All i can say is that they are to d*mn expensive.. sure i bought a set 2700 gems = 33 Euro.. thats insane.

They want you to get matching shared inventory slots, silly. ^^

Which brings up another topic…we need more shared inventory slots. 17 is just not enough!

This makes me very unhappy. There should be an option to upgrade existing harvesting tools to get the unbound magic instead of me having to replace the set I bought just last week.

Edit: I am unhappy no longer. Anet has the best customer service ever!

I love using the longbow and I am very upset by the True Shot nerf. For me it’s not so simple as to just give it up and move onto another weapon. A friend gave me Kudzu and it would break my heart not to use it.

This exactly. Recently, my husband started the process to make me Bolt and it requires the Gift of Battle. We haven’t done any wvw in so long I don’t even remember the last time because we got so involved in pve. So several of our guild members and I went with him and we had a blast! So much so that we all will be doing it a lot more often even though he got the GoB very quickly.

Yesterday I farmed Silverwastes and bought the T3 Heavy cultural armor for him, along with the blue lit weapons, and he looks pretty good. I want to get a Total make-over kit from the Gem store, but I am lacking the gold right now, I believe the available faces/eye colors/hair styles/hair colors would really liven him up even more.

No, the point is artificially introducing a problem that the game already had a solution to in order to create a niche for the introduction of mounts which will undoubtedly be a massive cash shop success for them, at the cost of permanently losing part of the identity that makes Guild Wars 2 a Guild Wars game. Which they have every right to do, but don’t pretend they couldn’t have done the exact same thing with properly used waypoints and strategically places updrafts and ley lines. The only reason they aren’t is so that they can make mounts a desirable item and sell more gems.

Companies are in the business of making money. If they didn’t, they wouldn’t be in business. I don’t understand why people don’t get that.

We won’t. The bottom specialisation slot has a gold border, indicating that you can choose an elite spec there, and thus you can only get 1 spec at a time.

Plus, elite specs change the name and class icon and the profession mechanic, so 2 can’t coexist.

I have a weakness for all things cosmetic and it’s a very expensive weakness. I couldn’t wait to get home and buy those wings. Now, if we could only get the white feather wings, I could die happy. Oh…and more dresses for Asurans.

I’ve talked to a lot of people about the updated kudzu effects. Most of them have agreed that the aura is too subtle for a two-handed legendary. My suggestion is that instead of a flower aura on the hands, the aura should surround the user instead like a veil of flowers. I will be going through examples of why I think it is underwhelming compared to other two-handed weapons.

I don’t know if this is just me but sometimes it doesn’t feel like I’m wielding a powerful bow of the wild, but just a skin on a ascended weapon. Even the underwater weapons have more distinct aura, take https://wiki.guildwars2.com/images/c/c5/Kraitkin.jpg for example. This is why I feel that Kudzu deserves to have a distinct aura of flowers or something of the like. Not just some Dinky flowers around the hands.

Edit: With the gem store glove skin “Chaos gloves” https://wiki.guildwars2.com/images/f/f6/Chaos_Gloves.jpg Any color other then black you cannot even see the effect on the hands. Thank you for your time to read this. I hope I’m not the only one that feels this way

I am learning the Druid class, and was surprised that “next ally” did not choose anything that could be construed as an ally, not even my own pet (which is an active ally for purposes of activating ranger runes). I think it was the first time I’d ever used the command.

Now that I know mini pets, banners, nodes, and vendors are my true allies, I’ll behave accordingly. Party members, pay attention. ANET says you are not my allies. Just remember that I gave your mini pet an enormous heal just before you died, and beside you is the healthiest ore node in Ember Banks.

I found the original post very funny. He/she was making fun of unreasonable requests that deserve to be made fun of.

My Kudzu is the most beautiful thing that’s ever existed in any game in my opinion. My Asuran can make beautiful flower gardens just spinning around in circles and I spend an embarrassing amount of time doing just that. (For some reason, it doesn’t work on my other characters) I think Legendaries are worth the effort.

Disclaimer: A very dear friend made mine for me and he says he was happy for the experience of making it even though he gave it away.

I know what you mean. On my Ranger, I feel so bad when my pet gets hurt and limps. I am SUCH a bad Smokescale mom.
