I like to change my skills, runes, amulet and sometimes even sigils depending on the opposite team set up. I’m sure I’m not the only one. But it’s annoying when I need to scroll through all the runes to find the one I’m looking for in the list, and sometimes I even can’t find it in time, if I’m doing something else in the same moment, for example answering to whispers.

I’d like if it’s possible, to be able to chose let’s say 3 favorite runes and sigils and they to appear on the top of the list.

Well to rotate properly is not that easy as it sounds if you have more than one inexperienced players in your team. After 2000+ games on Guardian I have an idea what I’m expected to do, but the less experienced guys need to be told. We use Ts and it should be easy, but I just can’t keep an eye on everyone of the team and tell them where to go and what to do.

Maybe I’m stupid or maybe I’ll be able to do it after 2000 more matches, but right now we act more like pugs with Ts and use the well known tactic “Cokroach”. You know, when you switch the lights on and the cokroaches start to run around very fast and without direction. If you catch them you stomp them.

It’s frustrating. Any suggestions what to do to improve my leading skills?

Edit: the typo in the word “cokroach” is on purpose, otherwise it got censored as “kittenroach”

As a bunker/ support guardian I rely mainly on high healing power, boons and good timing of all my blocks and dodges. So no, I don’t think we need more HP.
I’d love to have higher healing power, but i know I want too much

First and most important I play because of the friends. Never believed I could become so close with people who I know only online. Now we play together for months, every evening after school/ work and I never had so much fun in this game before.

Second, decided to make a Legendary. Now when you can have almost everything needed for a Legendary only playing PvP I started my Big Bifrost Project and the only thing I still need is a precursor. So I play also for the rewards and pray every time a open a box.

Third, I play for the challenge. I wonder how good I can become without being a nolifer and playing on a laptop, using a touch-pad.

And yeah, I still enjoy PvP. I play it for 8 months now and I haven’t got bored yet.

Because of the big numbers of players who joined us recently, we’ll stop recruiting for now. Although we want to grow in numbers, we still want to know good our members and to keep the spirit of ReVo as a guild of friends.

That’s why the leading team decided to temporarily close the recruitment, and to start it again after we know good enough our new members and clean our roster of players who don’t show commitment.

Exceptions will be made for friends of our current members and for experienced PvP’ers, who would like to share their experience with new players on the PvP arena, or are able to lead teams. If you are such an exception, please fill out an application form on our offsite.

I can only hope that the people that called the OP out in the match were as objective and polite in their criticisms as the people here have been with their suggestions. Oh, wait. It was soloq. That place has the eloquence and grace of a club-footed sailor on shore leave. So double-props to the guy who can ignore the kittens and try to get better. But just know that even great players get called noob kittenbags in pvp, from time to time. It’s the nature of the beast.

I’m sure everyone of us has been called names, especially at the beginning. But when you have a PvP mindset, this just motivates you to improve and to shut them up. Otherwise you come on forum to cry and to create endless threads about the “toxic community”.

Nah, we usually don’t kick kittens, they’re cute. But when switches to beast mode apparatus goes totally out of control…

I feel you, but my personal record is 22 lost matches in a row. :P
The only advice I can give you, just stop playing after you lose 5 in a row. Try again few hours later.

That’s exactly what I did. I wanted to be sure I won’t be teamed up again with this guy, at least till he learns the game, the classes and their roles.

8 months ago. My very first PvP game. Hot join of course.

Haven’t played MMO before. I had no idea what I’m doing, I had a vague idea about my class and absolutely no idea about the other classes.

First, I thought I have to be level 80 to start PvP. So I got it and went to hot join. DPS guardian ftw. I’ll never forget the adrenaline rush. Started my first game, captured a point.

Then a bunch of enemies started to appear from everywhere. Like whole the opposite team was on my point! I was spinning around with my greatsword like crazy, killing them one by one, omg I killed them all and kept the point for my team! I felt so proud!

It took me about a week to understand I’ve killed only one mesmer.

Well I remember. The last time was when I was still playing hot join and it was till I got rank 15. After that I moved into tourneys and never been harrassed again. And actually the insults motivated me to try to improve, not to post threads on forums.

Till last night. When a warrior stopped fighting in the middle of the battle just to type in map chat with caps: GUARDIAN WTF R U DOING U MAKE NO DEMAGE UR USELESS

The thing is, I really doubt it was a PvP player. And the funny thing is after the match the opposite team’s guardain pm’ed me to ask about my build.

Its really bad in the PvP lobby/megaserver (EU), I was getting gold sellers every 2 secs, same ones over and over again.

This. They keep spamming you even if you’re in a match and some of the messages are 6-8 lines. My block list will be full very soon. This is going totally out of control.

Since I’m the person hosting the private Arena for our PvP guild, it’s my job to add days. Basically the members send me gold, I buy tokens and add days. But never expected our members will be so active in donations and now I want to be sure their money won’t be wasted if for example the limit is 3 months and I try to add more days.

So can anyone answer if there is a limit for the days you can add?
I couldn’t find such information anywhere but I remember someone mentioned something about limits.

Thinking to propose a new drinking game: 1 shot every time you’re killed. Guess who will be the most sober at the end of the evening, given that I am the bunker guardian.
