It takes real server unity to defend exploiters like this, without a single ethical individual from your server to stand against it. I just want to give a shoutout to the [Splt] group yesterday in BP BL. You guys had 4 people and you did an amazing job against my group trying to take back Briar. I was the Human Guardian commander you killed 6+ times.
It’s amazing what 4 people can do.

Looking at the Map while I am at work. Makes me wonder how many commanders / guilds take in whats going on in other borderlands before they take action. I’m sure several do, an easy target is an easy target. I really need to quit watching, but its so addicting!

VERY bad form recruiting. NSP is one of the best servers to play in. Awesome and thriving community in both WvW and PvE, and extremely close knit. Transferring over to BP to me would only mean leaving behind one of the best communities I’ve ever been apart of, and losing a huge part of what makes WvW fun: that I actually make a difference regardless where I play, and I play with great players who value that….
…very dissappointed that you’re openly recruiting here. Glad to see your fellow servermates not condoning this.
Would be awesome to have all my old fellow NSP’ers by my side on BP.
All who i know from NSP that have came to Borlis including myself haven’t regretted it one bit. It is pretty much the same as NSP, but just fills in the WvW gaps that it had.Some of you over there deffs deserve better! But keep fighting

Why would we downgrade? I understand why some people transferred off, but leaving NSP for BP in my eyes is a downgrade. I would leave a very close and awesome community for one that I may or may not get along with….as well as leaving our thriving and energetic PvE community…..

That’s just your opinion. For all I know NSP is a terrible server in WvW who can’t siege for kitten. I know you guys are terrible at defense and are only good at building treb to hit SM. This is what I see. But this is my opinion.
Kinda hard to siege when we are faced with 30 here on one side and 30 on the other and we have no WP’s, no supplies and if we run a supply train we lose everything in the process. Not making excuses, but when you go into a matchup fully supplied and have those numbers, really hard to compete with that. Just be fair about what you say. We can defend 1 1/2 maps, but this week really only one map. Easy to trash us on NSP for technique or placement, but you defend a 30 man BP golem rush with 10 people and 0 supplies. Easy to talk like that when you have the manpower, but that is just my opinion and observation. And yes those trebs are really good huh? Honestly haven’t been in EB all week so I wouldn’t know. We had a great force in our BL on Reset night. Other than that, not many. <STACK> <PUSH> :-)
We were in a similar position in the upper tiers against SoS and CD’s night crew. We knew how to siege despite being outnumbered 8:1. And I’m serious, we had 8 people and they had 80. It took them several hours to finally break down our keeps and that’s something we can live with.
But for you guys it’s different. You lose keeps to 20 people who come on the map to do the breakout. Lol.
Impressive with no supplies. ;-) BP and Kaineng have made sure either we are upgrading from paper with 0 supplies or they are paper. I am not debating we can learn alot from you guys, just don’t appreciate your insinuations of us being a poor server. Btw when our BL turned blue how many NSP were there? (I wasn’t on but I assume not many, could be wrong tho)
As I said it was my opinion so don’t take it so personally.
And there were enough to build a couple of ACs and repel us.

To have someone “bend over and take it” requires someone to actually be present to “take it”. If we are not around, how have we been bent over? I have spent a sleepless night to see what SoS is like when they are Zergballing and what I saw was hardly impressive. If you guys were not awake when everyone else is asleep, you would be on Par with Henge of Denravi. Maybe Henge is a underestimate. Perhaps Darkhaven? I can say this with all seriousness. Coming up the ranks, we’ve had the privlidge of fighting numerous servers. SoS is a tier 6, maybe bottom ranking tier 5 server ,skill wise and number wise. The only thing is their numbers hit when North America is asleep.
And so, thanks to Glicko, you will be able to suck points off better servers (like Ehmry Bay) because you can night cap all their keeps and hold them for a couple hours until they wake up and monkey stomp you. But the Glicko still awards you those ranking points. Until you run into Dragonbrand anyway, and get curb stomped back down into Tier 3 or 4 to repeat the process. Beware though, thanks to Glicko, odds are good you are going to hit Darkhaven and SBI at the same time.
After that the glicko works in reverse. Note how BP has gained nearly 40 points off of you. All your points have been vampired from Ehmry this match. Against Darkhaven and SBI, all they have to do is maintain a pulse and you will lose points. However I know both are reasonably competent, so they will fight so long as they don’t get demoralized. As such, you are going to lose a ton of ranking points will be straight down to tier 5, to spend the next 4 weeks crawling back up. Call me the prophet.
Anyone else but me simply surprised we were referred to as a “better server” by someone in Borliss? Compliments where one can get them I suppose lol. Figured y’all were still hatin’.
Ever since it became possible for BP to actually draw Maguuma in a matchup, Aeros’ hate has largely been directed at [BURN].
I’d imagine it’d be hard to find you guys since you’d be in PvE most of the week.
They can PvE all week and Mag will still crush BP.
So you’re saying BURN is useless in Mag? It’s funny, we thought the same on BP.
Oh and Aeros clearly pointed out this isn’t about BP beating Mag. It’s about BP taking revenge on BURN.

I think I’m done with this match for the week (personal stuff). You just need a few tweaks and I think you can be a real threat to YB and CD.
We beat YB already. We WP’d their hills like 4 days in a row.
One guild requirement should be to tolerate me constantly yelling at you guys to do stuff.
One second it’s flip camps, another is make 5 golems.. I need a hobby.
Lol well you guys honestly are getting the good and bad of SoS. I know many commanders were burning out fighting TC and T1 servers every week but 1. Our fair weather players don’t show during harder matchups and focus on PvE. Typically I would say they make up half the NA primetime.
As you can see, this leads to 2 things. 1 is that they tend to come out in numbers throughout the week. So our NA prime time is typically 2x what it is against higher tiers than ours. The benefit you have is that many are WvW noobs, do their own thing, and run terrible for WvW zerker builds and gear. So take that as you will.
Many of the elite commanders I noticed have been taking a break as well or not showing up as much (probably for that reason). With PvE content releasing our numbers should drop dramatically and you could potentially make this matchup interesting.
Finally, our oceanic is awesome. Its an exaggeration to say they queue all the maps though, I know occasionally I can’t sleep and stay up that late. Those Aussies and others are hardcore WvW and rip almost everyone a new one. So definitely don’t feel bad about that time. They consistently ripped TC, and the T1 servers a new one for the majority of our points.
So in conclusion NA primetime is your best bet, just beware if some of our larger guilds decide to play or AGG goes on a roam.
PvE effects everyone equally so you can’t really use that as an excuse.
Your Oceanic/SEA numbers are impressive but keep in mind they are fighting nobody because BP and Ebay combined have like 10-15 people?
Even though BP is losing by 80k or w’ever it is don’t think we’ll ‘fairweather’ and give up and I don’t think you guys should too. We’ll be there for the next 3-4 days giving you guys a hard time in tier 4.
Also, shoutout to [Agg]. First time I saw you guys today in Ebay BL. Really gave us a hard time and stole a lot of our loot from Ehmry..

We nibbled on both of ya ;-P. We Zerglings love the taste of EB & SoS flesh. Once or twice Zerglings own power was used against them and us 10 were “ZERG’d” down. Sadly, I think I can safely say I have seen every server ebay was ever matched up against do this as well. This is not strictly confined to just ebay. Hell I’ve laid a ram before when coming from se camp to the tower until somebody said, “Uh. Drak… the walls down”

Borlis Pass has an amazing voice communication, one of the best! We have up to 350 people on reset day and about 200 every NA primetime.
We don’t always win but we usually go for the win when we know we can get it.
