That’s what I’ve been using.
This is where I got with it.
Awesome! Inspired! Thanks!
Btw, do you know what Tage runs?
Hey all,
Been looking into the Guardian class — seems pretty sweet!
I’m a big PvPer but I’ve only really seen bunker guardians. Is this the only reasonably good playstyle of Guardian in competitive PvP? Is there an effective damage (Medi?) or hybrid guard build one can run and not bring their team down?
Thanks!
I FREAKING LOVE this post — this is fantastic. Let’s do it!
Guys great advice, thanks a bunch.
In terms of damaging him down — you would recommend doom sigils yeah? So it seems like the best option here is energy + doom… leaving out a battle sigil. I think energy is always needed vs warriors especially with evasive arcana.
That being said, it seems pretty hard to dent him, very tanky with ridiculous regen — it’s almost demoralizing. I guess just keep pressuring with combos over and over making sure to land the fire and air in particular?
I was running energy + battle sigils at the time with rune of strength.
Hey All!
So I was PvPing as a D/D cantrip ele with some slightly offset traits but pretty much the standard build. I was in a duel arena and was able to beat everybody else there with exception to a condi warrrior who I completely could not even dent.
He had I think axe/sword on the other set along with longbow and he had a celestial amulet equipped. Maybe the fact he was asura made it difficult to avoid his burst but he had insane condition pressure that I could not outsurvive even with saving my evasive arcana water rolls, cleansing wave, cleansing flame, and water attunement switches. All in the meanwhile, I could not even begin to put a dent in him.
Do you guys have any pointers on how to duel these guys?
Are they our counter? Should I have gone scepter / focus with ether renewal?
Thanks!
Hey man. Couple recommendations based on your specifications:
1. Definitely take the trait that reduces the cooldown of water weapons by 20%. That’s so important if you want to be laying down constant water fields.
2. Consider the same for fire fields.
3. Look into clerics armor and your runeset can definitely be changed to something like dwaynas or whatever they’re called, I forget
By far the most revolutionary build to date! Finally a reason to play mesmer again… I’m already halfway to champion illusionist title
I would have rolled a Mesmer.
I still feel the experience I got from playing this class is extremely valuable.A friend of mines made a Mesmer alt a long time ago. She had huge issues completing her story line. After a while, I realized she only used one weapon set. She did not weapon swap. She never needed to do that on her ranger to kill things.
I am pretty sure I got a hang of some of the basic mechanics in this game faster than my friends playing other classes, simply because the Mesmer is not that impressive at lower levels.
Then there is the fun factor. I still think the Mesmer is the most fun to play.
I still remember how happy I was when I finally figured out how to blink forward with the staff, or how to phase retreat into the clock tower on Khylo. That being said: Had I known the state the Mesmer would be in currently, I would have switched main sooner. (Thief)
You think being a thief main is the closest thing to mesmer that actually kicks booty in all aspects of the game?
Greatsword+Sword/focus will be your best bet. It’s a good mix of aoe and control. Also required for easier going is centaur runes and either a perma-tonic or mantra on autocast.
Why not traveler runes; expensive?
From those who’ve achieved this or are working on it — what’s your experience? Is it relatively fun? Easy? Enjoyable? No?
I know it’s just PvE, but what kind of setup do you use? What might you recommend?
I know many things in map clearing require access to AoE and as far as I’m concerned the mesmer seems to have pretty lame access to AoE. What might you recommend to counteract this? Thanks!
I love being a thief main. Makes everything in the game feel easy when you’re on other classes. As a thief, (from my experience) you tend to look at situations a little more tactically (if that’s a word) You learn very quick how to identify other peoples builds and react to/counter them. Despite the fact that people think we always run away, if you teach yourself early on to commit to a target you will yield impressive results.
After a long time of playing against almost every build in the game, I don’t really ever feel outclassed (except by engis but that’s cause I don’t seem to get fights with them very often) and when you start getting really comfortable with your build you won’t really ever feel unsurvivable because you learn all the little tricks to make you tankier/more survivable.
I personally feel useful everywhere as I seem to be able to find a role to fill anywhere I go whether it be zerging or infiltrating I can fill a spot and contribute positively.
When you reach a high skill level with your thief, yes you will feel all powerful because you’ll realize you are winning outnumbered fights all the time but you will die quite a bit in your life, that can’t discourage you from playing the class (neither can the community hate).
