Gz deso 3 am and your blob capped our keep. I hope something goes horribly wrong and you end up in gold league next season, you think you’d be outmatched there but i’d be happy knowing they would be stomping you all day/night.
So you’re complaining about people being in at 3am, but you were in? If something like us getting beat in gold league makes you happy then good for you……..Have you ever kissed a girl before?
So if Aurora Glade got a couple of big guilds for night capping and the other 2 servers were complaining, what would you do?
The other servers would rightly only complain if we were bragging about how great our skill was in that situation. I think that is the main point of contention here. Winning almost by default should not be a cause for pride, or am I wrong?

I heard Vizunah Square did alot of night capping to Desolation and guess what; now they are doing it to us. Kind of hypocritical, but HEY – all is fair in love and war they say, yet that is the only reason you are winning. Let me show you again, how prime time for Aurora Glade on Monday (somebody complained, Saturdays are reserved for beer drinking in pubs) reflects itself on the battlefields – yes, all Garrisons belong to us. And the PPT of 450 points is more then deserved. I will not comment the situation on the battlegrounds, when I woke up and turned on Millenium maps. Just win this matches and go back to Gold, so Vizunah can nightcap you back …

@Dyno you dont seem to understand that coverage wins a matchup… just look how the ppt was during primetime yesterday when we got people playing, you were bellow 200 points most of the time and we were 350-420 all the time.. you only won this matchup due to superior coverage in offpeak times, nothing else. Dont really see that you need to brag that much and blame that a PvE server is winning this matchup when almost all the servers in silver league is PvE heavy servers, just look both AG and UW both being very high populated servers aswell. Think we can easily say that we got a lot higher PvE base that dosn’t care about WvW compared to what you guys have.
As you and other people said, it’s a game, you are here to have fun. Most of us have fun playing with guildies and when we do, we kinda rock ur server to the ground when we have people online.
What do you mean bragging? your the one doing that. Deso shouldnt be good enough to win this league but we are, because the silver league is poor, whoever gets promoted to gold league from here will get absolutely hammered in that league.
You can say what you want, your getting beat of a Pve server fighting with 80% pugs.
Every day since Friday, AG just moaned and moaned, get a night guild in then you’ll win, then we can all get some peace. Its pathetic.

Look we can all speculate on why Deso or Tanko as some call it is in Silver league. We can discuss how Anet is wrong in allowing late night capping or how its part of the game .
There is several things we can moan about , cheer about, fight about , but for me the 1 thing that has become very obvious is that any Desolation wvwer must by now feel ashamed to admit it. Why would I say this when my server ( AG ) is being crushed?

With the amount of coverage you have during the early mornings its a SHAME that you could not make it into GOLD league. Something must seriously have gone wrong for you to not make GOLD if you have a perma que. Deso is so easy knowing their morning krew is coming that between 11am and 2 am ( this is my time GMT+2 ) they dont venture out of their territory on EB.. They simply hug their towers making sure they siege it up knowing the morning krew will hit the empty servers.
What makes this even worse is that THEY BRAG ABOUT IT. How do you go about this? Guys 40 of us just took a borderlands and made it 100 % blue and we even ganked up on the 3 people still on the server. ?
In Prime time we are fortunate enough to have a good 5-8 hours where we have ques on our borderlands . And when we had equal numbers with Deso we were literally running over them. I think we went about 5 hours without loosing a fight on EB, We had to fall back to make space in our inventory. When UW had their numbers up Deso could not even run over the lowest ranked server in our matchup ( soz UW no harm intended here for you )
I also can agree with the Deso guys loosing some guilds and having loads of PVERS that is running zerker gear. We also have this. We lost 3 or 4 BIG guilds that went to other servers and we also have the zerker army. For those high and mighty Deso players acting like you are a god leading a league you should not be in , I suggest you start NOW to get your players ready for gold league.
We have played the top players in Gold and even with our numbers up we had to work hard for every single step we took out of a tower. As Deso stands now going up against servers with equal coverage you will have a very tough time.
MY point im trying to make : You will win this matchup , You will most likely win silver league Just dont be arrogant kittens about it.
Is this wind up? You ask most people on Deso, we didnt have a chance of winning this league. Its a poor league when a Pve server is top of the table.
We might go to the gold league, then we’ll be back in the silver league in season 3.
Were not good enough for gold, its just that the silver league is a poor standard.

