerf), and they should remove burning from the Spite tree.

The quicker Anet realizes and accepts that sPvP will never become an esport the quicker they can move resources to WvW — the player-preferred method of PvP in GW2.

Do the sPvP bloodlust area in WvW and unbalancing WvW as much as possible in order to move competitive players to sPvP count as “Bargaining”? Perhaps not.

On the flip side, why do WvW players need to run dungeons and complete PvE maps to get their legendaries?
Answer: Becoming legendary requires playing all aspects of the game.
Too many bloody swords in game, stop, hammer time.
I have no problem with this quit frankly. I know no 5 man guilds outside of spvp. You don’t do much WvWvW is you think 20 versus 20 is a zerg fight. If it is it is the very bottom of it of the designation.
Imagine a world where 95% are PvP instead of PVE. (just dreaming)
It would be like high school locker room everday.
We want to discourage blobbing, which isn’t going to happen with your version. That said, a mastery based on open field combat can work but it should give variety or encourage blobbers to play with less people. Maybe things like dealing extra damage against downed enemies or Increasing your chance to gain liquid WXP from enemies that got stomped.