I personally feel you can do anything, it just may require a different approach that you may need to learn the hard way a few times but it is 100% possible to do whatever you want on a thief.
And finally, thief main is so much fun! You can go havoc or small man group with friends, do stealth missions into enemy towers and hit the back of zergs all while feeling you are actually getting better at the game instead of just spamming nonsense *cough*CONDI BUNKERS*cough*
Very down to Earth, humble, real reply
Thanks man!
Hey All!
Did a similar thread in the ele, necro, and mesmer forums and I’m just wondering what it’s like for you to play the game for so long knowing that your main character is the Thief class — what your perspective / outlook is on situations, for example what you feel like when you go solo PvEing, solo roaming — or do you depend more on others.
How do you feel maining Thief in comparison to other class mains -
IS it fun? Do you feel useful everywhere? Do you feel outclassed or unsurvivable? Do you feel all-powerful or niche? Does anything seem possible or do you feel like you might need to barely squeeze into something with a lot of effort?
This is kind of a broad open-ended question but I’m just wondering what everyone’s experience is!
Thanks!
As a mesmer main i only play WvW and i solo roam a lot and well if anyone thinks we are useless then they need to l2p because as a mesmer i can dish out huge damage or shut down player with condi’s Mesmers rock but we do need to have a few things buffed and the nerf every time they patch need’s to stop BUt overall mesmers rule.
Yeah the mesmer in solo roaming I think is probably the most amazing option.. can have so much fun with it…
I think in dungeons mesmers rock too with reflects stealth and time warp.
I also think in PvP mesmers can be pretty incredible if done right.
But overall they do feel a little thin as of lately.
Dam guys, lol…

Personally, I absolutely LOVED these areas. I genuinely hope that they will one day surface in GW2. Has anyone heard any developer discussion surrounding these topics?
Hey All!
Did a similar thread in the ele forum and I’m just wondering what it’s like for you to play the game for so long knowing that your main character is the Necromancer class — what your perspective / outlook is on situations, for example what you feel like when you go solo PvEing, solo roaming — or do you depend more on others.
How do you feel maining Necro in comparison to other class mains -

Yeah what those guys are saying rests true.
In my experience, the ele is about finding your rhythm of dancing through the skills — and once you’re in the rhythm you know it. Just know that for every situation you have an answer on your skill kit, and also know that in order to be effective you have to know how to chain your various skills together to make effective combinations and shiznizzle.
Starting out, I would say try out the different weapon sets and get to know what is good for what; and get yourself into a lot of situations where you can practice many different things like AoE killing, surviving, running through, reviving teammates, soloing content, buffing allies, etc.
Thanks for your input all.
I initially started out as a mesmer main and quickly shifted over to necro because I like to control and be indomitable. What I didn’t like about necro is that it falls short of most game modes and is really very niche in a select few places such as tPvP and WvW zergs. I want to be able to play the game for all it is — though the warrior is dreadfully boring.
So I was exploring the idea of elementalist. All of y’all’s input has helped me a lot in my decision making process; you’ve got a new ele main in the world
I can’t wait for a Guangmaths post
I don’t really need to maths, I did this a while ago.
http://www.guildwars2guru.com/topic/91039-updated-dps-rankings-april-2014/
So… staff ele highest DPS in game?
This and getting the lock on from pretty much everyboss are the downsides from this class..
Really? I read that PvE mob targeting prioritizes targets with heavier armor / more HP making the ele the last prioritized target.

Oh thanks I like some of these ideas — thanks for being helpful and constructive y’all.
So what are some good bosses to check out?
I was looking at Lupicus and it seems like Ele has a ridiculous recording coming in at just over 2 minutes compared to for example 4.5 minutes on the warrior and ~ 7.5 minutes on the necromancer.
Probably been done before.. but…
Wondering if there’s a tier list of DPS by profession in PvE — not including might and vulnerability and all those other effects but just the potential a single person can deal by themselves.
Thanks!
it actually depends on how much fun u have, although mesmer can be most frustrating, staff 2, sword 3, blink can get u stuck in places
pathing of sword 3 doesnt work properly
there is a lot more ofc, but i highly recommend u trying out ele or necro, they r both fun and not as frustrating mostly
I’ve tried both out.
