From the preview of todays patch, i realy dont get why they split WvW,PvE, and sPvP to just PvP and PvE

Each part is totaly different, and it makes in 99% of the case no sense to introduce balance patches, if they only apply to one of those 3 areas

I’d realy like to see each of those 3 parts of the game have their own balance updates.
Look at Warrior, they are awesome for PvE to DPS down mobs with braindead AI
They suck if it comes to PvP.

your missing the part of “armies of Staff guardians”

Thief is going to get buffed
new skill that “steals” boons for 1 initative

im not talking about removing conditions, im talking about less heal
or actualy the change that you cant channel renewal in mistform anymore, thus getting interrupted within the first tick
i’m not playing sPvP but WvW and if your running with your guildies vs a bigger number of enemys you do need the mobility and save cond remove or your just plain dead as light armor melee

I personally played D/D ele sicne release, got my 2 incinator and full ascended trinkets

So now they tell me my build is no longer viable due to
Mist Form: No utilities or heals can be cast for the duration of this skill.
Ride the Lightning: Now recharges 40 seconds out of combat after use, 20 seconds if you hit a target with it
Signet of Restoration: Reduced passive heal, unknown amount
Water Grandmaster Trait: Removes only one condition every five seconds now.

So they take away mobillity and Heal!?
Its ok to nerf a dd ele, but why in hell would you do it like this
out of my 7 Characters i played like 1.3k hour on my ele and like 150 on all the others together

now tell me one reason to keep playing GW2

nobody knows
but we lost a few hundreds weeks ago, but new friends joined us last week

a key fact is, most ppl on MS are primetime only players so between 20-22 gmt+1 we were able to actualy fight on more BL than just home & eternal since paid transfers (this is actualy new to us for month)

Situationally, yes..
But hey, maybe for MS this was the better tactic? I guess no opposing team knows all background facts for any tactical decision of the opponent

I personally only played on MS BL during primetime this matchup
And i have to say its freaking annoying that you always got your supplycapping groups, its hard to find a group recapping and defending camps on our server

Ok then lets just start with the guard/warr
Warr got kittenload of CC eg knockdowns/stuns, as well as kittenloads of blast finisher
including pretty cool tank skills and still beeing able to burst some dmg

guardians, awesome support class, if you either play him on boons, or cirt/AoE heal
adding super cool skills like reflection wall, that nasty small knockdown bubble as well as the kd wall

also granting AoE Stabillity and kittenloads of heal using the tome elite

sure, ele can heal too, but neither grant stabillity, nor knockdown, or tank, or reflect dmg or cc more than 5 enemys every 50 sec

and now dont say tanking is useless, depending on the situation you NEED to stay and cant just “kite our heal and back in”

Im curious, i often read that MS got mass ppl during the “morning” ?

@AkiraZero.8514 about the MS zerg on all maps, its the same group of ppl just switching back and forth

crossed swordes are only shown if 5 or more ppl from the same server are infight, including NPCs but not pets

well its neither a serverside nor a fully clientside problem

its more or less the architecture of the game
imageine the server sends you 60 agents when they get in range to your client

1. client will receive one by one
2. model will be rendered after the agents information are fully received (heigt,skin,face,gear all that bullkitten)
3. client might be slow in rendering → fallback models will be loaded first

i personally dont get why you would wait with rendering the fallback model until all information about the client is gathered and processed?

you could just say:
Draw fallback model of char, warrior on position xyz, keep receiving the pending agent data and change fallback model to correct model

I felt superior walking right into your group of like 15-20 ppl, drop a trebuchet and walk out like a boss!

To the Gandaran that attacked the RS bay on RS borderlands..
Im the Millersound Asuran Elementalist from [Bots] that watched you sieging the north west gate!
It seemed like you got no siege weapons left so i waved and agreed @/with you using emote chat
I then ran into your Zerg and dropped a Trebuchet next to one of your Catapults!
You were so happy that a bunch of you chased me up to the supplycamp and east gate of the bay!
I then sat down a second time to watch you!
You build the Treb and another cata, some Riverside guys were attacking from the hill, i helped one of your players out and killed the RS guy..
You thanked me by chasing again! Hell it was fun! I finally died cause of those ret,arded Minotours charging me in addition to 1 Ele from [SN] and 1 Ranger and another Thief of yours :P

The next time i arrived at your position one Gandarran asuran Thief was fighting 1 RS ranger and 1 RS necromancer, i killed the ranger when you were on low health, and you killed the necro while i was downed. It was all fine!
But why in hell did you then finish me and bowed on my corpse xD

Well je, we at MS are pretty few ppl
so we decided to ignore 1 BL or at least put it on low priority
ofc we capp what we can if the BL is empty but jeah.. RS are just to many ppl

jesus.. its about 2 rings atm, so why would actualy start to QQ about them not beeing obtainable in WvW atm
its not like your power gets to >9000 cause you have one

Kommander and Guildies should have priority

This is the freaking worst situation till now.
Change it so culling does not affect Guildis! its important for the gameplay to see your group or everyone will randomly move like a blind chicken between enemy lines
and this also affects targeted player, you often lose the target cause of culling same for commanders

and in addition the patch did not fix the skill lockout bug if you use eg glyphe of elementals

no element will spawn and skill will be unusable till you relog

Not sure if its ment like this, but if you enter Mistform you lose your Weaponstats

which can be around 2000 health and therefore killing yourself instantly?

Sigil of Intelligence and Arcane Power not working as intended

As you can see i switch to Fire Attunement to get my sigil active, you see the “Buff” poping up next to the attunement icon
and the enemy is burning

Still, my Fire Grab “consumes” the 100% Crit chance buff and deals normal non-crit dmg
