I sincerely hope BP isn’t seriously considering throwing this week just to get away from the most competitive match up the 3 of us servers have had since release. As it stands, Anvil Rock is projected to be in tier 3 with SoS and SoR, the old number 3 and number 2 servers.

UHM, NO THANK YOU. I stayed in tier 6 for a reason = it was big enough to not be a dead server have some zerg on 3/4 maps yet small enough to avoid cripplingly long queues and laggy zergfests.

If we want to keep the highly competitive match up we have all enjoyed the past 2 weeks we need to keep it close. If BP sandbags us into fighting those servers just so they can beat up on Henge of Denravi I will lose all respect for them.

For the love of this game, please tell me you guys aren’t throwing this week.

We are not throwing anything. We were just hurt bad yesterday and decided to sleep and start fresh in the morning.

We didn’t take it. We opened it up, kept you busy, and NSP decided to play WvW just to take it. We like letting NSP have SM because we can only imagine the terrible withdrawal they go through without it… You can stop itching guys, you got your fix.

Here on anvil rock, we’re well aware we don’t have the man power to stop all those up-scaled BP from crawling around the walls 24/7 trying to get in, and we don’t like losing our bl over having that castle much like NSP does.

I just like clearing the walls really, pushing to take it was for fun. Good job defending, this time i believe it came down to the numbers.

You opened it up? Are you trying to be funny? Does opening it up mean placing 5 rams for the inner gate and charging the lord. After the numerous times we wiped you, you kept coming back and place siege at the end of the lord room hallway and kept fighting for the castle.

The only reason NSP got it was because we finished dealing with you and they came from behind in full force and took us out.

But you’re right. You guys don’t normally go for castle. In all the time we had fun fighting for it, you could have secured ALL of NSP’s borderlands. I guess today was different right?

I didn’t know we had so many players in WvW. Are you sure it wasn’t 10 mesmers and 30 clones?

Other servers always exaggerate numbers.
Sitting Commanding and all of a sudden I get a report of 30 strong Anvil Zerg smashing into Anz.
We drop everything and rush their to try and defend it.

We finally get there and look around.
There are 10 up-lvl’ed Anvil Rock and 1 ram slowly tapping the gate with the nub inside going, “ERMAHGERD WE’RE GUNNA DIE”.
Makes everyone facepalm.

I can’t say I’ve ever seen a 50man zerg in WvW ever.
But then again, I’ve only been to one reset and I run the night shift.

NSP has nothing to do with it as far as I know. We cleared out our Borderlands and we(Os) moved on to EB to take back our stuff, we(Os) also were the ones who dropped the 5 trebs to go against SM.

I still wonder how you weren’t able to get Stonemist when you guys were at inner and Anvil Rock was hitting our towers. It was tough for us but we pulled through.

Here is a picture of what I did to you for your little Stonemist attempt.

The servers reset and for some reason, pretty much all of our siege disappeared including the golems we had made for inner.

This has actually happened 3 times in the last week while we were on sm inner, 1 time when we had just broken down inner doors.

It’s getting old, this patching during pvp prime time thing.

Also, oooh, very scary, you can take a map from an underpopulated server.

I’m shivering in my boots.

You need to train your troops have this following Priority.

Defend your BLs first.
Go into EB second.

Your commanders and troops are dead set on holding SM.

Guess what we do the minute we see you take SM?

Head for your borderlands.

SM =35 points.

Lower half of your map, 35 points without Bay or Hills. That makes Bay or hills bonus after we lower cap you and guess where your commanders are when we do this? Defending SM.

Retrain your entire server to think home borderland take priority over SM and you will have greater success on the scoreboard.

All smacktalk aside, it was a nice matchup. Within 1 night guilds like burn who rode the train then hit the brick wall jump ship and kitten up our nicely balanced bracket. Oh well it was a crap shoot and many were hoping we would avoid the transfers.

If this sways things drastically over the next day, we all know why. What a kittenty night, we lose a guild and get hit with 3 new ones.

However, this matchup was already decided the moment we transferred over to Maguuma. There’s never been any reason for anyone to spy on anyone during this matchup.

I think everyone needs to take note that WaR is one of the greatest guilds out there. Their 50+ people guild could carry an entire server and has caused the score of the current matchup. If it wasn’t for WaR, I’m sure Borlis would have been greater than or equal to Maguuma.

Frankly Zara, you say things like this even though you know the server decided not to even play this week. Don’t act like WaR carried the server, that simply is a fallacy. Multiple weeks of having guilds on BP jump on coat tails took the steam out of people. you know as well as I do, there is barely anyone out in WvW for Borlis atm. Many running xp groups, but not too much serious keep taking or fighting going on. Enjoy your ride, just Krew #2 at this point. Just one more zerg guild over there.

We are having fun, Zara! I wish you had come too though. So far Maguuma seems like a really good fit for the guild. I can’t speak for the guild as a whole at all, but I don’t think we are targeting BP because of you. All I know is I logged on, asked where we were, and the guys said BPBL so I went there and had fun. I think someone from one of the PACT guilds from BP may have been trolling us, so that might have been a part of why we were there, but I don’t know for sure what the reasons are. I’m just here to play the game and have fun!

We apologize for that. We had a discussion with the mesmer and he didn’t know it was an exploit. It WILL NOT happen again. If our mesmer is seen doing that again, whisper me or my leader and that member will get kicked from the guild.

We had a discussion with the mesmer and he didn’t know it was an exploit. It WILL NOT happen again. If our mesmer is seen doing that again, whisper me or my leader and that member will get kicked from the guild.

didn’t know that skipping a door in a fortification was an exploit? personally the member would had been immediately removed if it were me.