While I absolutely love the dominant controlling aggressor feel of the necromancer, particularly in PvP (I’m really freaking good at it…), it completely falls apart and disappoints me in terms of mobility, PvE, and surprisingly.. sustain.
Ele I’m pretty new too, seems hard to be good at in PvP but in PvE I like the burst and the versatility, I’m only worried that they might be extensively squishy at end game.
How about Necromancer in all of these points compared to Elementalist?
Ele > Necro in every category, though the Necro is still at least viable for all listed game types, but if you want to roam you’ll need a group because you’ll be a free kill solo.
Even for commanding?
How about Necromancer in all of these points compared to Elementalist?
tPvP
Mesmer is non-viable. Ele is pretty solid.
Dungeon Speed Clears
Ele is absolutely necessary for FGS and other utility. Mesmer is strong, but used less.
Farming
Why would you want to do this? Regardless, ele is great with long range aoe, mesmer is extremely weak.
WvW Roaming
Ele can roam ok, but mesmer is really fantastic at roaming.
WvW Commanding
You probably shouldn’t command on either, but mesmer is a slightly better choice.
Zerging
Ele is essential in large groups for high long range aoe and water fields. Mesmer is grudgingly brought in large groups so that they can use a single utility skill and then spam 1 a few times.
Thanks a bunch! This was perfect!
I’m lookin for the class which is more versatile and needed throughout all aspects of the game.
In terms of niches, I’d like to excel in:
tPvP / sPvP
Dungeon Speed Clears
Farming
WvW Roaming
WvW Commanding / Zerging
EVERYTHING ELSE!
In that order of importance!
I find I enjoy playing a survivable class which is able to control and dish out insane damage. I also like being able to give back to the group, build diversity, role diversity, and highest potential ceiling (assuming all skill barriers are surpassed).
What’s your opinion in this meta! Thanks!
Oh cool, well as long as it is being released. Thank you for the information you two!
Why do I have to spend so much time and effort to switch between builds?
Why is there not a drop-down panel with builds you can save for easy switch for different situations?
Why has this not been implemented? It is an easy fix.
Cool thanks very much guys.
I’m considering investing in runes of the Traveler. Think that would be a waste on a mesmer?
I’ve got to learn how to use Sword MH better in PvE — most of the time i just find myself switching to this set to kid myself that I can DPS with it, get off a blurred frenzy, then wait for my other weapon set to recharge.
Shatter? Mantras? Phantasms? Something Else?
Weapon Sets?
Specific traits?
Berserker? Knights? Soldiers? Valkyrie?
Does anyone run say conditions or PU?
I’m just curious as to what mesmer mains run these days in dungeons and open world farming and map completion
I haven’t touched my mesmer in a while but for some reason I’ve come to the conclusion that runes of the traveler are perfect for the mesmer for all situations except condition builds.
They fix the mesmers lack of speed, add to their boon durations (especially for prismatic understanding and support builds), decrease condition duration which is ALWAYS useful, and supply bonuses to all stats which mesmers can greatly benefit from as it is.
I think turret engineers are one of the few over-powered class/builds atm, I wouldn’t recommend fighting them in any conventional way — your time is better spent elsewhere in PvP.
You all want balancing and buffs, that’s understandable.
That doesn’t mean the class is not viable nor does it mean the class does not bring anything to the table.
The people who say so are following mindless trends.
With all due respect to experienced Necromancers (which is why you are acutely aware of the Profession’s group play “deficiencies”), if one just went with “what is more efficient” in groups, one wouldn’t even play a few Professions. There’s a time for not giving in to meta play if it won’t let you enjoy the Necro Profession over ill-placed feelings of “selfishness” for not being as efficient as a Guardian, Warrior, Ranger, et al.
I am afraid Necromancers aren’t supposed to be like the other Professions, which for better or worse means it may never escape its current PvE speed clear status. It’s important to note, however, that GW2 isn’t a speed run unless you boil it down to that FOR YOURSELF, which is also fine.
My point is not saying that the Necromancer is “as useful” as any other Profession for speedruns, but rather that it doesn’t matter if you aren’t speed running in the first place-and when you don’t care about that, they can be useful indeed to the right kind of group, and do bring unique stuff, whether it’s “required” by the content or not.
