I had heard that is you get downed during the Hydra Queen fight you will frequently not get the achievement. It is still a bug, and could do with a fix, but it is doable, assuming that was the issue.

I can’t say I had noticed whether my face glow is broken or not, I personally am having trouble with the hair glow. I have tried using the kit at night, during the day, with the preview light turned on, off, other hairs, other colours, and still nothing :|

I just tried using a kit on my hair in an attempt to get my glow back, and nothing. I’ve put in a ticket but I’m really worried they think this is fixed.

Did you try putting it onto blue gear? Thats the stuff most people use to cross order armour, as makes soulbinding become account binding. Maybe try transmuting onto a blue?

If you are sentimental keep one or two of them, but I chucked all mine.None have a use any more. (Though having said that I kept that refugee child’s drawing that gives karma, I’m too soft to nosh it)

I know there are lots of more important bugs to fix, but when you have paid money for a hat it would be nice to see it :P
Any chance of an ETA for a fix?

Has anyone been able to get in yet? I just managed to log-in to my US account, but don’t wanna log out and try my EU one again for fear of not getting in again.

Its prob not, but I know that a while back the laurels occasionally gave out two instead of one if you finished your dailies by doing two things at once. Any chance maybe Anet removed the doubles? Other than that I got nothing :P

Yep, I tried using the old /report from gw1, but nada. I wouldn’t have thought it was too hard to at least add a bot report function to the support tab?

I recently did this mission and had no problem reviving Elli, but Zott simply stood at the third catapult and did nothing. Ran around killing anything we could, trying to get him killed, getting ourselves killed, I even tried glitching into the boat with skills to see if I could get on and use the cannon myself :P
Luckily for me the 2nd time we did the mission it worked, but this really is not the sort of thing you expect to have a problem doing, so wasn’t expecting to have to look on a forum for a workaround.

Yep, this is the diminished returns working as intended.

I had always assumed the chest was for another player and containing the yellow, and that my blue/white/grey loot simply happened to be on the same spot.

Been trying to get in since the time of your post (wasn’t in before). It seems log-in servers are down. (UK based account on Gandara)

Will be great if this does get a fix, it was always mildly annoying when it happened in the field, but last nights run of Arah p4 vs Dwayna we had this bug so many times (prob due to petrification and removal thereof) that a difficult fight became silly.

Not able to login to my Gandara or Blackgate account, and the forum is going painfully slow too, not sure if the server problem is related or just people F5ing for a fix :s

I wish I could give more specifics, but it’s sporadic at best that I actually catch these gatherbots in the act. I can’t report them because I don’t register what’s going on until they’ve teleported away to another gather spot. Basically, I turn around and catch someone gathering, think “oh hey a person!” and then they’re gone the second they’ve finished gathering that spot. I can’t confirm that they’re bots until they’re gone.

This is exactly what I just came on too report too, Gandara has started seeing people on various maps node hopping. They appear (usually naked) gather, then vanish (which I though eh, could be someone logging into an alt) but then they suddenly appear at another nearby node and start grabbing that and rinse and repeat across the map. Forgotten most of the maps I have noticed them on, only place I can recall is the caves beneath the Durmand Priory.

Heya, sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn’t think what to search for. I have a copy of gw2 and an account on an EU server, and wish to leave it there. So that I can play with my friends in the US servers I have ordered a second copy. My question is, do I have to make a separate account or do I connect it to my current account, and can I have one on a US and one on an EU server if I do have it linked to my main? Thanks for any help

I could have sworn that when I played my human Engi through I got to select which race she was, and went for Krytan, same again for Ele, this time I picked Ascalonian. I have now made a Canthan character, but I can’t find where I selected this before. I know it doesn’t change anything, but its driving me nuts and I’m starting to think I made it up
So yeah, if anyone knows who I would talk to to select Krytan/Ascalonian/Canthan/Elonian family history, that’d be awesome

This is one thing I had noticed. Sadly I don’t remember specifically which Sylvari NPC it was, but there is one in the Grove that shifts from intensely posh English to kittenney in one sentence. Made me jump first time, now it just makes me chuckle.

3, 3 Bots, (Ranger’s) farming sparks, I’ve been there in cursed shore doing the events once or twice through their rotation roughly taking an hour or so and the Bots would still be there.

Same on Gandara, there are constantly 3-4 bots farming sparks on the top right of the Cursed Shore map on Gandara. Same as the ones by Kings Passage, everytime a set gets banned you go back and theres a new set. Also getting the glitchy bots farming Icebrood (mentioned a few posts up) on Gandara.

Nah, you can do it at a lower level than the “requirement”.
On topic, I really hope this is ok to do, I contemplated doing it a while back, but judging by recent history of some things being/not being considered exploits I didn’t risk it. So basically, clarity would be awesome

So I have done
Defeat Noll and his bodyguards (this is currently bugged and we’ll push a fix for that later)
Find Canach in Garenhoff
Defeat Canach (this NPC is currently on a timer)
But never had a letter or gotten a reward from Kiel when I talk to her. If I have the map from the start with the Hanto Trading Post I am still ok?

I’m just worried, as things were going down I tried buying a mini pack from the gem store. Nothing happened so (like an idiot) I clicked again. Hoping I don’t get two :P

Saw this, thought “woop it’s back up!” tried logging in…. “Connection error(s) detected. Retrying…”

I used to get the bonus digs at nodes, but ever since swapping server a while back I have not had a single one. We have been rematched at least 3 or 4 times since, and still nada. Both my brothers transferred 2 days after me to the same server. One got the bonuses back almost straight away (like a few days later) and one had the same problem as me. The one who had the same trouble as me had the problem fix itself as of the update in the last day or so, but mine is still not fixed. Our world (Gandara) regularly has 12-20% gather bonus, but despite playing everyday and gathering almost everything I have not had a bonus dig at anything for weeks. A fix, or at least a comment, would be awesome.

Edit: Literally logged in right after posting this, and servers have rolled over. We have 2% bonus, but finally started getting bonus digs. Happy days

Both myself and my brother have not had a bonus gather at a tree, ore or plant for about 2 weeks now, and our world had a good chance. Has it been changed or is this bugged?

It would be really nice if the floating map with the glow either did not show during cutscenes full stop, or was toggle-able. There are a lot of really nice cutscenes I have screenshotted as wallpapers for my PC etc, only to have a huge floating glowy map on half of them. Would be really nice if they could just disappear for the cinematic. Thanks
