I tried to play a bit as Reaper with only half of it unlocked and it’s like I’m playing a handicapped build. It’s not complete, so it doesn’t work 100 efficient. So I’m playing Mainhand Dagger/WH+Focus for now and see how it goes.

I haven’t touched my Engi since last Halloween, but with the Specialization patch, I don’t know how to build my Engi anymore xD

Any thoughts on a delicious Farm build for Lab?

Aha, I just got the freeze as well on the same spot. Still downloading new stuff, so i don’t know if I can redo it, but at the looks of this post… guess we are screwed :p

Krate obelisk shard in your home instance.

If you don’t have it and don’t want to spend Laurels on it, you can always visit a Home Instance of somebody else having the Obelisk. I did it yesterday and I got that 214th point ^^

The biggest problem with the Grenth Hood though, is that is clips with the Shadow of Grenth. (Check preview in wardrobe if you want).

This gives me a double feeling of wanting the Hood back on TP. I want the Hood, but then I’ll need to find an other backpiece that doesn’t clip :’(

Don’t mean to hijack this topic, but since it’s about being blindfolded… What’s the reason then for like Priests of Kormir being blindfolded? Shut down their sight to see the ‘real’ truth? That their sight wouldn’t be mingled by the ‘bad’ or corruption out there?

My pinky finger is permanently mangled from holding down control with almost everything I do in Guild Wars, over the years! This is right up there with a resizeable and centering mouse cursor.

I actually swapped my Ctrl and Alt button functionalities because constantly pressing/holding Ctrl was hurting my pinky.

I did the same when my pinky almost died during long farming sessions. The Alt-button left of the Spacebar is just perfect!

Though sometimes I do turn on “Show All Enemy Names” in Options, but only when I’m in WvW.

I actually never used Axe till since a few weeks ago now, but I wonder how the old animations looked like. Can’t seem to find anything related on the webz.

Won’t be getting it for my Necro, doesn’t fit the Grenth theme imo.

Flesh Golem is a cool partner when you solo: meatshield to soak up aggro, so you can do your thing and the Charge is also nice to interupt or when you need a little breather.

Immune to Fear CC-factor, but not to the damage: I could totally live with this!

Time for an update, the latest pics were from January 2013, haha!

First one is my Condi-oufit and 2nd is my Power-outfit.

This is my oldest character (but not my first) and she’s almost 3 years old. Now she was always an Acolyte of Grenth, but now I feel it’s time to go a step further towards Grenth: becoming a Priestess of Grenth.

With HoT in mind, everybody will be wearing blindfolds (silly Revenants), so I thought I should also upgrade my looks, but how…. I maybe thought of using the Glowing Green Mask as an ultimate reward for sacrificing my sight for Grenth (hence the blindfold, been doing this waay before the Revs #HipsterNecro) and maybe some shoulder upgrades… but those Deathly shoulderpads are so expensive :o

Any suggestions?

I made some changes these past days… Lady Cerba has become a Priestess of Grenth (and hopefully this set will look nice with the Shadow Sword)

I use the Scientific Warhorn. No farts and the green glow is really nice on a Necro.

And let Ebonhawke be for the Ascalonians. No need for those meddling Krytians with their ‘Queen’ and armies of Ministers.

I use #3 Dagger if possible in PvE, extra condition for Target The Weak ^^

I’m going to enter HoT with my current gear, being full zerker. I won’t get a new set of armor now because of speculations on how the encounters may be.

I will see how it’ll turn out and then I’ll adjust where needed ^^

Just done some Husk killing at TTWurm. Have to change my rotation a bit to maximize dmg now, because active Signet of Spite (with Signet of Suffering traited) + Feast of Corruption is kitten!

Also, with the new CPC, Necros can now be Diboof as well, no?

I can only hope we’ll get to see our beloved Maklain the Minstrel once again, bringing his magnificent Tale of The Mad King Thorn to our ears!
