To me its fairly obvious there’s either a Truce or its just a case of picking on the new guy. You’re never in each others BLs… Never flipping each others stuff in EB. But blue always crawling up one side of the DR while green crawling up the other.

Green attacking Bay? Go check hills or Garrison water gate cuz blue will be attacking with them at the same time. Almost always happens.

To be honest, it was made very clear to us on Friday and Saturday that DR was actively mocking our Great Lord Flame Ram; his vengeance is limitless.

I hear Great Lord Flame Ram costs 40 supplies to build.

I think bp still had more people then db for most of saturday during the day. I swear everytime i turned around i was having to run back to sm and fire the treb at durios. But I will say our NA crew did amazing all through the day… and yeah that seige at langor was epic.

We did not have more people. We did have a large number of people but definitely not more.

So earlier in Eternal Battlegrounds, I decided it would be a good idea to help out Darkhaven by taking Overlook from Dragonbrand then leaving it undefended for them to easily capture. Once Darkhaven got overlook and their little triangle in Eternal, what is it you do first? You hit our camp. Thanks.

In my opinion, Dragonbrand is more skilled than Ehmry (no offence). This week will be fun!

Yeah, that fight inside stonemist was intense. I really admire Darkhaven’s effort for trying to get stonemist from us while having the outmanned buff at one point. (I think I saw it on one person).

Great job to Ehmry for trying their best to defend stonemist for as long as they can while getting hit by both Borlis and Darkhaven. It’s not an easy task to do.

I will be looking forward to more action in Eternal Battlegrounds.

I am one of the commanders that fought in Eternal Battlegrounds for hours all week long and today was the hardest I ever fought and in the end you wiped us.

It’s very similar with the 1st round DH vs DB vs NS, at last DH won by a very little bargain. Now DH becomes NS and BP becomes a enchanted version of DH, DB still remains the same.

No offence to Darkhaven, but you don’t need to insult us like this.

I am Edgar, i love how me telling someone not to do an exploit and giving them a basic reason not to do it and hopefully not to do it in the future, was taken as a reason to suspect exploitation. I would like to say that myself and my guild never have nor will use exploits. I hope that you will realize that my comment was one that you on Borlis should appreciate, and not use as an attempt to start something that is non- existent.

I, for one, trust you. Dragonbrand does not seem like the exploit-using server, you’re all nice people.

Every server has people who exploit, we can’t do anything about that.

But I do agree, I upgraded SM numerous times only to be lost by a pug commander when I was away.

I found the most perfect picture to explain commanding in WvW today. Start with 6 or 7 people following you end up with one at the objective.

HAHAHA, THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENS TO ME!

I don’t understand how yesterday in Eternal Battleground Darkhaven and Dragonbrand were outmanned several times but Borlis Pass was still the main target.
Dragonbrand had the outmanned buff and Darkhaven had a 60 man zerg hitting all of our towers and stonemist. Then Dragonbrand people wake up and absolutely demolish us leaving Darkhaven alone while Darkhaven having the outmanned buff.
We’re not bad people in Borlis Pass!

It was a hard day for me in EB while getting comments like “oh you’re such a bad commander” from my own people! :’(
But surely I did not give up and fought my hardest for tons of hours.

We had a whole morning where they could have implemented the patch, but nope.

Farewell Sorrow’s Furnace. I really hope you get more players into WvW so that when we face you again we will continue the loads of fun.
SF was one of the best servers I’ve faced because you guys always fought back and never rant or call out names on the forums. I like you guys.

SOS is never on their 80s. Whenever we push you guys off our map or wipe you, we get the same forum post. Your lucky we are lvling our alts and not on our 80s! I guess if you have that much of an ego as a guild…idk. At least i can admit when my guild groups get wiped from an AR or SF guild and we learn to counter those guilds by learning how we lost to them. We dont just go on the forums and say hey we were on our alts raiding camps! wait til you see my 80 that i dont play!

And yes, we’ve been experiencing tons of choppy game play and lag earlier today.

Mystic forge is complicated but easy to use. What you need to know is if you put 4 of the same weapon levels and same colour, you have a chance of getting the colour above it! But I hear it’s a small chance.

For legendaries, you get these gift things from doing stuff around the world (dungeons, exploring, crafting) and when you mix them together in the forge you get better gifts which need to be mixed together to get your legendary!

I’m interested too. Let’s see the source for that. IF there even is one. I have a feeling it’s like so much else that gets posted from some people though. Just assumption, or flat out lies.

As for BP having the outmanned buff, I will gladly start uploading more screens of it. Though the last few times I’ve done it people just ignore it.

The fact is every side is outnumbered at some point.

If you guys really want to know what makes a difference with BP, I can tell you what I think it is.

1. Some of the commanders started recruiting people that were standing around doing dungeons. Then they encouraged people that were active in WvW to recruit their guild mates/friends that played to do the same. Suddenly BP has a huge surge in WvW players.

2. People on BP are willing to spend money to upgrade things. We’ve taken a huge number of keeps/camps that had 0 upgrades. I regularly drop 2-3gold a day upgrading, and that’s nothing compared to what our commanders drop for upgrades. As a server we try to always get at least the double supply on every camp we take. It seems like the other side doesn’t do the same, and that will cost you. Convince your people it’s worth it to spend a gold or two a day in WvW on upgrades and you will be surprised what a difference it can make.

3. I don’t know how it is on other servers, but our commanders aren’t just leading zergs around. They actively encourage people to ask questions, and they don’t get angry. Even when they’ve explained the same thing multiple times. They go out of their way to explain WHY things are done, and not just say “do this”. That helps people to learn what to do, and when. So even when we don’t have a commander we are now able to form groups to do stuff. That’s made a big difference over all. Example: Someone calls out AR here/enemy here. People (not just commanders anymore) ask where, and explain that it helps respond if they can tell where, and a rough estimate how many. If they can tell what classes it helps too. Information is so important in WvW, and once people learned how to communicate that information better things changed.

4. People seem to want to learn also. A few weeks ago it wasn’t like that. People were very hostile to each other, and called each other names etc. I’m sure everyone has seen that. Now there is some friendly chat, and plenty of information on where the enemies are/what they are doing etc. It’s so much easier to know what’s going on and when.

I don’t know how it is on other servers though. Maybe it’s the same way. But I’ve been doing WvW for awhile now, and in my personal opinion those things seem to be what’s made a huge difference.
