Indeed guys, we should not try to antagonize the lovely people at XxX any further. Anyone should be able to see that what they say on the forums is only with the friendliest intentions, and we should treat them with the respect they deserve. They got an extremely good eye at estimating enemy numbers, and as such there’s no need to discuss such matters.

Let Devon know, I’m sure he’ll have Constable Seigerazer gather them up and thrown then in Stomemist Prison.

Was stuck on FS BL last night while we had two guild raids pointlessly running about looking for the oppositions guild raids to run into each other and gather loot bags/become them. Massive queues during prime time meant I couldn’t escape.

Whilst the guild ‘raids’ were on, no comm tagged until near the end which attracted 10-15 people.

For the entirety of the time the guilds were on, we held exactly one camp, one tower. Then after the small pug group spent the time knocking down the gates we finally waved carrots at the guild raids who condescended to grace us with their presence to fight inside bay and take it (as there were defenders to kill).

I’m sure the guild fights were great fun, but they contributed almost nothing to the score for the whole evening, and in a match up that is this close that could really have hurt the server. Watching one ‘melee train’ fight another ‘melee train’ was about the most tedious thing I have seen in wvw, Stop, Buff. Charge. Hammers. Press 1, press 1, press1. Stop. Buff. Keep in a ball. Water fields. Blast. Wells. Yawn. Why people still stand and wave at it from the front I have no idea- they are quite easy to beat on an open field with a bit of co ordination as the balling up is also their downfall, as is the reliance on the the eles and necros who tend to be on the wings, and the ball tends to focus all it’s damage to the front.

As soon as the guild raids were over a comm tagged up and we were able to have some nice fights and actually hold on to some points as well.

You know what? Tag up, spend 100G and regroup on the pugs do your PPT game as you know, if guild don’t want to tag up it’s there deals, those guild really play for your server for pretty much forever, bring points, during primetime so many times, without those guild carrying in primetime, Gandara would be an other Pugs server, and a soon stuff became hard, pugs leave and rage quit, instead Guild stay even during massive blob, to keep fighting.

So Tag up, take resposability, or just shut up.

Same thing works for any other server.

Yeah hes clearly vacating on the wrong server if stuff like that upsets him so much.
When i joined gandara in the summer, there was nothing but guild raids, ignoring towers and looking for fights.
And once in a while you saw a lonely commander with his 5-zerglings-entourage.

What are we suppose to discuss about?

We dont even know how many players there are per map and how queues are working.

All we we know is this game is about coverage.

So what?

Please provide accurate numbers about actual WvW population and not just server population and base transfers on that. I believe that would already go a long way.

Today’s troll award goes to Aerion Magnus of FART for deliberately taking at least one Omega golem for a walk down some cliffs and destroying it. Two others also destroyed, but not sure if same guy.

No apology, no contrition, just another useless troll taking up space in wvw. Guild officer I spoke to wasn’t really that much help either- I pointed out the guy should spend time building what he had just destroyed out of his own money.

They need to create a troll cave, and put their account in it for say 24 hours of logged in game time- no way out, nothing to do, no lights, just a dark screen and if you don’t move your toon every 10 seconds, it logs you out so you can’t afk your way out of your punishment. Let’s see how they like being trolled.

Maybe then these trolls might learn their lesson.

Nightcapping and double teaming is part of the game. The bragging on the forum may be a bit unnecessary and let you look like kittenbags, but that your problem, not ours.

Been a fun match up and always enjoyed the fights with EXG, especially when roaming with my necro friend- some we won, some we lost, but always a good fight.

A real shame Gandara has no night coverage, otherwise this matchup would have been extremely close.

Looking forward to the next time.

I still want to organise a ‘bring your thief’ day on Gandara, so we completely fill a BL with thiefs…

Don’t speak out of context, this was the extra round after the official 4-1 defeat. We can actually provide all 6 rounds if you would like a recap on it.
Btw the only reason you won a round was because we had a dc and we just went in -1 ( you dont see us complaining about it)
Please stop trying to play the victim here, we wont do a rematch… we have seen how you guys deal with these kind of things and we don’t support that.

EXG never agreed to doing 12v10 and you didnt say anything about it. EXG does not control your guy his DC (no, we are not the cause of the skill lag), BORD does control how many people they send in battle.

We found out during that last round that you guys were with 12. At that time we had no idea how many battles you had cheated on us, and we felt betrayed.
After watching the video now, we might believe the first rounds were fair, but its very hard to count on a video and BORD has shown not to be trustworthy.

EXG has made their apologies, maybe BORD should do the same.

Hello Desolation/Abbadon/ Gandara Community

We, EXG, would like to first and foremost apologize on the actions of the “ramming BORD corpse and T-bagging” Unfortunately this has gone a little way too out of hand in regards on our GvG.

If unfortunate events wouldn’t have happened we would have accepted our defeat in an instant. However, as we felt betrayed, we decided not to, and some people expressed their disappointment of mentioned happenings in smallscale roaming.

As we had numerous direct evidence and many times have warned BORD Guild commander to keep it real during the GVG, unfortunately these warnings were ignored. It was not a 10v10 – it was a 10+ Bord vs 10 EXG. Taunting us after an unjustified win (specifically your Guardian mate) wasn’t much of a colleague-feeling either.

In regards to our Ele and Thief resetting fights: To be frank, it’s very controversial and you can watch our video link for further discussion. In their defense: Their type of class and traits are to get in and get out maximizing their CCs and escaping with minimal damage. If you don’t agree with their mechanics perhaps you can petition against the GVG community or go to the Official Profession thread and request a nerf.
Resetting a fight is if someone gets out of combat to re-engae. None of our guys did that.

So anyways, why make this post? The leaders of EXG thinks that it’s only fair for our GVG squad (and yours) that we would do a rematch. This time both parties will bring extra members to regulate on the sideline and party with each other if information needs to be given that can potentially sabotage the match.

We just wanted to have fun and do some good GVGs. It’s unfortunate that it has come down to this.

It will just take some time. It has been a lower priority than the other things we have done and we’ve only now been able to devote the appropriate resources to it.

So basically Anet knows that the que has been borked. Que as a group and some people in the group get in after 5 mins and some more than an hour later.

Why are basic functions like coordinating and grouping in GW2 given such a low priority in WvW?

Thank you for letting us know….. but honestly was it a good decision to start a league and make achievements when the queue is not a queue and skill lag is the worse that it has been? I hardly ever post cause I know bugs will be fixed and yada yada yada but really?
