What I hate most is the stupid icons for the capture points is bigger than everything including keeps. Now borderland maps look crowded as kitten.

Normally I’ll trash talk for the fun of it but I don’t care anymore, doing no one good.

I’ve been the lone commander for BP the past 10 hours. You guys have good coordination and reaction time. Me flipping only your bay for the past 10 hours with 60 people proves it.

BP BL hills just now: You kept coming and coming and eventually broke us. Maybe it was all those times you contested our Garrison. You seriously wore us out and eventually got it. Also nice try trying to defend it as well as we took it right back.

But many times you guys decided “golems is the way to go!”. With however many people you had (I’m guessing 60+) you could literally dps the gate and break it down faster than the time it takes to build those golems. Just a suggestion.

I hope our tenacity today shows that we are not tanking this matchup. I (and many others) are trying our best to push you guys away. Just because the score is lopsided does not mean we’re giving up.

Anyways, you’re coverage is insane and it’s clear that tier 4 servers can’t match it. Heck, we did a lot better against DB and Maguuma than you guys. Wherever BP ends up in the future, whether it’s silver or gold league, we’ll still be out there fighting.

I’m not one to care about PPT, but i honestly hate versing SBI-.-
Since all these transfers, i rarely ever get even numbered fights when i run 10-15 man groups with my guild.. The only guild who give great fights and actually stand out of the 70 man zergs in BEAST. So yeah, i’ll be in Yaks BL for most of this week just looking for good fights.

Standing on tower/keep walls is boring, and if you have to throw an AC on a wall while ‘jumping off of the wall’ to fight in ac range with superior numbers against a skill group…. you should uninstall.

This post prompted me to take over. I usually don’t command Monday nights due to work, but well, I love a challenge like this. An overrun borderland is like a virgin field, waiting to be plowed anew :P Was alot of fun fighting you guys tonight. We won some fights, and lost some, but you never did get Garrison or Bay back from us after we got them back. I think that was okay with PYRO though, they seemed to just be rolling around looking for fights towards the end.

Don’t bother. He really needed to chest thump about the fact that they overran our BL with a 60+ Maguuma karma train.

Let him feel good about this.

If you aren’t there, zara, you really need to leave the commenting for those that were there and other grown ups that understand. Thank you.

The SBI one didn’t reflect things either because their mass transfers weren’t finished until after the match started and the 3-holiday is kind to servers like BP.

I think a rematch would go much worse.

Meanwhile DDLG was breaking down the north gates in hills for a successful capture.

Idk, we had about 20 DDLG and maybe 30 on the commander. I think we just have better guild coordination during primetime and we’ve been working with our pugs and the whole server is learning to move together in the same way guild groups do.
I think if you guys coordinated your attacks with your guilds and split up your 80 man blob instead of map hopping with an entire queue you could present more of a challenge during this time slot.

So confusion struck me really hard today. BP did not have much of a presence in EB nor their own Borderlands as you can see. I left to go take back our Borderlands [DH] Garrison, and 5 minutes later, We lose SM? I drop commanding, go back to EB and 50+ BP are attacking our Keep? I mean what confusion!!! They didn’t have anyone in their BL with no keeps, had nothing but their keep in their lowlands in EB, but they decide to take SM and attempt to take Overlook.

Was me commanding. You took our corner of Eternal so I wanted payback. Flipped your somewhat upgraded keeps and tried your Eternal as well. I didn’t care much for our BL since it was all wood anyway.

Yeah we had fun. Our numbers averaged around 40 people. It rose to 55, then down to 35.. etc.

normally we lose 50% of our wvw pop for events. now we are losing 80% of our wvw pop to living story.

not an excuse, we just cant compete with our lack of coverage.

i did have fun routing sbi’s 20man at orchard in dh bl tho earlier.

Not that it’ll make you feel any better, but we on SBI can certainly sympathize, having first seen a mass exodus of WvW guilds back during the free transfer days, then a slow trickle of PvX guilds leave over the months that followed. It’s only in the past 2 weeks that we’ve suddenly had an influx of WvW guilds transfer to our server.

The only advice I can offer for those of you who still do come out to fight every night is not to give up. Even if there’s no chance of winning, come out for the fights and the laughs and have fun. Do that and the other servers will notice, and eventually guilds on other servers that aren’t happy with their current server will take a harder look at DH when and if they start thinking about transferring.

The thing is, we are about to loose 1 of our 2 major wvw guilds. SE is looking to leave. So once again Darkhaven looses more guilds. 4th time since the game launch. Maybe our pve players will get burnt out on the events and come join us in wvw. lol

They should join the Stormwagon Isle express to tier 2.
