This is a 0/0/30/10/30 build that uses hammer + bow + shouts to retain a ~20 might stacks and perma fury.

IMO its stronger the the current meta hammerbow of 0/10/30/0/30 even now, but after Dec 10th we won’t have a choice anyhow.
So I guess no need explaining why 20 might stacks and perma fury is good, and for this only FGJ is enough, oh and its a group support as well. Feel free to switch “shake it off” for your favorite stance/SIG/bulls charge, personally I found this shout on 20sec CD to be very good vs many classes (mace/GS , basalik venom, break fear w/o getting stability that will get currupted to fear again….).

Now, why ‘Unsuspecting Foe’ is not important for hammerbow:
We have 1 stun, which is hard land vs a good player, which might crit anyhow (u have 55% crit chance), and is getting dmg nerf so its no going to be that main source of damage anyhow.
This trait was very great before the paralyzation sig nerf, so you had enough time to chain other attacks after earthshaker (like half 100b), but now, this skill is worth it only for the mace stun IMO.

Please tell me I missed something, but I have not seen any notes about bringing in new game modes which always has been the 1# issue in PVP for many of the players.
Talking as long time PVP player I really don’t care so much how my char looks, I don’t care about gold coz I don’t care about PVE or WvW, and I don’t care about finishers (many high ranks player use the rabbit finish just for spikes) I just care about:
FIGHTING OTHER PLAYERS
I understand you are hoping these changes will bring new blood into the mist, but for all of us who are already (or better say – still) there and just want to play the game because it’s fun please give us the modes to do so.
Got to say I’m with ya. And bad players are just bad, my experience is more of dropping into a full glass hero 2 team that 3 of them 2gether can’t even drop 1 bunker. It’ just no fun. If u lose its ugly, if u win its so ez it’s boring. So lets say your luck is OK, its still leaves you at 50/50 wins, so MMR only becomes worse and you know you never get out of that vicious noob circle.
As a none team pvper I really feel like my only options for fun has declined to the 1v1 matches clicking as fast as can and praying for low ping to get in line on the only 2 active servers (EU)…
Another issue is the fact that its unbalance between classes, a thief can have Basilisk venom on 36s cool down, while rangers shortest elite is on 120s.
Of course not every rune should be good for any class but the most OP one should.
Giving it ICD of 90s or even 120s is the perfect solution.
So, random aoe tagging players for low damage, before running from the first player that heads your way.
Pretty much my staff elementalist wvw experience also.