Finally, I do not mean to “debunk” the “facts” about Necromancers being less optimal for speed runs, but unfortunately we are confusing PvE for speed runs-Necromancers are great for any content in the game, just not optimal for min/maxers. Play what you like, not what you are “supposed” to play if it’s not fun for you (which is not to mean you should join a LFG that specifically states they do not want Necromancers, as people have their rights as well as you do to play how they want.) PvE =/= speed runs, thus making the “Necro is bad for PvE” little more than a half-truth.
+1.
And to add on, I’ve seen a number of speed clears done with 4 necros and 1 X as opposed to 4 warriors 1X in the exact same time.
It really boils down to organization and expertise. More people just play warrior, and it’s a far simpler class, that’s why you see so many speed runners hoarding warriors.
Nothing is impossible and laziness is not an excuse to dismiss a class.
I have tried playing as a variety of classes (Human engineer, norn guardian) and i have not gotten very far, most recently i tried a Syvari Necro and i dont know if I should. Im gong to mostly play pve. Is the class good? Any suggestions on what i should play, im very into rpgs but im very new to mmos. What class and race should i play?
Hey mancorn, I can help you out
What kind of playstyle do you enjoy?
What kind of things do you like to do in PvE?
As for race — what are you struggling with?
Ok after some time i think i got it down to three professions i think of playing the Guardian, the Necromancer, and the Engineer.I do have some minor thing i’m concerns about the class and i’m going to go ask each the other two seeing as there play the other two. The Necromancer: has good dps skills and life steals but i’m still get use to dodging, I know to dodge when there a circle under you and if there getting ready for a attacker but is seam that you need to dodge every time there attacker like thoes that shoot at you in my view so far. So guys what is it like playing this class and is it hard to play. Think you for you time.
It’s not hard it’s pretty awesome. You just have to be a control freak — .
What sucks is when you have to switch to survival mode, you deal almost no damage, but I guess it’s the same w most other classes.
I would recommend soldier’s runes, that’s what I run. MM is a lot about being able to outlive and pummel down through others — much like a juggernaut.
I disagree.
That’s fine, people used to disagree about the world being round. They were wrong then, and you’re wrong now.
What you just said can be applied to any other class. The only things you can’t expect from necros are stealth, portaling, and reflection.
Also banners, spirit buffs, any AoE boon spam that isn’t regen, finishers in general, fire/water fields, conjured weapons, a few traits that throw out AoE stat increases, boon removal that isn’t in large bursts on long CDs… There is a lot we can’t do, and very little that we can that someone else can’t.
And while not only can we condition cleanse, but we can condition TRANSFER
.
Not directly from our allies to enemies, only from allies to ourselves then to enemies, by blowing our own condition removal in the process.
I like that necros have easy access to so many things without needing to specialize into one niche. Condition transfer, AoE buffs, controlling conditions, DPS, Zone control AoE — and all without specialization. Sure a guardian specced in purely healing can heal better, but that guardian has just lost out on everything else.
Not at all true. A warrior can spec for full DPS and spam might, vulnerability, banners, and boost their own and their allies DPS better.
We don’t specialize into a niche because we don’t have one. Everyone else doesn’t specialize into a niche either. The only niche for PvE is damage, which coincidentally everyone else fills just as well as us while bringing better utility.
These are simply factual statements that can be backed up by any member of the “hardcore” PvE community. Go read the stickied thread at the top of our forums about PvE builds, go ask anyone who tries to set speed run records, we are literally the worst at providing utility to our team.
Feel free to list whatever game mode you want, if you’re going for a specific one. We have bad general utility in them all, the only reason we do well in WvW is because of how tanky we get in zergs or how much power AoE we can do, and in tPvP its our burst boon removal paired with very strong CC+condition damage. But even then, these aren’t necessarily unique things, they are just things we currently do better.
You just named a bunch of class-specific traits. Of course necromancers don’t have banners nor spirit weapons, but neither do eles, engineers, or any other classes except for the single class that has those.
Your arguments are stale and you’re recycling the same statements, your only standing excuse being that others on the forum have said so.
Necromancers do have a niche, and that niche is control through conditions and zones.
As far as I’m concerned, Necromancer DPS is nearly the same as Warriors, who have the highest DPS. We are missing on cleave and AoE might, but we make up for that with AoE wells, torment, and incredible vulnerability stacking — persistent 20% increased damage from all sources on a boss is nothing to scoff at, especially when it comes paired with spammable weakness, blind, chill, and cripple.
As for trash mobs, those are easily taken care of through wells, Death Shroud mechanics, and retaliation / fast burning down through targets.