2. You always hidden in the towers. The best way find you – cap everything and then wait for capping something for catch you.
So my gut feeling was correct, when I said to myself, they must definetly have guilds not from Europe – guess you’re from Australia, how much fun is it for you to play versus the doors all the time? Secondly, when your team of 20-30 people arrives late at night to our borderland, when there is 5 people all togather scouting the towers and keeps, do you really think, they will jump down and fight you?
If you will look at the map, you will see that Russia is a big country. We have players from +1 to +8. Guild events we spend in your prime time – much more interesting to farm you when you have a lot ppl. But nothing prevents us to go to the WvW at your night. If you do not like – it’s your problem, not ours.
Whelp, they always said Tankolation is a PvE server. The early morning PvD is pretty much PvE content against the NPC guards, so must be right up most of their players’ alleys. It’s telling that when there is barely enough AG players on EB to trigger the Siege twins, we still manage to take our stuff back facing 1:3 odds.
I still don’t know why everyone is saying they are sorry for us (Underworld). It’s not like we are here whining how unfair it is or that we are not enjoying ourselves.
Sure, we are out manned about 95% of the time and the rest 5% we are equal, but that doesn’t mean we couldn’t have fun or something. I haven’t had as much fun roaming for months that I have had now. It reminds me of the “old days” when this happened before. We were out manned all the time, but we did roaming parties and sneak sieged stuff and so on.
For example, today we just took Desolation Bay which had reinforced gates and walls, cannons and stuff with 4-men group. Maybe Deso was busy near Mill / Hills at the time, but hey, there was an opening and we took it and that was FUN.
I think this “Sorry for Underworld” is pretty much the same thing as the term “Tankalation” for Desolation. Not much either of us can do about the situation and everyone keeps reminding about it.
TL;DR: Don’t be freaking sorry for us when there is nothing to be sorry about…
I’m having fun so far. I’m from UW. Weekend we still have a few people online – at least at EB(if guilds hadn’t left maybe home BL as well). So we still can defend our corner or at least recap fast. Didn’t see much fights cause I was speeding Dolyaks but SM fight was a bit fun.
It’s mostly a problem of numers. Of course we have a few trolls(but every server has them) and others might be a bit more organizded. But main problem is that we don’t have enough players. Starting monday probably loosing keep more than once a day. Until then only early morning/night when blue caps everything and we dont have people online. During the day while outnumbered we still did well I think(and then later not outnumbered for a bit at evening cause it is weekend).

Because getting wiped against superior numbers with insane lag is something relevant with skills. But I agree Deso commanders are very good, most of them know what they are actually doing, the same does not apply to FR ones.
Using 4 ~15 guild groups (since many do not managed to have half of their roster in) to wipe a 60 PU blob seems fine.

Your not just getting beat off pugs, your getting destroyed, surely your “top guilds” can take out a pug? Thats the difference a gold server would batter us cause they have tactics, you’s lot havnt
I don’t see relation between crying about blobbing and PvD.
SoW is a ~15 guild focused about fight that hate easy mode-blob-spam 1. Like many small scales team, they greatly suffered from the increase of the standard zerg size and with this everlasting queues they can’t even get their whole roster in, that hinder them more than 30+ guilds. Having small scale is nearly impossible now, even I as a solo roamer (or with 5- team sometimes) saw our fight getting adds up to 15 that is no manageable nor fun, same for SoW that get blobbed by 60+ zerg and have now to help bigger zergs. I’m not speaking for them but I’m trying to make you understand their point of view instead of thinking it’s only forum warrioring (even if there is a bit of this:) )
Problem is they cry about us having a blob when they hold hands with 4 guilds to attack us. Then when they whipe they come on the forums. Deso had massive zone blob to they had good defense and we whiped gg for them. But you dont see us coming to the forum crying about it:)

We’ve been hammered like that on from the top servers, thats why all our top guilds left, we’ve got mostly pugs now and they’re beating you, you should be a ashamed
