You decide to have 1 person solo path 1, 2duo p2 and another 2duo p3. You can split your 5man team however you want.

I hated the fact that the reward was given out to the first person that did it, which means the person with the most free time will get the price. I think its better if anyone who submits a completed challenge gets something as well.

Grawl Shaman in Volcanic Fractal is probably one of my favorite Boss fights because you can’t cheese him. There is no where to Stack there is no LOS spot, its just perfect.

Yes spider cave is stupid to run as a group unless you have a thief. But in general as warrior you want to run with the group so you can provide swiftness to other classes as well as removing cripple / immobilize. There has been countless times where warriors just run ahead in Arah p1, triggering all the drake poisons and the oozes b4 the crystal champs and just make it a living hell for any1 behind them to run.

Or arah path 3 after crusher/hunter, warrior runs ahead triggers all the illusionists and have every1 in the back get sandwiched with elite risens in the back and front.

well if u get eaten now, you are instantly dead(not downed) so its pretty challenging to melee.

I want to see some one melee the jellyfish in water fractal.

I see so many warriors being guilty of this in TA and ARAH. Ever wonder why people you left behind die? Well its not because they suck and you are good. The person in front will usually never get aggro, instead the aggro gets transferred over to the people behind you.
You should stay with the group and use your warhorn 4. Please don’t be that guy.

I just want to say to the OP that you are probably posting this in the wrong place. It is almost like going to a conference for the 1% and telling them, “hey you are being payed too much, I suggest we cut your salaries by X%.” Dungeon farming is the bread and butter for most of the people who dwells in this section of the forums. Personally I agree that dungeon rewards are really good.

Did it on a 38 so not sure if it will work on 49 but I’m sure it will.

1:Stealth up b4 you detonate.
2: run to bottom of reactor right below skrits.
3: mesmer portal up
4: Kills skrits and portal next to skrits.
5: re-stealth and do 1warrior with juggernaut elite to heat room. thief to dormatory the other 3 to laser room. make sure you dodge when you see portal appear, they will still pull you.

At this point for 38 we were done, but for 49
6: run to ooze room kill anything that comes in while waiting for your teammates
7:run to boss

Hey maybe you guys know this but is there any consumable that reduces burning duration by a significant amount?

I think people just want to see Dredge disappear from the list honestly. I honestly would prefer Dredge being super easy the way it is right now than giving Anet the idea of tinkering with it given their track record with the Dredge fractal.

The dredge bomb was never difficult provided you have a thief in the party that knows what he is doing. Since I main thief in FoTM I was able to explain to PUGs my tactics and we were able to complete the bomb phase in 3runs.(5 at a time) and and me soloing the last 2. Thief for dredge is like Guardian for most bosses in fotm, its a must have if you want smooth run.

After having been in the forums for a few weeks I am really surprised a person whose data is always incorrect, therefore losing all credibility is still making random claims.

I personally like the change and I will explain why.
1: It was not very interesting, in most dungeons you have this 1 event that just allows you to almost full stack to 25 and then you just forget about it.
2: It was a dominant strategy, there was no downside to using stacking sigils.
3: I don’t enjoy carrying multiples of the SAME weapon sets.
4: It is now less of a pain to reach “MAX” dps.

I am a big fan of invincible builds. When I first starting playing the game, I wanted to try godmode tanking with lifesteal food when they had no internal cooldown and knights gear. They then nerfed lifesteal food and I can’t godmode tank so I went to berserker playstyle.

I don’t do solos for the challenge, I do it for the monies xD. I would however love for Anet to support soloing content through better rewards so I can try out areas other than Arah. But anyways I recommend to the OP to solo Arah path 2 with a warrior since you can make alot of money doing it and it is the easiest class to solo Arah path 2 with.

or you can just critstrikes II pop signet of malice,assasin signet, signet of agility(15stacks of might by yourself), haste, mug→cloak→backstab→heartseeker→heartseeker and avoid the waste of banner/frost spirit and still get it done in 2seconds

My friend who was selling arah p2 a few days ago had 2 regulars 1 random that all paid, the 5th joined and was able to kick him using some unknown method. The regulars told him that there was no kick message.

Looking at your setup and seeing how its not meant for a regular run and its sole purpose is to have the fastest gate time. Get more BL stacks, dual frost spirits, hounds, mug→cloak→backstab. Probably possible in 1 sec.

We should make a guild called Dungeon Sellers Union NA/EU.

As a casual Elitist. I approve of play how you want. I don’t care if you are running a full tank no dps build as long as you can listen to me telling you where to stack, cause my thief and my ele fgs dispenser friend will pretty much melt anything. So sit back and don’t pick up that FGS for the love of god.

1: weakness- Thief can provide better weakness than warriors anywhere but fotm 38. Shortbow 4 switch to sword pistol.

2: ring of warding/line of warding better CC in fractals

3: battle-res ,ok its pretty OP when your team is playing bad. Ideal uber pro players don’t get downed come on.

4: perma 25stacks of Might OP

5: The ideal Uber pro players doesn’t get hit I guess.

It’s really up to your group for the timing of each dungeon path. When I run with DnT’s casual runs, we literally do every path except arah p4 within 15mins or less.

In my Opinion the Ideal Team Comp for FoTM is
Guardian/Thief/Warrior/Ele/Mesmer.

Guardian because of reflects.
Thief because of permablind/stealth/high single target dps/skipping kitten tons of content.
Warrior because of party dps boost(banners).
Ele mainly for party dps boost(might stacking).
Mesmer for Temporal Curtain pulls, Time Warp and insane reflects.(Temporal Curtain is strong when used right.)

Here is my ranking of each class provided it is played in a high level of skill:
Tier 1: Guardian Thief
Tier 2: Warrior Mesmer Ele
Tier 3: Ranger Engie
Tier 4: Necro