If you are looking for a niched group where your collective goal is to have perma 25-might stacks with squishy zerkers, then yeah sure go with your warriors, though they’ll also be missing out on easy vulnerability stacking if they’re hoping to keep up their DPS, while also suffering from being locked in at close range.
You said the mass of the world used to think the world was flat — then shortly after, sourced me to the mass of the “PvE community”.
You state “facts”, yet haven’t taken the time to think through them yourself — you would fit in grandly in the olden flat-worled days.
If you’re going to pick an argument, take some time to think it through :/

We can tranfer our conditions, not help the party^^Same with cleanse
Our condi-support party wide is limited to Well of Power and the new GM trait. Oh and Well of Blood+projectile finisher. Thing is, the reliable finishers (projectile and blast) are in our minion skills, which are rarely preferred.
No aoe boons, no reflects, no aegis. We have offensive support, blinds chills, epidemic, but thats not very useful in pve.In my opinion necro has beautiful vuln application, ranger is too bursty and engi cant go easy above 20. With unyielding blast, well of suffering and focus 4, vuln stays very high.
Also Bhawb is an old-timer necro, he knows his stuff :P
We can help the party and transfer the parties conditions — through things like Plague Signet and Staff 4. We also have AoE regeneration on very low CD.
Yeah we don’t have reflects or aegis, but nor do many other classes.
And length of time playing a class is meaningless. It’s about what the person can gather and whether or not the person stays on their toes and constantly considers and adopts new perspectives and outlooks.
That’s actually a major problem in life too.
Howdy,
I have happily commanded small groups and huge zergs on a Necro for the past year and have enjoined every minutes of it. The added health, toughness, and stability in plague is quite helpful. Also, Necro’s have many more utilities for survival that work in zerg combat.
Hey this sounds amazing.
Would you be willing to share your build with me?
Can I pester you in game with questions some time?
Its a factual statement. Necromancers are the worst profession in PvE, largely because we bring nothing no one else can’t do.
Conditions? All accessible by other professions, not to mention the fact that conditions are weak against bosses.
Best teamwide condition cleanses? I think you need to meet guardians.
Vulnerability? Something other professions do easily and through their auto attacks that nearly match our DPS.People don’t overlook us because we have some hidden potential, we are just bad at support. This translates to literally every game mode withthe only exception being Plague in zergs.
I disagree.
What you just said can be applied to any other class. The only things you can’t expect from necros are stealth, portaling, and reflection.

Hello everyone,
I’m very annoyed at this game for reasons that the game has no control over. I have issues with sticking to one character. Now I’ve really taken a liking to my Charr Necromancer girl and I’d love for me to reach level 80 with her. Can you guys tell me why you personally like your Necromancer? I’d love to hear from other players what makes them fun to play.
I keep debating over choosing Necromancer, Elementalist, Engineer or Thief… sigh My partner in crime says I’m driving him mad with my constant character changing…
Hi Sumiko… I was in the exact same boat as you for over a year and only now settled into maining Necromancer.
I’ll go through the rundown for you
So the first thing I did was decide what my main game goals will be, and those are:
1. Become a WvW commander
2. Map completel 100%
3. Earn a champion PvP title
4. Craft a legendary
Next thing I did was I looked at the meta.
Warrior and Guardian are WAY overplayed, so being another sheep in the crowd didn’t sound like a tasty idea to me. I like both of those classes tremendously but when I play them they feel somewhat incomplete and I can’t help but feel completely useless and replaceable with so many other warriors and guardians running about.
The ranger — I made one to level 80, and never touched it again. Maybe I didn’t see the class in the right light but just playing it I find it EXTREMELY boring and I hate the fact that the ranger’s own damage is kitten in order to accommodate for really strong pet power — that makes the ranger pretty weak and useless when their pet is inaccessible. I don’t like feeling helpless in this way… If someone can re-open my eyes to the ranger I might reconsider but as of now I deleted my 80 ranger.
Thief I think is a really COOL class, but I think everything is just way too difficult on thief and many things are impossible — playing thief did not mesh with many of my primary goals, E.G. becoming a commander — thief commanders suck. Crafting a legendary — I don’t like the look of any thief legendary weapons. PvP — way too difficult for me to do well with thief in PvP. SO that crossed out thief for me. I like to be survivable.
