Because Foefire was designed to have 4 dye channels and Legendary Armour was designed to have 3 dye channels.
I guess they don’t want to waste development time on content all of 20 people will ever look at more than once.
Well, if you’re going to bother to design new weapon skins, why not make them appealing? Maybe it’s just me, maybe I don’t get the design themes going on in this game and so it’s the wrong game for me, but IMO, there’s a lot of unappealing design work going on in this game.
Different people have different opinions on what is appealing.
IMO every single backpack is trash but I still see every single kitten with massive wings.
- This suggestion may Need some fleshing out.
Understatement of the year.
You can always just stop playing for a while. I’ll just be logging in every couple of weeks to get the new LW episodes but I probably won’t actually play them for a couple of months until the urge strikes me.
Well what would they look like?
A staff. . .
Thread should have ended here.
You are suggesting this just so you can be rewarded.
That is the entire premise of this thread.
I haven’t seen anything from Anet explaining why they have Combat Slow..
Because combat speed is the default speed and you’re sped up out of combat?
Wait a couple of months for it to bomb like every other game that was touted to crush GW2?
Proximity voice for role playing. Make it happen!! :E
I can’t think of many worse ideas.
This is what you’re looking for.

Obviously working as intended.
Spirit shards haven’t been a level up reward for months.

Combine the core with an oiled orichalcum axe head, oiled small ancient shaft and an inscription of your choice.

The Problem is within Anet itself.
They only think about the end result, but not how people will get there or what will be prioritized…
Pretty sure they thought about how people were going to get there and the prevailing consensus was not 10 minutes into day one.

Gotta have everything immediately, am I right guys?
^This.
why is it people feel these day’s that playing a game involves nothing other than playing what they want to play. They don’t want to level, they don’t want to progress, they want everything from the word go. They want everything handed to them, then some of them will say the game is too easy, or boring and that there is nothing to do.
If I havent got it already, its already too late and all is vain.
It’s too late, I’ve already made all the profit there is to be made from HoT. Pack it in guys, no point even playing.

Thread is legit.
I’d love an inspect option which pulled up the forum post history and if there was any posts regarding mounts, DPS meters or capes, etc. I could immediately know and not group with that person.
Crude kits have a 0% chance of tier X+1 materials.
Okay I will try. Thanks for the advice.
If they say no the first time remove your ticket and ask again and again if necessary.
Don’t do this.
Clogs the support system with kitten tickets so that people that actually need help have to wait.
We already know we’ll be getting more elite specialisations in the future.
All characters have the same sized hitbox.
It takes a special kind of stupid for someone to spend their leisure time doing something they consider boring.
Go to your story journal. You can buy it from there.
It’s like you’ve never even been to a wedding.
Anet hasn’t said anything about a new crafting system for Legendary Weapons. The only thing they have said is that we are getting a new way to get precursors. The mystic forge recipes are going to remain the same and require all the same mats as before.
Actually, they did..
With Heart of Thorns, most explorable maps will have an associated set of bonus rewards that rotate on a regular basis. Starter maps will not be included in order to preserve the new-player experience. By completing events, jumping puzzles, and mini-dungeons in a map, you’ll be periodically awarded with one of its associated bonuses in addition to the normal rewards. For most maps, the bonus reward will be crafting materials. For instance, playing in Cursed Shore could reward you with ancient bones, charged cores, charged lodestones, or giant eyes during one rotation, and powerful venom sacs, glacial cores, glacial lodestones, or globs of ectoplasm during another rotation.
All that ANet quote states is that there will alternate ways to get the materials that you then put into the forge to make the gifts.
Like Chobits has stated, you’ll likely still need to put all the materials into the forge. Exactly the same as the way it’s done now.

Then there is this garbage.
Thank you for saying I am garbage. When it really happens, I hope you will eat it.
Anyways, it is just my concerns ok. If you think it is garbage, cool. Fine with me as long as I get to say what I want to say. Garbage or not.
He did not call you garbage.
I hope some PC Sylvari do turn, as we get closer to Mordremoth. It would make sense AND will be fun.
Starting to think I should have…

Spvp for weapon boxes.
This.
You’ll get a weapon box every 2 days by only doing the PvP dailies. So about 20 minutes ‘work’.
The torment sigil needs 100 pristine toxic spore samples to craft.
Why couldn’t you post this in any of the other threads?
You aren’t eligible for the bonus character slot.
https://help.guildwars2.com/entries/94582027-Heart-of-Thorns-Pre-Purchase-FAQ
“If you registered your core Guild Wars 2 game before January 23, 2015 and register a pre-purchase serial code for Heart of Thorns any time before the expansion is released, you’ll receive a free character slot! Once you apply a pre-purchase serial code, you’ll be eligible for the slot regardless of where you bought the core game.”
I wish they’d explain why this is the case. I understand not giving us the revenant items as loot, so just make them soulbound and not able to be MF/salvaged.
It’s a big deterrent to playing your rev in PvE when you don’t keep loot.
The real reason is people are stupid and ANet needs to have a failsafe for the lowest common denominator.
ANET should have not mixed the beta with the game in the first place. Lol. Or have a HUGE FAT WARNING IN BOLD DIALOGUE box that appears each time you log into your Rev and you have to type “I understand and accept” before you can continue.
There’s only a warning permanently at the top of your screen the entire time you’re playing….
Believe it or not, this exact thing happened to a guild mate of mine. I think Anet should just be nice and grant precursors to the main account. Otherwise it’s just a punch in the gut.
Considering you can get an unlimited number of exotics by making new revenants……………………………………………….
You might have had a point if the trait change was a mistake.
You should have to pass a basic grammar and spelling test to get a commander tag.
There’s been a few GvG tournaments already though nothing “official”.
Mostly hosted by the GvG community.
It’s sad to think when it was at its prime it pulled more viewers than spvp tourneys and anet neglected the scene for so long.
You mean zerg vs zerg tournaments, right?
Dunno, but I’m more curious as to why they didn’t make them character bound and make those, not traits that make that weapon type do more damage, recharge faster.
They could lower them from 20% to 10% if it is a balance issue, make it more of a grind, and maybe make it so you have the title up. Sounds more complicated, but after losing so many traits and them rolling/removing some of the weapon specific traits it seems more viable now especially if it would have kept a bit more traits that didn’t make the cut.
This is a TERRIBLE idea.
There’s a rock jutting out on the right side of the slide-in that you can aim for to stop your drop. You’ll take damage, and depending on your level and gear you may survive it.
If you make it to that point, you can heal up and hop back into the slide, through the maw, and down into a pond. Aim for the center. Good luck.
No amount of gear or levels will reduce falling damage.

Yes i have completely missed the point that you are high class US citizens for whom 50 bucks isnt a half of monthly salary. I shut up in shame.
I’m sorry we’re to blame for you living in a kittenhole country.
Probably should have done some research first before your rant, eh?
