A quick look at http://mos.millenium.org/na/matchups/ shows there is very little change in the allocation of scoring between Victory Points and the old Warscore.

Stronger servers benefit from Victory points 10 out of 11 times. And weaker servers are hurt by Victory points 10-11 times.

So scores are not closer nor does the Victory points system give a weaker server a better chance to win.

But since the glicko strength of victory calculation was broken in that it under-rewarded winning servers and over-rewarded weaker servers, the Victory Point system might accidentally fix the glicko tier wall problem.

I’ve attached a couple charts. The values are calculated by summing the total points of the 3 servers in a tier and then dividing each servers score by this sum total to get a servers score portion. I did this for Victory points and Warscore.

I’m on Fow linked with FSP and we’re against BB one of the “other” night capping servers and they’re doing really well in general so i’m guessing we’re not really going to be too worried about viznuah night capping and take a week off so we don’t face them again, just a guess….and before anyone says anything no i didn’t bandwagon i’ve been on fow for two years just got my two year bday gift on my first char.

Cele boosters, while some might consider a waste, and in their stead birthday boosters give +10% to reward tracks as well which were forgotten so theres more to be decreased from time.

Question though, do french players drop fancy heavy loot bags? There should be like a small chance to get elonian wine in french server lootbags, coz french.

And another completely kittened matchup proudly presented by Arenanet. A 3 World int. server against 2 national servers. I can even safe call now who will win this. It´s ridiculous what they are doing, they really have no clue whats going on. They are destroying national servers in the long run if they don´t stop this bullkitten and actually create matches where you don´t know the winner 1 minute after reset.

IDK BB stayed in the game pretty well with their powers of nightcapping…maybe thats what Deso and Gandara should do…like never sleep and kittenzz

If it was something other than Spirit Shards on offer, I might have an opinion, but….as it is, I have way too many now, so even if I did have all my Masteries finished, Raid or no, I won’t really miss this ‘reward’.

In other words, I wish it was something else one could acquire.

How many legendary weapons have you made? lol

Just maybe in this instance it’s because Cedo knows Vayne plays a lot because Vayne has told us he does — many times.

Someone said this to me the other day because i had more mastery points on my alt account than him and i’m like r u serious even if i did play 12 hours a day its not all on one account man.

In what situation would you need to post a link in the game? I mean they cant click it so you might as well link your friend in discord or teamspeak or whatever messaging program you use, if you’re spamming links to strangers i’m all for making that harder.

i can flip a T3 camp by standing still and swinging GS #1 and use 2 of my utilities (stances)… yeah its way too easy right now..

I always thought Logan’s armor was paladin-esque and theres a variation available ingame.

I know this is anecdotal evidence but i know at least one wvw crafter who near never wvws who is on a server that is complaining about being vastly outnumbered and this person complained hugely to me about the removal of the stations because they used them so often so they wouldn’t be moved from their pve spot.

If like all the world versus world players said coming to craft ended up having people help out then fine…have leaving pop you back out to lion’s arch no problem for me and often happens when i leave hotm for some reason though i heard its supposed to pop you back out at your current location as well. So exiting pops you into lion’s arch, then put the crafting stations back in and see how many pvers use them…i bet a lot less.

That’s the point i’m making. Cybilsong went on and on about how home borderlands didn’t have queues ever and how it was only eb and eb didn’t have crafting stations. That’s not true. Hence the screenshot.

Now can we stop talking about how the crafting stations didnt affect anyone coz they clearly did. Quit acting like people ONLY went to the borderlands to craft during downtimes

But zodiac armor aren’t outfits and can be mixed and matched….so you can wear zodiac pants with something else.

You know how like every year at halloween theres never any “real” use for that toilet paper we get and its account bound, IDEA: create a mystic forge upgrade for the guild hall and one of the mats needed is loads of toilet paper from the halloween event, it’d be a great joke and a great upgrade.

Idk what you’re talking about.. I got 161 mastery in 11 hours according to anet (spoiler this isnt true, they dont have blocks in place to stop you from accidentally applying HoT to an account that has it so I made a mistake) but I’mma go with I’m master pve overlord.
