There isn’t a queue all the time, the borderland’s are open 90% of the time and EB has a queue but it isn’t that long of a wait( with the exception of reset night). What people have to understand that in yr 1 of the release it was like this across the board on reset night. Now, when there is a queue its usually around 15 mins wait, It goes rather quick. If you come in and hope to join EB ONLY and you are logging in around 1- 2 hrs after reset then yes you will have to wait. Again, it was like that across the board reset night yr 1. Go to the borderland’s, you can still que for EB while playing there. You whiners can’t complain about everything, Anet has been doing a good job making WvW fun again. This sounds like a Boo Hoo thread, " I can’t have my toy, RIGHT NOW!

When will the servers unlock again?

You can transfer to the lower pop realms that got merged, so basically its kinda like all servers are open.

Do those kills also count for those that hide behind walls and wipe groups with tons of siege? If so then those numbers wouldn’t really reflect accurate activity. Example: Would be one zerg trying to take a keep over and over during prime time, say 1-3 hrs, then kill count would climb up. I’m sure there are other ways the count isn’t an accurate reflection of activity.

1. Please take away pve mechanics in borderlands like fire and air spitting out of keeps, for me it is just an annoyance that takes away from the pure pvp/ skill vs skill.
2. Remove oasis event for similiar reasons stated above.
3. Remove Banners
4. Remove shield generators. If you are trying to defend a keep from a giant zerg who sets up 3-4 gens and 5-6 trebs its impossible to take them out without having the numbers, I liked the days when it was you built counter trebs and it was who was more accurate first in taking out enemy trebs. Also, very frustrating to waste 400+ supply building counter siege only to watch all your attempts to defend be for nothing.
5. Please bring back stability the way it used to be. Hammer train was way more fun than pirate ship. Its just not as much fun running a melee spec anymore. I used to see a lot more commanders on the field before. Now, its like, good luck getting through 20 rings of CC. Gotta bring back Stability the way it was imo.

Ok let’s make it super simple and just list 5 things you want or don’t want in WvW. No reasons or rationalizing or criticizing… Just a simple list for Anet to read.

1. Oasis event gone
2. Fire/Air spitting out of keeps gone
3. Banners gone
4. Shield Generators gone
5. Bring Back the old way stability worked.

Oh poor baby, sounds like people wanna endless free stomp on necros like in the past. .L2P OP L2p. Hint: try using a cleanse or heal or maybe even a dodge roll or maybe look at your build and use your brain to come up with something that might help you.

I get that they were trying to get people in the middle to fight but really instead of it being covered with a bunch of hidden paths and then hello a blob is on your face… they should of made a big hole in the earth and made it like a coliseum…. then entire zergs could jump down have a major battle, might even be fun to watch .Thats my silly idea feel free to improve on it or thow your own out there…

I don’t know about all the guild drama but usually on JQ there is only a queue on EB for 1-3 hrs a day generally and just on EB that is it, occasionally there will be a map hop to DBLs in which there might be a 2 man queue for there but it doesnt last longer than a few mins here and there. I have wondered about the same thing the OP said. I would love some transparency from Anet on how this all works.

If Anet implements ppk as they have mentioned, those roamers/duelers will be walking feasts for zergs. Most likely wont see that many when that change comes.

This is because the options get reset every time you log out or at least they do for me since the patch, disable auto target, it worked for me.

Just spit balling here… but how about Flame rams get a 5 min decay debuff , basically if nobody touches it for 5 mins its gone. Ballistas can’t be placed anywhere without a distance LoS requirement…whatever is decided…. could start there and see how it works out. Could also try making certain siege undeployable in certain areas…etc.

I would like the ability to blow up a player while they are in downed state and see there body parts all over..lol. It would be funny after a big zerg fight to see arms, legs and heads everywhere.

I’ll be happy when this event is finished. Found it interesting for 1 minute, then realized I couldn’t really enjoy the class I was playing.

ok I just noticed that itll only keep stacking if you use the skill 2 on CD other wise it resets the damage.

I think there is a bug with S/D with air attunement. I noticed it fighting megadestroyer, if you just let your skill 1 arc lighting run auto attack itll stack up to well I dont know how high it’ll go but mine was up to 45k(no might buffs) when he died… not sure what that is all about. But im new to the class so…maybe its just me. if you do any other skills with the exception of skill 2 lighting stirke it’ll disrupt it, however if you just keep letting it auto it just keeps climbing in damage. Happened on teq fight as well escept there I had some buffs and was up to 65k.

@ Serabi Hey man, I always used to say " Drink and be happy" scotch was never my thing , I was always a whiskey man (crown royal). Ive followed you many times in WvW a lot in boderlands , you are a good commander and I like your laid back but serious approach, always there and willing to help the server in any way and imo are a good commander. Since last week Ive noticed quite a few issues regarding Kain, mainly a lot of skilled faces not around and a few new faces that just wont learn, you know what I mean, 12 people standing around a keep thats not being attacked, 15 people chasing after that one TC or FA and thus creating that ever annoying tail, people not grabbing supply, siege being dropped in easy to kill spots, people not stacking on the commanders , refusing to join TS…etc…yesterday evening I saw 15 people trying to kill one thief in KV keep EB…lol. I know that gets real frustrating for you and other commanders ive followed. Im just chalking it up to spring break, vacation and some burnout as well. I think that we just need to give it another week but during that week we need to regroup, recruit and put some of the noobs through some basic training. Get all the guild leaders together and make sure we are all on the same page and set the plan in motion. This could turn out to be a positive thing once some of the more hardcore players return and find the ship ready to sail. TC and FA you guys are class acts all around, I sincerely hope we can get over this challenge to have more of those memorable battles we have had. Its not over til the <insert funny> sings.

I was just in wvwvw and was scouting down about to take a way point, and a thief ported to me and killed me in killed me 2 secs. I rezd and ran back and he did it again in 2 secs. Im pretty decent geared with all exotics and have a pretty decent amount of toughness… but I mean 2 secs really..? He just appeared, I was stunned and was dead in 2 secs. Are they a bit OP? Im not the best out there but wow…

@the op, if you want positive feedback perhaps you should’nt presume to speak for the entire community. If you would like just one thread , then title it as such.