Engineer is fantastic but I just can’t get into the class because I don’t like guns, bombs, flamethrowers and grenades, so that’s what crossed out engineer for me.
So what’s left? Ele, Mesmer, and Necro.
Elementalist I could not get into because the class feels way too dependent on others to do well. I don’t like that not only do they have the LOWEST health but also have the LOWEST armor — they are not very survivable at all.. and I don’t like feeling like a sitting duck. Also, when I played elementalist, I couldn’t help but feel pretty useless.
The big difference was between Necromancer and Mesmer.
Here’s why I went with Necromancer:
1. It matched really well with all of my goals:
– Very good for map clearing, very good for commanding, incredible at PvP, I like the look of some legendaries for the necromancer (shame they don’t have greatswords for necros).
2. The necromancer is incredibly survivable… I like that a lot.
3. The necromancer has more control than any other class — I am a control freak.
4. The necromancer just looks really cool — all of their skills and especially their death shroud and lich forms are really cool IMO.
5. I have a thing for vampires
While the mesmer has so many of its own benefits, the necromancer just fits my natural playstyle and niche far better. It’s all about cruel control — dominance — manipulation — it’s direct and straight-forward — it’s about overwhelming your opponents over time.
The necromancer does happen to suffer in the realm of dungeons — their damage is a little bit thin, but they’re not that far behind warriors and are similarly survivable.
Overall, if you want a really survivable dominant class, that has the ability to control the battlefield really well and make your enemies humiliatingly suffer, then necro is your choice
My favorite mechanic for the necromancer is hands down the fear. It is AMAZING — it completely disables your opponent and makes them run around like morons while you and your team is left to do whatever they want to the opponent.. and the fear can last a pretty freakin long time too !
Looks like a pretty good build to me
I would say work on timing your skills better and learning what classes do what. It sucks to put out the full necro condition stack just to have it cleansed off a second later
I think that dagger is the best option for a condition Necromancer.
Why?
Well what’s the purpose of conditions and why are necros so good at it? The idea is you stack a bunch of conditions and then basically kite out / control your opponent while the damage ticks away at their life. That’s the whole idea.
So not only does the dagger off-hand provide you with more bleeds, but it offers you amazing control via AoE weakness and blind — for those 1v2s you are talking about.
Also — it gives you really good condition control — you are bound to see conditions in WvW… the Staff 4 and Dagger 4 give you AoE condition transfer from yourself back to your opponents — and what’s more is condition transfer is extremely important for a roaming conditionmancer because the conditions your opponents put on you that you transfer back will deal even more damage to them since you cast it.
I think any other off-hand for necromancer is sub-par. Focus is only useful for its chill / regeneration, but you don’t really need that — you have access to short CD chill and cripple anyway from scepter and staff + on-demand regeneration from Mark of Blood (Staff 2). The boon stripping is extremely nice but I would recommend taking corrupt boon over focus off-hand as a conditionmancer — completely wrecks any boon-heavy roamer.
Off-hand warhorn is only really useful in close-range for the plague swarm to go off — without being in close ranger it really loses half of its effectiveness — that’s why you typically use warhorn in combination with dagger main-hand.
(edited by Domzz.1260)
Necros badly need a weapon with cleave. I think that a one-handed sword would be perfect for this — also thematically fits the necromancer theme I think.
But more awesomely, I think weapons like Scythes, Flails, or Chains can be even cooler cleave melee options for necros
I do think the Necro has a lot of access to offensive support, and some access to defensive support. In fact, I think the Necro’s specialty is offensive support.
The necro even in Berzerk form can have access to blind, cripple, chill, weakness, and fear, all in dependable, AoE form; these are defensive suppport. In terms of defensive support through boons: has access to heals, regeneration, and the best teamwide condition cleanses / control — all possible in Berzerk form.
Necro offensive support is mostly cripple, immobilize, chill, fear — and tons and tons of dependable vulnerability.
I think a lot of people overlook the necro as a powerful support because most people are used to more obvious forms of support such as healing and boons. But support is just as effective in the form of disabling your opponents — if they can’t do anything, you don’t take any damage. I think the necro is the class that embodies the saying “The best defense is a powerful offense”.
There isn’t a single form of meaningful support we can do that someone else can’t do better or in a better build while bringing equal or higher damage and unique support that we can’t do.
Not a single form huh? That’s a bold statement.
I disagree.
