I work full time and my husband and I are building a house so I don’t have much time to play but I want to keep up with our friends so I have spent an embarrassing amount of real money on gold. Sometimes I am glad that is an option and sometimes I wish it wasn’t.

I bought the riding broom last night while at the bank in Lion’s Arch and rode it about a minute until I fell into the water near the bank. The broom disappeared and was no longer in my pack. If it’s only a one time use, that is a very expensive broom ride. If not, how do I get my broom back?

I haven’t even finished getting my exotic gear. My family and I chose this game because it was supposed to be casual. If it does become a gear grind, it will be more work than it’s worth to us.

I have spent a LOT of money in the cash shop because I am such a casual player and don’t have time to grind for gold. I won’t spend anymore if I have to keep doing it just to keep up.

It is very obvious they should separate the pvp abilities from the pve abilities. I don’t and never will participate in pvp so please don’t kill my beloved Mesmer because of something I will never do.

How did you do this? I tried today, wasn’t working.

Where we were, there were a lot of bots but not all of them were picking up loot, some were just casting/shooting. You have to find the ones that are “interacting” to pick up the loot. When they interact, they use your portal. Then you can move them wherever you want. We were laughing so hard!

I had the most fun I have had in a long time this weekend using the portal to mess with the bots. A guildie and I spent over an hour moving them to areas where they would get killed.

I hope they don’t change it. I made a Mesmer based on seeing portals in the pre-release videos and it is the most fun spell I have ever used in any game. So far, I have only used it in pve.

Not addictive? I wish someone had told me that before I lost 3 pounds just this week because I would rather play GW2 when I got home from work than to eat supper! I am already little so I am glad you told me it’s not addictive so I can starting eating again. Boy! That was a near miss!

I love role players and wish I was better at it. Being around them makes my time in game much more enjoyable. Thank you.
