I would just buy 200 G worth of gems, which in turn drives the gems to gold conversion up. I’d sell my 200G worth of gems for 210 G which drives the gold to gems conversion back down. Then I’d buy 210G worth of gems which in turn drives the gems to gold conversion up. I’d sell my 210G worth of gems for 220 G which drives the gold to gems conversion back down. Then I’d buy 220G worth of gems which in turn drives the gems to gold conversion up. I’d sell my 220G worth of gems for 240 G which drives the gold to gems conversion back down.
100% is a terrible idea and there is a solid reason for the existence of a tax.
The specific one people were exploiting was making rare mithril jewellery which only required 1 ecto. Looks like they disabled both rare and exotic to be safe.

You will only ever get 10 levels from crafting (barring levels 1-15 as there is a different experience curve there).
The way your character earns experience from crafting is this:
Every time you fill the crafting bar (say going from 19→20) your character gains 1% of a level worth of experience. If you did 113→114 you would get 2% of a level and so on as RumStein has shown.
Discovery does not give your character bonus experience, it gives bonus CRAFTING experience which lets you fill the crafting level bars quicker but you will still only get the 1,2,3 or 4% per crafting level worth of character experience.
All the additional buffs from wvw, your guild and boosters will only increase the rate that you gain CRAFTING experience and so you will still only ever get 10 levels out of going 1→400 in a craft.

Having to travel all over the world for cooking materials is a major design decision. Cooking was designed to be that way.
You gain a boost of 10 in the primary stat (92 vs 102) for ascended over exotic. Hardly 15-20% more.
What do you do if you miss out on a day of daily achievements? Do you just kitten bricks? Your achievement points will never be as high as possible

Transmutation stones are an important gold and item sink and are a really good way of achieving both.
We have "Dodging" for evasion, can we add 'Tumbling' for recovery?

This would need to take 100% of your endurance to be even remotely viable.
Otherwise you would be able to negate almost every single knockdown since your endurance will recharge (to at least 50%) before the knockdown skill recharges.
Which makes knockdown skills completely worthless.
Why have patience when I could kitten and moan AND I WANT IT NOW DADDY.

Sometimes I want to go into wuvwuv with my warrior (who is level 80) yet while waiting in the queue I would rather be working on levelling up my ranger (or any of my other characters). At peak times the queue can often be a couple of hours (especially for the eternal battlegrounds).
So essentially I’m suggesting an option to allow you to queue for wuvwuv on any character on your account rather than just the one you are currently playing.
